What is up beautiful people and welcome back to my youtube channel? Yes, i am in a completely different place, i'm in a different view. Sorry, i, like hate, how i look right now. It'S like really buggy me. It like looks good in the mirror, but like in here i'm like scared to death. I am in my new house. I will be doing a house tour once everything is like completely done the way i want it um, because everything just like is finished for the most part, but there's, like you know like little details of stuff that i want done before. I show my whole house. I'M just going to jump right into it, as you guys are reading from the title uh, something weird that i'm going to be reviewing right now for those who are not aware, i did a review on zala hair extensions. I believe over a year year and a half ago, at this rate, i don't feel like looking. I did a review on this hair because i seen a youtuber do a review and it was not really a review, but she had the hair and she talked about it and made it sound. So great so i went out. I bought the hair for like 500 and then a few months later after i bought the hair, i did an update review on the hair, so i did the initial video which got a good amount of attention and then i did an update, video, an honest update, Video about how the hair turned out um and if you've seen that video or if you know, because it was on the internet, it's out there. If you had seen the video you would know that the hair did not hold up the hair fell apart. The hair was like trashed, like after a few months of wearing it for 30-inch hair extensions. Falling apart was like very made me very angry, so i made the video that i made and yeah so fast forward. Now a year and a half or so later, um the company actually reached out to me, and they said they tried reaching out to me a year ago which they didn't um and if they, anyone from their team, watches this. Nobody reached out to me until just recently so so they reached out to me and they didn't like my video. Obviously they said they were sorry that that happened and that's not normal, so they asked to send me new hair i was like. Do i even want the hair if it's just going to fall apart again, like i'm hesitant, i would take a refund if you guys want to refund me. If you still want to send me the hair, then that's fine, and then i could do just like an updated video or whatever. So they agreed and they refunded me, sent me new hair and i had to take the video down in exchange for the hair and the refund. So here we are um. They did send me um a free gift with this, like you know, sorry, which is uh. This is a hair extension hydrating mask. These are me the same exact, hair, 30 inches in all same color and everything. So i haven't opened this or anything, but i was looking at my old pair and oh, my god, they're such a mess like. I can't believe i even still have them in my drawer i'm going to open this hair uh. I might put it on. I'M not sure how i feel i'm just like not mood, but they didn't ask me to film this, but i'm just doing it anyways. It'S weird because holy this is long. That'S what she said. I forgot how long this hair was because i haven't been wearing really long, hair extensions. If anything, i don't wear them a lot right now or recently with how life has been and also coved um. Right now this is just my natural hair um, it's a decent length and it has its days where it looks good and it's moments like right now like i could just like, but i can't it's gon na look ugly in five seconds, so anyways the hair stitches. I'Ve been wearing i've done, reviews on that hair. It'S amazing beauty, hair. I really do recommend them. They'Re, actually really great um their website may look a little sketchy and so does their instagram, but they sent me a bunch of free hair and i use it all. The time and i wear all the time - and i love it - so sorry, not sorry that i'm talking about other hair extensions in this video, but i have to be skeptic because i literally took down a video that had over 30 000 views. Just so i could have this so i'm gon na say whatever that i want now. Okay, so we'll see how these look in pictures and stuff too, because i will wear it - we'll see how it holds up and everything i'm gon na be straight up, and this hair just falls apart too i'm gon na have to just let you guys know that, Because that's just not fair, like i made the video because of how i felt - and i stay true to like how i felt um in my honesty, with their hair, i'm very picky, especially because this was sent to me for free. So i mean that's not technically. Free but yes for me, because i got my money back for the other hair that literally fell apart within like three months, so i'm obviously gon na be skeptic. Scary reason i was making faces because i look at the wefts like the where the tracks are in a lot of hair, because i was sent some other hair by other companies like i've actually been sent a good amount of hair, so um, i'm always looking at The clips, because that's a telltale sign if the hair is going to fall apart for the most part, because if the clips are very like shittily put together or feel very shitty, like i'm sorry, there's no other word for it like other than shitty like. If it feels like flimsy and shitty, it's probably gon na be shitty, so i just wanted to flex that i can drink wine because sometimes i forget how old i am. I think so. I just lost a bunch of hair. That'S great um! That'S a couple dollars! Um, let's see like they can't get mad at me. If there's something wrong with the hair that they sent me like you know what i mean, i love long hair color looks literally perfect. I'M gon na be straight up with you guys. The hair feels great and all, but like i'm having like ptsd, i don't even want to film this right now. I don't want to be honest, but i have to be like come on y'all. I can't. How am i supposed to like act like this? Is okay when it's not bro? Look at this miss thing. The hair i got before was not this bad, like bro, i'm not making this up. You guys have watched me open. This. Are you kidding me? There'S no hair on here like come on. Even the hair that i reviewed a year and a half ago looked better than this. I'M not even gon na lie. It looks nice, it's all bunched up, maybe once you straighten that it'll look a little bit better but come on you're charging people 430 - something dollars for this, like that's ridiculous! I'M sorry like i'm sorry to whoever this is going to offend from their company, because y'all need to figure this out, there's just strings everywhere. I this video is going to be short. I'M still going to wear it because, if sent to me, i will wear it. I will make the most of this hair, but like come on, like look at this string in here like what's, how does this like get like assembled and put out like there's just a whole ass, like string in there, bro they're, not gon na, be happy with This video - i can just tell you right now and honestly, that's what my channel is gon na, be because i have another video coming up about um our whole moving experience with ashley home furniture and the way everything had to go down for us to have our Furniture and ship complete show, so i'm going to be doing a whole. Honest video about that. My channel is all going to be about bashing, not bashing, but being honest about like companies and, like that's been going on to me, i don't even wan na. I don't know what to say right now. You guys, i guess i'll, go put it on and come back, but i'm not straightening my hair, so i'll be right back. I guess so. I started putting the hair extensions in and i just like, got really pissed off and took them off, because i'm not bothering i'm not wasting my time and putting them on my head, i'm so bitter. I don't care. Oh, i just swiped stop falling on the floor. Like you're not alive, the hair feels pretty to the touch, don't get me wrong, but look how tangled it is really quickly it's shedding horribly. I can't make this up. I can't lie. I can't fabricate this. This was just sent to me. You guys watched me open the box um, i don't know what they want from me. I don't know if they wanted me to do a follow-up video. I just i think i told them. I was going to do one like to re-review the here and like see how it turns out, but, like i already know how it's going to turn out at this rate, with how the hair just came to me, i don't even want to leave my video down That i took down well, i privated it, but you know what i mean like at this rate like they don't deserve that um. I just wanted to show my old ones, they're, really gross from like makeup and stuff like you can just like tell, but i just wanted to show you the color difference. So look how gray and like they had this weird pinky tone to them in a lot of pictures, and you can just see these are a little more vibrant, like just a tad they're different. It'S the same thing that i ordered i just i don't have any words i just like. I don't know what they were expecting when resending me this hair. When i said i didn't want it if it was going to fall apart and that's why i opted for the refund, but they wanted to still send me the hair. So, whoever, if you guys watch this from your team - and you are part of the zala people you didn't make up for anything, this hair is just gon na fall apart. The same sorry, not sorry, i don't know how you have people like bigger, youtubers and stuff. Talking about you, that's great, like they're, paying getting paid a ton of money to do it. I'M just glad that i got some of my money back and i can use it towards like real, like not hair, that's gon na fall apart, because that did bug me and i should have reached out when it first happened and i didn't i posted a video About it, because that's the best way to get attention from these big companies, so that's why i'm gon na be doing it for the future for other things, but i'm being very blunt and upfront about how this is going, and i don't know what i'm gon na. Even title this, but i just wanted to be honest with you guys. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Sorry, not sorry to zala for trying to make up for what this hair did. But sending me new hair didn't do thanks for refunding me like. I needed that money back, because that was rightfully so, but now you just sent me more hair that i, like barely know what to do with, because it's like not good quality either. I have no words like. I couldn't open it and be like. Oh, my god. It'S so much better. I heard from another video that zala sends higher quality hair to big influencers so the influencers can show a beautiful product, but that’s not their normal

Nick Prince: I was so triggered by ZALA as well, when I ordered a 26” ponytail. The quality was there but the thickness was not! AND whenever I would wash it, it sheds a lot. I paid over 380$
Julie Shannon: Yes girl! You’re one of the few HONEST youtubers about Zala hair!!! Zala hair extensions are NOT real human hair!!! I got their Sew in extensions and within 3 weeks they had shed so bad, were completely damaged and had to be taken out because they were so thin, even after taking such good care of them! The same thing happened to my sister and clients at the salon I work at. I later learned hair extension companies only have to add a single real human hair in the extensions to label them as “real human hair”. I’m sure Zala’s clip ins and halo extensions last longer than the sew ins (making it seem like real hair), only because people wear the clip ins and halos less often. But after having their sew in extension, it is extremely clear that their hair is NOT real. Save your money and buy REAL hair. Real human hair is also between $500-$1,000, and my sister spent over $500 on her Zala ones.. so I think the real hair is worth the price for sure considering it’s not that much more than Zalas synthetic hair.

Candisham: Clip-ins are always going to be lower quality than their tape-ins and bundled wefts since they will likely never be seen by an actual stylist or salon. Not sure how they’re able to advertise 100% human hair when their clips-in are not. Bellami still owes me $500 for the half plastic hair they sent me
Melissa Fagan: Your so lucky they were willing to help you. I spend so much money on their tape ins and after a month they fell apart. Contacted them and after 32 emails all they were willing to do was have me pay for half of a new order. Forget that! Awful company that are not willing to help their every day customer. Alcyone Dreams Spiritual Artwork by Tracy: I bought the Zala 22" think there were 9 pieces and dyed it with Manic Panic semi permanent dye for my bright purple colour I wear. I'm two months in and the shedding is unbelievable. So far it's not frizzy, and I try not to heat style but curl using sleep-bands etc. I also bought their argon shine spray which does help condition it and it's small, but does the trick with a small amount, so I'd recommend the shine spray. Washed it 4x so far and deep condition it every week or week and half. Clips are sturdy and they're on the lace band like yours were, but it's a lot thinner now than it was...can't imagine it in 4 more months. As it's so expensive I took the Klarna payment option so I'm paying for it over 6 mth so its gotta last that long minimum! My previous hair was a foxy locks pack, on silicone bands. It didn't shed half as much but frizzed like a MF! I'd say this Zala was better quality hair than the Foxy, but, £ for £, you could have 2x packs of Foxy to the one Zala. The best I've found so far is a cheaper brand, Stranded, for me dying it and keeping it fresh, I can have 3x packs compared to the Zala. Thanks for your honest review ... too late for me this time, but lessons learned xx

Bex Coe: I just received my halo a few hours ago. I have to say that my one does look really full and thick - I am really impressed. It looks nothing like the halo in that video at all. It looks like full, healthy straight hair. It does not have any kinks in it either. But I do agree with a comment below that the weft is too long. Don't buy the halo if you have a small, narrow head. I got the halo to hide the fact that my hair is falling out way too much and had to have it cut short. I'm disappointed I can't use the halo because no matter what size 'cord' I use, the weft either pushes my ears forward or covers my ears completely. I'm looking at getting a wig instead. Also, they don't have burgundy in the halo which is my current colour, so I was going to dye my hair to match the halo. Stoked I don't have to get rid of my red, since the weft is too long. Thank you for this really good, honest review!
Mel Rose: Zala halos are their only extensions I’ll buy. They’re really thick. I’ve had mine in 16” & 20” for 3 years & the hair is still great. I’ve purchased their seamless clip ins & I’m not a fan of how thin the wefts are. I also noticed some of the darker strands melting when first using heat products on them which I find disappointing but that’s my only complaint with them.
alexia: I ordered 2 packs of the 20 inch quad wefts in the rich mocha brown it was supposed to be 100% human hair but they smell like burn plastic when I would style them, and would leave black burnt fibers in the iron you can literally pick them out of the hair . save your money ,I got 22 inch silk seam Bellami’s now and I love them

Lena Destinee: I just bought extensions from zala a few months ago, put them in and they were choppy looking the color was cute, they were soft. But did not blend well at all. Sent them back they are offering me store credit, because I took the tag off. Paid for it to be sent back took two weeks about for them to finally update they received it after emailing multiple times as well. I payed for next day shipping and it said in the tracking it was delivered the next day. They said I would get store credit 24-48 hours and it’s been four days. They are not really fun to do hair business with. Even in the beginning I set it for payments, and they charged full instead of doing the payments. Very annoying.

I've bought MANY hair extensions before too (WILL NOT go on Amazon again). The 2 companies I trust to deliver quality are ValenciaRose and Bellami. That's it lol
allie gator: Obviously frustrating but what more can you ask for? You got your money back, AND they sent you new hair. You could make it work by cutting the strings off and straightening it up a bit.

They claim for any reason you can return with in 180 days well that’s a lie! They said oh you removed the hygiene tag. How the heck would you know they are crap until you put it on. Think about that you removed the hygiene tag? They intend to resale it if you send it back which is the reason you get it in a crappy condition. Also probably the reason this reviewer got two separate colors and it looked like that

denny kreger: I have reached out to Zala because my girlfriend tried these on to see if they are comfortable. They were not, so I responded to Zala's email that states “Easy Exchanges and Returns” only to find out if she opened the box to try them on they cannot be returned. If you have to try them to see if they fit and are comfortable, only to find out that they do not and were not, how do you do this without opening the box? Now she has no trust in this product and I do not want $129 in store credit, I want a refund. I have sent an email to customer service with no response.

MauveMotive: Wish is saw this. I bought three stiffener versions and have to return. I need this for my bridal hair appointment and now I can’t use it. The hair was super shiny felt like barbies hair and was the wrong color. They color matched me and what came in was 3 shades darker. They should be shut down for their lies. I’m returning today

In total I had been using extensions for 7 years & the best ones I had came across was Zala. So that’s wierd. I haven used extensions in a while but if you want to send me some Zala I would love them

sharon carranza: They used to have beautiful hair back then ! It used to be a lot thicker and from the bottom. Now they r way thinner and they chop the ends straight across so when I put it in my hair it was all choppy and I messaged them and they completely ignored me! Their quality isn’t the same at all. It no longer looks like a full head of hair and the sowing on the weft is also different. I believe they changed to cheaper resources due to their demand

Girly vids By Ali: This video is to weird. Not in a bad way. I’ve seen a lot of people making review videos on Zala and I do get what they mean I see the hair and it looks like shit. But I’ve been ordering Zala for 3 years now. And I’ve gone through three stages of blonde. I have videos of them on my channel. I never ordered the clip in I’ve always ordered the Halo and they’ve been nothing but amazing and lasted me a long time. I recently ordered Tape ins so when I get them installed this week and see how they turn out I’ll make a video on them. But I’ve always had the best hair with Zala. So weird I guess it all depends on which ones you get from them

JisooTurtleRabbitKim: I’ve purchased the halo, ponytail and tape ins and I’ve never had any issues, I’ve got three wears out of the tape ins and they still feel amazing, however mine are from Zala Australia/New Zealand so maybe it’s different hair? Mine are also all black so they haven’t been bleached so maybe that’s also why haha Sad that you had a bad batch :( but the company has been great for me (in Australia anyway)

Silvs Nails: I seen this hair, I only ever used Bellami, I wanted to get 26inches but Bellami is 625 Canadian for that price I’m wondering if I spend the extra money on hair I know is good. I wonder if it’s because of washing it properly? I use only olaplex on my extensions. And because of my hair extensions being used with just olaplex and air drying only, I’ve had them for over a year with still excellent condition and no shedding. I’m wondering if that’s why. But then again I’ve only used Bellami.

Linnea Johnston: I’ve ordered 2x from them one halo, one set of clip ins. The worst waste of money I’ve ever spent I hated them. They ratted up the first time wearing them. Both!!! It’s terrible I’ll never purchase from them again. I bought Bellami and it was the best choice. And I got the basic 22inc 200+ gram and they’re soooo beautiful

Tape ins and I git the halo the halo is to big always falls and the tape ins when you straighten them they have some black pieces in mixed with the blond and it burns black on my straightener and the hair turns black!!!! Never again bellami here I come!!
Spiritual Aries: I just ordered zala 24 inch they cost $170 for 5 tracks of clips. I'm gonna write my review on them. I usually buy Bellami n love Bellami but recently Bellami goes threw sezzle n I use Affirm for financing . I tried buying bellami but sezzle did not go threw and it was not bc of my credit it was bc the app did not work. Pist me off so bad I just bought zala cash for half the price. I will be pist if zala extensions don't work. But I'll come back n do my review .
