How I Put 28Inch Extension Into My Short Hair

hey guys long time no see i’m not great at hair it’s not FORTEEEEEE however this is how i put in my extensions for those who also have short hair like me ! ❤️

Hello, everyone today, i am going to be showing you guys how i put in my extensions. These are from beauty, works, don't mind how they look. I will brush them out. Obviously, before i put them in this doesn't look. This is not a good show of what they look like. These are the ones i'm going to be using i'll leave a link to their website down below. I use the color natural black right. Let'S just get started, i've gone with a straight parting. I just use a little comb like this, and i go through and pie it down. What i'm gon na do is part my hair, almost halfway, i'm just gon na pork lipstick. It'S way quicker than tying it now. You'Ve got all this bit laid down. You'Re gon na wan na take out these front parts because you really want these showing in the extensions and then you're gon na wan na braid. This part, all together, don't know how to braid. I would suggest looking up a tutorial on youtube, because i don't actually know how to explain it, but i want this also as tight as you can get it just because flatter to your head, it looks the easier extensions are going to blend like on top, i'm Sure this place is so minuscule i'm going to tie that off with thin rubber elastic. Just because it's not as bulky as a big rubber band under my hair, it allows it to lay slightly more flat to my head when it's hidden underneath the extensions. If you can see this, but i'm gon na, take that wrap it around into like a little bun like that and bobby pin it in also you're gon na wanna. I would start heating your extensions up now, just so that that extensions, your straighteners up now, just so that they're warmed up when you need them else, you're going to be really annoyed. Honestly, it doesn't matter how much you bobby pin this as long as it feels sturdy to your head. So now, you've got your bun in you're, going to want to take your biggest clip. My biggest one is a full clip and a four clip means. It'S just got four clips across the top simple as it sounds, so a lot of people will build on the bun itself. However, i try not to just because my hair is quite thick and as you're going to see by the end, i struggled to blend it even with the amount i've got and half of it tied up. I struggled to blend this amount with the amount of extensions i've got, so i just start placing it at the top of it like that. So it covers it, especially if you have got thick hair like me, and you need the extensions elsewhere on your head. No stress babe, just put them elsewhere, don't worry about covering the bun, i'm like layering on top of the bun, unless you have excess extensions, in which case oh, be shy handsome over, because i could use some more okay. So this is the first lot of extensions and i'm just gon na take my straightener and straighten this out. As i go because my ears sticking out like a little scandal, i find it easier to blend it together. Once it's been straightened, so you can make sure that this clip is actually in because it's not looking very secure. If you just like wiggle it around your head, it will almost back comb it and like keep it more secure, you can kind of feel where your clips are, and you want to just go, maybe like an inch if that above so, you can't see the clips, But you've just sectioned another piece of your hair off make sure it's kind of equal on both sides pull that on top again clip and then i go in once again straighten the tops of my hair. I don't put heat protectant on. No, i don't care, you can see my roots coming through like that band there, where it's like a warmer chocolate. Can you see like that band there? That'S like the warmer chocolate brown that my hair is and then like from here. You can see the jet black and plus i'm boarding here. Don'T ask why i don't know it is what it is. Oh, i forgot to mention the straighteners i'm using. Are these fabulous ones? They just look like that and they were like 40 pounds and they're. So good, so, if you're looking for some cheap straightness, i know ghgs can be kind of steep and a bit pricey and the babyliss ones are really good. Just brushing out the next four clip and i'm just gon na, do the same as i did underneath that again, on top find the parting at the back of my head. If you can make it straight, make it straight just because it will just help you when applying the um straighteners straighteners the extensions. However, if it's not a straight parting along your head, it's really not that deep, i'm gon na brush over the top of that this one is looking honestly, quite straight anyway, pull the neck slot down, because my hair is a blunt bob. It'S obviously going to be more difficult to blend than a regular haircut straighten. You already know the drill. Now it's literally just i sometimes have put them in without straightening. During and honestly, it's just more effort for yourself. I promise you it's more effort than it's worth to not straighten as you go when you're straightening as you go, you can kind of make sure that the underneath layers are flat to your head, rather than poking out. That'S what's going to make it look more natural. The flatter to your head is the more natural it's gon na look. Okay. So now i've got all the four clips in. I believe, or is this one more? I know i've got one more four clip, so i'm gon na pop this one in when you're applying your clips. Some people do the small clips. First then, the bigger clips, but i prefer to do all the big clips go all the way around your head. Do you know what i mean like? That'S not gon na fit up there so doing it like closer to the bottom of your head, just seems to work out easier, but obviously, whatever you think is gon na cover your hair better do. But this is just the way that i do it like a broken record. I'M gon na pop my four clip in the same way, i've done the other, the other two, oh i'm gon na be sore at the end of the day i can tell so this is another layer. As you can see, this layer is starting to blend so nicely and i do believe it's because we've been straightening as we go like it's blending in hair being straight is the hardest to blend um. So if it doesn't blend well color, but i don't know if i'm going to curl, my hair doesn't be bothered if it doesn't blend, then i will like it's all about picking your bottles. You know brush the hair. I have left out now. I'Ve got all the big clips in this is where i do it: half and half so i'm gon na just take this side and clip it away for now. So these extensions come with two two clips. I believe three three clips and three four clips. So i cut the three clips into twos and the one clip, and then you get two two clips each side after i've cut and figured them out. You'Re gon na have one one clip one two clip that's close together, one two clip that's far away and then one i made this. I just stuck a clip, so i can clip it in because this is what got cut off when creating the two clip. I don't think that makes sense, but if you want more questions, just let me know i'll try and explain it. So this is the side we've got. You can see. I'M gon na need to put a bunch here. This back bit is all right. I might just put like a two clip back there and then the front clips at the front, but you're going to want to section your hair to start with, like so once again, brush out the next extension piece and now mine's a two i'm gon na just Plop it in my head, pull the hair back over make sure the clip is covered. Then i'm going to straighten this back bit just to see if i am going to need to add any more extensions, because obviously i don't want them showing um and i think i don't know if you guys can see, but that back bit is blended. Apart from like this bit right here, but once my hair is all back - that's blended pretty well, but this front bit, however, not so much you're gon na go even closer to your parting grab. Your next clip, so i'm probably just gon na, take the small two clip and pop that as close to the front of your head as possible. If you can clip it down, pull your hair over like so because that is showing i just i'm working in all at once. Basically, i'm just going to cover that like so and then check where else i might need to cover, i think honestly, i'm only going to need to use one more and i think i'm just going to pop it like maybe just here just to add a bit More blendage back there because that's not the bit i'm seeing so i want to make sure it's as blended as can be. When i'm not looking. You know it's just a one clip, so you don't need much space and then just wiggle and plop and then pull your hat over. Once again. It looks like that's gon na show through the thin layer of hair, so i'm just gon na back comb and brush over it and then finish it off by straightening it together. I don't know what the lighting in this video is going to be like, but i hope it's been okay and that right there is kind of all i really do to blend in my extensions. I'M gon na go do the other side off camera because i don't know if you're gon na want to watch me do that whole process again. Obviously, i'm gon na have to figure this thing out, we'll figure that out at the end now your extensions are in. It'S time to fine tune them. This is what they look like so far. You can see like parts of my short hair in there right. So now you got this. My hair is so short. I have to put my extensions so close to my roots that obviously you're gon na see them. So this is where you really have to get a lot of willpower in lift all this up and back comb the absolute over it blend it in make sure this bit is still kind like so pull it over and then before i move i'm gon na hairspray That down and then sweep it over that has really just finished off the top of my hair and i'm just gon na run the straighteners once again back through them to put my hair blending with the fake hair. As you can see, the sides already look how much more fine-tuned and that one is compared to this side. Okay, so now i'm gon na do the same thing. This side's actually a little bit better, because i left a bit more room closer to my hairline hairline. My um my party, let's keep back combing, going around smoothing it over just a little bit. You don't want to brush out the back comb once again, go like that and i'm going to have to straighten over that a little bit, because my hair just instantly waves up a bit when i put hairspray in it kind of irritating guys. I guess this all in and then brush. I have got two more extensions that i can put in which i actually might just put in like anywhere around my face framing thing, because it is a clip, it doesn't stay in the same way. It'S literally just like a clip, but if i can find a space for it, that will stay in i'll put it in, but that's a different. I don't know if that's gon na i'm gon na stay in. You know, okay, that stayed in fairly yeah. That'S not going to stay in okay, we'll leave those out, and that is the finished hair. Should i stand up. This is what look like and, as you can see, considering the way my hair looks before, and i think i did a shabby job. So if you're like me and you're growing out your short hair, you hate it. You want about extensions, do it. That was all i hope you guys enjoyed. I hope you guys enjoyed and i will catch you next week. I love you. This is
