Flower Hair Clips | How To Crochet This Super Easy Flower Hair Clips

Hello, everyone welcome to the artwork today in this video we're gon na see how to crochet this beautiful floral hair clips and it's a very quick and easy project. So for this project we'll need some colored beads and some stash of yarn and two snap clips and a needle scissors and a 2.5 millimeter crochet hook. You can use any worsted weight yarn or the stash. You have already the scraps that you may have for this project, so starting we'll work, a slip, knot and then go ahead. Crochet uh 36 chains, so once you've worked 36 chain, go ahead, work two double crochet on the chain from the hook, so work, two double crochet on the fifth chain from the hook. So this is the number one double crochet and then we're gon na work. One more double crochet on the same chain and then we're going to work a chain three, and then we will work two slip stitches on the next two chain. That is one slip stitch on each chain for next two chains. So i've worked my first slip stitch on the next chain and then i'm gon na go ahead. Work one more slip stitch on the next chain, so we're gon na work one slip stitch each for the next two chains, then we'll again work chain, three and then we'll work, two double crochet on the next chain and then we're going to work a chain. Three again and then work one slip stitch each on the next two chains. So we're going to basically repeat this pattern over and over again till the end. That is we're going to work a chain three and then work, two double crochet on the next chain and then we're going to work a chain three again and then work one slip stitch each on the next two chains. So we're gon na repeat this till then so. Go ahead, work this pattern till then, and in the last chain we're just going to work. Only one slip stitch because we will be left with only one chain in the last, so go ahead, work one slip stitch and after that you can uh leave a long tail for uh sewing and then you can fasten off so go ahead. Repeat this pattern till then now i have only one chain left, so i'm going to work a chain three and then work one slip, stitch on my last chain and then fasten off my yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing and then we're going to gather our Work like a flower you're, going to arrange them just like flower and then we're going to sew the base of this work together so that the uh they don't come apart, so we're gon na sew them uh, together with the tapestry needle. So, that's why i have told you to leave a long ah tail for sewing so now place this long, uh place uh. This uh work together like hold them tight and then attach a tapestry needle to this long end of your yarn and then sew them together. So now i'm going to go ahead, attach a colored bead to the flower, so i'm also working that with a needle and then once i'm done with that, i'm just going to tighten the ends of my yarns together and then i'm gon na cut off my yarn. Just leave a little bit of yarn so that you knot them up to your snap clips, like as i do and then knot the ends of your yarn together, um. Even after doing this it'll be kind of wobbly and it will not be uh snug. So once i'm done with this i'll, just heat my glue gun hot glue gun and then i will just hot glue my flower with the snap clip so once you're done, uh gluing uh them leave. It uh give it some time for uh drying and then your clip, the flower clips, are ready. I'Ve made a few more colors with the same pattern and it's a very, very simple and easy project, and it's a great gifting idea and it's a wonderful gift for kids.
