Hello, everybody and welcome back to my channel today's video. I will be showing you how i made these bows. The first thing you want to do is cut your um strips of fabric. If you don't know how to cut the strips of fabric, i do have a video of how i cut my strips of fabric. You just go watch that and then use that, so this strip is cut at five inches by 18 inches, and these two are six inch strips by 18 in length. So the first thing you want to do. These are pretty much the same way of how you do the head wrap bow. So the first thing i do is lay the fabric right side, the texture side facing down. This is my right side, and this is my left side. So what i do is i'll. Take it and fold it over five inches and then i'll fold, it again five inches and that way you'll have this piece and then what you want to do is make pleats down the middle. I have five pleats and then i'll take a rubber band and just wrap the rubber band around a couple of times and then it'll, look like this after you get your bow piece like that. What you're going to do is put it with the side. You want your front to be. You want to face that down and the back piece you're going to pull at the tab and then what i'm going to do is make sure. When i fold it i'm going to fold the raw edges on the inside on both sides like this and then i'm going to fold it again in half. So when i get ready to wrap it, i'm going to place it the bow in between my fingers and then i'm going to take my thumb and place it on top. So when i get ready to wrap the tail around, i'm going to wrap it around. My thumb and then i'm going to take the tail piece and put it through where my thumb is and pull it on the other side, and then you just fix it and fix your arm centerpiece and fix your bow piece and just pull tight. How tight you want it to be! That'S how tight you're going to pull and you just play around with it until you get it to your liking. Next, i'm going to just cut off the extra fabric, i'm going to cut off the extra fabric. It'S like the tighter you pull this the tighter it'll be. But if you don't, if you don't want it, this tight, you don't you won't pull it that tight and you'll. Just have it like this, so i'm gon na do it again and i'm gon na. Have it to where it's like this instead of tight like this, so this is the six inch bow i'm going to do it the same way, i'm going to fold it over five inches and then i'm going to fold it again, another five inches and then i'm Going to make my pleats and this time i'm going to take some string and wrap it around make sure you hold in a center piece type. So it doesn't come undone. So i'm just going to take the string and wrap it around and i'm just going to cut it and tie the string off and i'm gon na do the same exact thing: i'm gon na flip it over to the back and i'm going to pull the tab. I'M going to align my fingers and i'm going to fold the flat piece inside so the raw edges are facing each other, so i'm just gon na fold it in fold it in put it in again. Next, i'm going to just wrap it around my thumb, and you always want to when you put this in, you want always want to go opposite of where the extra piece of fabric is so i'm going to pull it through to make it come out on this Side that way, it is covering your center piece, i'm just going to put it in where my thumb is to the other side, i'm just going to pull it. How tight i want it, and sometimes, when you get bullet fabric, some of the fabric will start to um fray like this, when you're pulling it too much. All you got to do is just take some scissors and just trim. It just trim it off. Okay and just like that, so if you don't pull it that tight, it won't be as thin as the other one. You can just fix it to how you like it, and then you can go ahead and add your clip to it or your nylon headband, and what you want to do with this is just trim it and just like that, you're done.
