Start out by putting the ribbon in front of the dowels the little excess at the right take the ribbon. It'S at the left. Take it behind the dowels. Take this and that's in front and bring it to the center and angle it upwards. Now take the ribbon. The tip the right bring it in front of that right, devil and you see how the right side of the ribbon is touching. The dowel and the wrong side is facing us you're just going to twist it so now the wrong side of the ribbon is touching. The dowel and the right side is facing us. Take it around bring it forward, it will be the right side. That'S still facing us, take the bow off of the bow maker. You can shape those loops a little bit more if you want make them a little bit rounder and more full. Take your needle and thread the needle through the center pull it through till the nut stops at the back. Take it over the top put that thumb up at the top of that tail and pull now with this ribbon. It'S a lot smaller! So it's a lot easier to do the accordion fold on it, but we're going to do an accordion fold, pull that thread real tight. Take it around the center couple more times, pull it tight, keep pulling it tight turn the boat over pick up a couple of stitches tie a knot cut your thread. Now you can cut your tails and there you have your two loop Stoppers, you
