I start from the bottom and work my way up to the top. I do this because, if you start from the top and start dragging it down, you create more knots and tangles at the bottom, and this hair in particular, has a loose cut at the bottom than the top. So you'll definitely create more, create more knots. If you start from the top and the conditioner of choice that I'm using is aunt Jackie's leave-in conditioner, as you can see, this made the hair so shiny, it really nice and luscious, and I'm so happy about this.
