What'S up, everybody is so first time I wanted to come on here and show you guys how I do my messy bun. A lot of you guys requested this tutorial on my skin care regimen. So here we are now. I don't have any any clippings in my hair right now, but I'm going to add clippings and what I do to like. Give me like a foundation or a base to get right each time, as I use this little donut ball thing. I just made these out of socks and there are several videos here that can show you guys how to make these little donut buns. But here's what I did I took a pair of don't judge me. I took a pair of socks. Look like this. I used yellow because um it was a lot wider, so I used it and I also use like two pair of black socks, because my hair is black. So basically what I did was like I said I took the toe part in excuse. The dingy socks I took the toe part and I just cut it out. I put the suck thermal on like this, and I just do it like this, because it just makes the doughnut a lot tighter, instead of being loose, now grab that piece. So it doesn't go down. I put another sock now, the more socks you use, the bigger the bun is going to be. I think three is just fine for me, so I put it all up on the arm like so and not mine, this yellow, because it's going to be covered just going to start rolling. The sock just start rolling. Try to get it as tight as you can. Okay, see, I was already started time, keep going, you don't have to put it on your arm. I just wanted to do it that way. It was a lot easier for me to make sure it was going to be tight. Okay, unfold: okay and while, ah there you go, here's your doughnut - and this is just what I'm going to use for the foundation of my bond in the the clippings and I want to be using today - are the K, Nephi extensions, which is the natural straight 18 Inch - and this is seven piece - comes in a bag like this, and I decided not to flat out on my hair, because I want my hair to be kind of thick and for light, so I decided not to do that now. Here are the extensions very, very full, very full this trick here, which has four clips on. It is entirely too long for my hair, because I have naturally fine thin edges. I will not be able to use this in any sort of way. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to cut the extensions to fit in a ponytail okay. So I'm going to section off my hair and I'm going to be placing the clips going upward. This is going to work best for when you want a high ponytail and you don't want the clips to be seen through your hair. So it's best to do your clips going upward instead of downward. Now, when you get to the front of the hair, because I don't want it going upward - I'm going to take this small clip - that's not been cut, put it in the front and place it going downward get as many clips in my hair as I can just Because I, like that whole fullness thickness, look I want to take some eco styling gel. I love this stuff. Doesn'T leave your hair or it doesn't leave it flaky like just something like this a little bit more and I'm going to go in the back. Okay, I like to do is kind of throw my head back a little bit getting it up there of these clippings blend really good with my hair. Oh, these are amazing. You don't even have to flat iron your hair to make them blend. These are beautiful, but look how full that is. Oh, my gosh. In my opinion, these are so much more better than those silky um clippings, just because it looks so full they look. So real like there are gon na need some Barbie pants. So you got ta. Take your sock here and you're gon na pull it down over the points. Okay, now that you've gotten your bun up and see if it's okay, if some of the pieces fall down it's time to makes it look a little bit more messy. So it doesn't bother me to hit like some of the hairs flying down some of the hair down at the nape. That'S okay, so here is some of the edge control. Now you are more than welcome to use anything you want on your edges. I used to like to use this, but sometimes my hair curls up when I used it, so I found that using the edge control works a little bit better for getting more of a precise look on my edges. Now the edges are naturally thin. So what I'm going to do is put a little bit of edge control right here kind of bring out that baby hair a little bit also because I have naturally thin edges. This is something that I picked up from Sally's. That I think, is very helpful. For me, during the process of trying to get my edges to grow, I'm naturally thin edges. So I'm always trying to find some sort of remedy that could helps, and it kind of looks like black pepper and it attaches to your hair follicles, and this is what I do to kind of fill it in a little bit. So it doesn't look so thin. Even though it is thin, but it can look a little fuller, so I'm going to do the other side. Now I like to use too much of this because it can start to make your hair look a little nappy. Okay. This is how I do my high bun: hey guys,

Cornelia S: Love it! Super easy to do

Norma David: Love the video! I use to have the same issue with my edges. I would part my hair to the side. I started using simplicity oil. It works wonders. They now have a shampoo n conditioner. Its natural no chemicals.

Wateronlyhairwash: Castor oil, and emu oil might help grow your edges out. I've used it on my eye lashes and eye brows, it really works. With the emu oil each hair strand grows in thicker.

TheVeganBerkeleyBeauty: I never liked flared nails. They always seemed ghetto to me for some reason, but I'm digging yours. Yours look really good. I may try that style. Hair looks great by the way.

Naturally Divine Products: Have you tried BB pine tar? It regrew my edges that had thinned in the back from micro braids. I'm sure it could grow yours in too

ammmmmmmmm1: I so love your videos. You mentioned that you have naturally thin edges, it might be the brush you are using on your hair. I used to use a bristle bore brush on my edges until i noticed that i was starting to lose them so i stopped using the brush and my edges are back. so maybe as well as already doing what you are doing, also try and reduce the force used while brushing your edges and see if that helps. Sorry for the long post : )

SincerelyKB: That toppik is good stuff!! I use it on my edges too!!

Brandy Wilson: Thanks great tutorial,

Monique Crutchfield: Omg I love the clip ins just in a high pony tail. Im weird but I like thinner edges. Especially when swooping with gel. I like seeing scalp lol. So I comb my edges with gel instead of brush.. Don't judge.
