Luxy Hair Vs Maxfull Hair | Blonde Ombre Seamless Clip In Remy Hair | First Impressions & Comparison

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, my name is michaela if you're new here and today, i'm going to be reviewing and comparing a set of extensions that i got off amazon. This brand was kind enough to reach out to me and send this product to me, but this video is not sponsored. This is made by my own opinion, so i will not be biased in any way. I will never show you guys something that i hate or talk about something in a good way and lie to you like just a heads up. I this video is not sponsored and um. I also i'm just going to give you guys my unbiased opinion on these hair extensions, so the brand that i will be reviewing today is called max full um. These are real seamless, clip in hair extensions that are human hair. They are the double weft remy, hair extension clip on human hair extensions. So i will be reviewing these today and also comparing them to a pair of extensions that i already own and i will be styling these putting them in and styling them for you guys as well. So i am going to be unboxing these i haven't taken them out of the package, yet i just got them in from amazon and they came in like a day because of amazon prime um. So when you open the box, the box is really cute. When you open the box um, you get some directions on how to install the extensions and then also some um tips on how to maintain the extensions and the lifetime of the extensions. So that's awesome um, so they come in this little bag right here um. These are 100 grams of extensions, so the color i got is a dark dirty blonde top to a platinum blonde bottom. I actually needed new extensions anyways because i went blonde and the extensions that i had before are like a chestnut brown color with like some pops of blonde. So i really needed to get some new extensions, so i'm really excited about these and they look like they're going to match really well or at least blend and add dimension so yeah. These are 100 remy human hair extensions and they ran me about a hundred dollars on amazon for 100 grams um and right now, they're having a five percent discount code on amazon. You just apply it at checkout, so that's really cool that they're having a discount on top of it already being cheaper than normal extensions, so yeah. So these are clip-in extensions and i am going to untie these and show you guys what they look like right off. The bat they feel really soft and i really like the color, so i'm excited to try these um. The actual band is very thin, which is nice um right now. The extensions that i have are from luxy hair and they are the seamless extensions, so the band is really thin on those. So these ones look here. Let me take out a weft, so these ones look very thin as well like it sits, really close to your head, and this is what the back looks like. They look really nice and they feel very, very soft and high quality. So i'm actually really impressed by these extensions. I really thought when i ordered them off amazon, i was like okay, they're gon na be crappy extensions like no they're, actually really good. So the hair comes with one four clip: weft two three clip wefts three, two clip wefts and one one clip weft. I believe that the one one clip weft is to go like the front of your hair, so that you could add volume there or anywhere else. You need it, but i think that you should be good if you have the other extensions as well. Now these are my lucky hair extensions they're in a bag right now, but this is the ones that i had already. Obviously, you can tell that the color doesn't really match me anymore, but i will say that those are about double the price and double the amount of extensions you get. So you get like double the amount of hair. So just a heads up. That is what the difference is so far. So a couple of things i wanted to touch on um, i was sent some information from the brand about the hair, so i just wanted to go ahead and talk about that really quick before i go ahead and put these in and style them, they actually increase The ratio of the hair so that the hair is the same thickness as in the top as it is in the bottom. So that way you don't have like thin end pieces. So that's really cool to hear because i have thin hair and i want to get as much volume as possible. Out of my extensions, the clip is a claw snatch clip and the weft. Actually, the band actually sits right up on your hairline, so there's no bumps or shedding, and it's really easy to stick into your hair. Also, the weft base is made out of silicone, so it's easily flexible and it can move with your head and like with the rest of your real hair. So i think that's really cool, because it's going to look super seamless in my hair. So i'm going to show you guys the difference between the two bands. This one is luxy hair and this one is maxful. Now you can tell that these are a little bit lighter weight and thinner. That'S because they are 100 grams and these are double the size. So they're a lot thicker and fuller, but that's only because they um are more grams per weft and also they are double the price. So just a little comparison, i've been wearing these for about a year now and um just got these, so you can see the size difference, but you can also see the difference in excuse my nails, you can see the difference in the wefts, so this one is A lot thinner and smaller and they are kind of similar when it comes to like the silicone weft, where it's supposed to sit right on your hair. But this one is a lot thicker because it has to hold a lot more hair. And this one is a little bit thinner super thin right up here and way way way more flexible um. The clips are also different sizes as well. These ones are a little bit smaller, just because there's less hair, but i think that the amount of hair is still good because i think it'll add, like some good volume. So don't be afraid of the hair. Looks can be a deceiving because, even though it looks like not a lot of hair, they'll still add a lot of volume. Honestly half the time. I don't even use all of the hair that luxie gave me. They gave me like 200 grams of hair, and i only use about half of that, like i have a bunch of wefts left out. Okay, so i just looked up the price of the hair extensions that i have from luxie and they are about 210 dollars for the 20 inch 180 gram set, so the ones that i have right here. These are 100 grams and they are a hundred dollars, plus five percent off your whole purchase on amazon. So that's something big i wanted to mention is like if you are on a budget - and you want to try out hair extensions or you're curious about real hair extensions, which you can actually use heat tools on real hair extensions, the ones that aren't real hair, you Can'T apply heat to them because they will melt so these ones are way better for your hair and also these seem really lightweight like they won't weigh my hair down. So i'm actually really excited to put these in my hair. All right. So now is the moment of truth. I am going to install them and i'm going to fast forward through this and then i'm going to go style, the hair extensions and let you know how it is to style, and i will be right back all right. So i wanted to show you guys what it looks like before i style it um honestly, i think the color matches super well, it's really hard to tell what hair extensions are going to look like before you style them, but i think that this is a good Indicator that they blend super well, it's just enough hair to make it look like it's natural and, like i'm, not wearing extensions, so i think that's a huge plus in my book, i'm actually very pleasantly surprised. I will show you guys from the back. So this is what it looks like from the back, no bumps or anything. I can feel a couple of bumps like one bump right here, just because i didn't stretch it out well enough, but so far i think it looks super good. So i am going to go style, this really quick with a heat tool, and i will let you guys know my thoughts when i come back. Oh my god, you guys, i am so impressed by these. They look so good like it looks like my real hair. I will say that the color is off just a little bit because i have more of like a sandy beige color, and this is more of like a yellowy color, but i feel like i could tone them myself with, like some purple shampoo or something. But, oh my god, they look so good. It adds like such good dimension. Wow. You guys. I am like thoroughly impressed so now i'm gon na give you guys my final thoughts now that i have the extensions in and styled so i will compare the two brands that i have so, if you're curious to see a video on how i install and style My extensions with luxy hair and you want to see more of a close-up, in-depth video of those extensions. I will link that right here for you guys, but this is the luxy hair extensions um. I think that these are really good quality, like i'm not going to take away from them. I think that this is a great brand if you are looking for like super high quality hair extensions, but i think that these might be like my new favorite hair extensions. They are half the price and they are yes, they are less hair. But honestly, this is 100 grams and i think this is all i need. This is all i can really fit into my head anyways, because i have fine hair, so i have like really thin hair, so yeah. This is like so good and i will say that it was a lot easier to install these than it was fluxy, because the band is a lot more flexible and a lot thinner and the clips are a lot smaller, so they're less noticeable. I don't feel any bumps at all. I don't see anything like noticeable. All of the extensions are hidden, that's something that i struggled with with these, because the extension is so big like the clip and everything was so big. It was hard to hide it in my hair because i have such thin hair, i'm just so impressed these look so good, like they actually look like my real hair. Oh my gosh, i'm so excited about this.
