Hey guys welcome back, did I'm gon na be doing a video? That'S a little bit different to my channel. I'M gon na be testing a hair product and I'm gon na be testing this Daphne a hair, straightening ceramic brush. There are a lot of hair straightening brushes. It'S going to be in viral on like Instagram and YouTube and Facebook, so one of the days that caught my eye, this is like really curly haired female, like just brushing it through, and it becomes straight. I like thick curly hair. I always blow-dry it in my hair because I like wearing my hair straight, but I don't like the effect that the straight now it gives me so I have to like blow-dried every single time and if I'm like rough blow-drying it it takes me anywhere from 15 To 20 minutes, but if I'm going to actually section it out and do it it'll take me anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes, I would say so when I saw the video I was like. I wonder if it really works and I wanted to test it out. I wanted to get the original hair straightening brush and Daphne advertises itself as the original hair straightening. So I've been looking at it for a while, and I saw it on Costco and I, when I see something on cost, quite always pick it up, because they always have like good products for like best pricing. I think originally it retails for about 150 200 dollars. I will link the details in the description box down below, but I got this for $ 79 at Costco. I ordered this and I just got a in mail, but it's not available in the store you might have to order it online and I think it's a members-only option, I'm not very sure, but I will. I will link everything down below in the description box from the videos I've seen it says that you are supposed to be doing this on a clean, dry hair so and it should be like a dried. So that's what I done and I wash my hair and a droid it, and so this is what my hair looks like when it's ed right. It'S a little bit wet towards the end, and I don't know if it's a bad thing. I wonder if I should leave it for a little bit longer, but I have to be getting out and I have no time so. I figured I'll just do this video, so this is my original hair. Really curly is really frizzy and that's what it looks like. So I've always end up straightening it because it looks too frizzy when I leave it curly and I come on in front of the camera. Let'S stop blabbering and let's get into the video so this book. This is how the Box looks like it's a green cardboard box and in the back there's some instructions. Okay, so it says easy to use. It is a revolutionary hair. Straightening brush simply brush your hair and it will be straight smooth and minutes. No fuss, no clips. Just brush saves times: Daphney offers Hecate a food for your fast pace of life by means of revolutionary technology and unique 3d ceramic surface design of the brush. You will be able to straighten your hair in just several minutes. Daffy was developed specifically for top recommended temperature of 365 degree Fahrenheit, which remains practically constant during every brush stroke, and this way you will be able to maintain a straighter, healthier, your hair, that's what it says, and it's got like pictures of the product in here and The instruction says, use Daphney, brush on dry, brushed, hair, make sure your hair gets into the inner area of the brush brush in Oslo, pulling motion, I'm opening the box, I haven't, opened the box before and it has two manuals instruction amounts out here. This is pretty much what the instructions on the outside says and there's a picture and there's a picture of demonstration, and this one says: okay, it says: don't keep it anywhere next to water or there is a bone. Has that so don't touch the brush and it says it shouldn't be used in the bathroom and if, if there's a failure, it will flash like nice red green light and you should stop using it and call Daphne customer care. That'S pretty much it. I know it also says: don't use an extension cord it they want you to connect it directly to the power source. Let'S get okay, it's got a long cord which makes it easier if they want us to connect it to the power source directly, and this is what the brush looks like. So this purple surface is like the ceramic surface and there's protecting brewster's this one it. Actually, these black ones go in and out when I pressed it there's an on/off button, there's a body power cord. So obviously you don't want to be touching it when you're straightening it, because it's going to be hard. It also says used on like a dry brushed hair, so I'm going to connect this and I'm also gon na brush it at the same time until it's ready. So I'm going to be pressing this button out here and when it turns green, it means it's ready. I will show you how crazy my hair looks when it's brushed never brush your curly hair. It'S not fancy. My Moroccan oil hair brush has like this attachment that you can attach it towards end here. If you want to separate your hair, you just have to turn it. I don't know this uncle. My employer told me about it. I'M gon na brush my hair. Now this is how long my hair is, and this is how crazy it can get when I brush it out. I keep looking at the viewfinder up. I think it's better that you don't have a camera with viewfinder because you're like always looking up - and you only see it when I'm editing so the brush is turned green. Now means it's ready to use and I would normally use a heat protectant before applying any heat to my hair, but this one specifically says not to use one. I don't know why, for the sake of this video, I'm not going to use it and I'm going to do it, but I'm going to use my heat protector and otherwise I'm going to go under, and I have a little bit of pressure and pulling my oh. This hot to the touch, it's got a little straight, but not fully straight. So this is the motion that is recommended in the box. They don't want you to go, be going up to down getting straight. I literally went over like four or five times at that. Now I'm going to take another potion and do the same thing. Oh yeah, I forgot to do something. I'M gon na set a timer now I should have set it right in the beginning, but I feel like I might have missed like two minutes of it. I'M gon na add like two minutes to this timing, just because I didn't, I forgot to add it in the beginning. Well, I checked the footage and I'll. Let you know the exact timing. Can you guys see that you joke you guys this stuff? It'S kind of working so that took me about three minutes: it's not bad good. Can you guys see the difference between this and this, and I just literally brushed through each section like four or five times, and this is what we have now. I don't know how long is this gon na last like? Is it gon na last, just as much as water straighten, hair or a blow-dried hair? Would we're gon na have to find out, but I will check it out for a couple of days and I'm sure it'll be a couple of days before I upload this video, so I'm gon na test it and put it in the description box down below. Also, if you guys are planning to get it from Costco, I would suggest doing it. So, no because I feel like in Costco, it's like most products are seasonal, so they come and go so you might miss out on the product. Maybe it might be a promotional product and you might lose it, it's a little bit difficult to run it at the end of it. Just because I feel like when you get to the end, there's no way to like hold it feel like only holding it. On top - and so I feel like you might, I might have to run it towards the end a couple more times and you're sure I'm just gon na go over everything once okay, so it took me about seven minutes to do the doom and I had. I would have usually taken like 20-30 minutes. Oh drag my hair and to get this effect also, if I wasn't like talking too much during this video, I probably would have done it in like five minutes, but it's pretty quick, and this is what my hair looks like it's pretty straight and like all sections There is a little bit of frizz in the top layer. Well, my hair is always like that. Maybe if I run through it a little bit more and if I concentrate properly, I might get like frizz free hair, but I feel like whether I blow-dry straight into whatever my hair is always a little bit frizzy. But it's not bad guys. It'S pretty straight and I was surprised I did not think when they showed the video of like just doing that. Obviously it's not in like one stroke, so the ones in the video is a little bit exaggerated, but four or five strokes. And it's pretty straight and my I have like thick curly hair, like I said so when it can do this to my head, I feel like if you have like wavy hair or like thinner, hair, it's easier to do this and only thing I would do different As I would apply a heat-protective, I'm gon na use it a couple more times and I would update you in like a future video, but but I would also test how long this stays and I would mention it in the description box down below. So that's it for today. I hope you guys enjoy this video. Give this video a thumbs up. If you're there and subscribe to my channel, see in the next video bye guys honey.
