I hope this video proves useful

Here I show you how to use embroidery snap clip covers, shaker snap clip covers and how to use the snap clip die.

My snap clip die is from all express. The most popular one is from felt better in the UK.

The glue gun I use is this one from amazon https://amzn.to/2ZM8Kj5 it has a fine point nozzle which makes it great to use for snap clips

If you are a supplier or are aware of a supplier who sells any of the products covered in this video please leave a comment below with the information.

I do sell some of the products on my own website - www.enchatedsparklecraftsupplies.co.uk... - but this channel is not solely for promotion for my own website and I encourage other suppliers to make us aware of their own products

Hi and welcome to enchanting sparkle crafts. Today, i'm going to show you some of the options for snap clips that are on the market for hair bow makers. At the moment, i'm going to make it quite quite a quick video, because you don't want to listen to me rattling on um, so we have the die cut ones. This is one of the cheaper dies available and this is a five centimeter one. We have little shaker clip covers and embroidered ones which i've done on my embroidery machine. Quite a few suppliers sell embroidered snap quick covers as well, but not necessarily this style. So i'm going to start with the one to die, cut quickly, get my machine out to cut it so to make this like with any dye underneath the dark coat. You need your big shot machine dye, your plates and some fabrics to use it with. I am using this chunky glitter poppies, which i got from eliza henry crafts. It'S one of my favorite fabrics at the moment, i'm just going to sandwich it in and that's right. I'M also going to repeat it with some felt for the back of the clips is so we've cut out our shapes they're using the dye. We'Ve got the felt for the back and the poppies for the front. Now i'm going to use these snap clips, i got these from caraway cottage. I really recommend buying some decent quality snap clips, rather than pan shop gps, because the pound shop ones just aren't as strong as some of the ones that you can get from proper suppliers that um that supply the things that are actually for doing this with. So what i do is i run the glue right around the edge of the clip before putting on the front and carefully place it on and make sure that it's pressed down all the way around. Do it, while it's open to prevent the glue getting on this bit here, the bit i find the trickiest is lining up the back: it's cause, it's all frilly and i'm a bit messy with this. So just put that through there and line it up again i'll do it while it's open just to avoid the glue getting all over this bit, i recommend neatening up any stray bits of glue when they've dried off. That'S how you do the die cut. Snap clips like that now the next ones i'm going to show you the easiest ones, go in these shaker clips. I really love these ones. Personally, all you need to do is. If you look carefully on the back, there are some little slits, i'm trying to show them on here. You can just see the slits there and at the other side on the back of the clips. So all you need to do is slot it in a bit of a fiddle and bend your clip slightly and it will pop in like so and that's all you have to do for those ones and they do stay very secure. They do not come out there. If you can see. The plastic goes quite a long way over at both ends, so it will not pop out of the hole there. These are things that quite a few suppliers sell and i can't think of the top of my head. What are the ones? I don't like to advertise myself constantly, but of course i do sell these um on insurance sparkle craft supplies, but there is other supplies too, and i will link those below because i don't want to just advertise myself, which i've always said on this. It'S just so easy to pop. In again, these are five centimeter snap clip holders seems to be the most common size for a lot of things. Now the embroidered ones, i've seen a few different options vloggies about. I did have another one on my desk once already. The leaves um there is quite a few different options. If you look about, i think i've seen some crayon ones on eliza had new crafts um, it's just checking out the supplies to see what they have. If you don't have your own embroidery machine, so you just need to cut around as close to the edge if possible, if they don't come out, pretty cool, that is, it might arrive with your pre-cut already. If you just line it up, you need to cut a little slit on the back around here, just big enough for it to go in. I'D normally use some quite sharp embroidery scissors, but i don't even know where they are right now. I'M sure you've all figured. I'M a bit useless with these things, just pop that in there and push it through now, you may want to put a little blob of glue behind here, but it's not really necessary. I say that because this one has been in my hair all week and it hasn't got the glue on it hasn't popped out of my hair. It hasn't come off the cover. It'S just been fine, so that is uh. How you do the faulty snap covers i'll. Have a look around and pop some links below of different ones that i've come across, i'm sure i've seen one eliza henry and i'm sure there's some of the filthy suppliers have them as well ones that just do healthy is like i can't remember, but i'll have A look and pop them below, so that's all of the snap clips that i've got to show you today. So thank you for watching now, that's giving you a little bit of inspiration of how easy snap clips are to play with and how they can be a great little addition to either you run or businesses or for your own kids. So there we go. Thank you for watching bye, great you
