How I Wash And Style My Three Piece Hair Topper

Okay, so it's time to wash my three-piece hair topper uh, as you can see in the top part of this, it has like the darker color, because i spray a temporary color to give it that rooted, look and before washing i either brush it or just finger Comb, it just to make sure it won't get tangled. I do that separately. I just finger comb it and then i rinse it. I rinse it with warm water, get it wet, make sure everything is soaked and then just lightly. I don't really just lightly kind of like uh squish it lightly just to pick out the dirt and then, as you can see, i am making sure that it's all going in the same direction, the hair, so it would get less it will get tangled now for Shampoo, i just use since it's a human hair. I just use whatever i have that's available and this one i am using the shampoo chi, it's argan oil with argan oil. That gives it a lot of moisture. I start from the top of the each piece and then just slowly, pat and brush and pat, and rub it down lightly, so it won't get tangled. Then i rinse it off. If i feel like i have too much product on it like. If i put too much hairspray on it, since i don't wash this all the time, i only wash it when it's necessary and i use dry shampoo in between. So it will stay fresh and, thank goodness, i don't really sweat a lot. So i just wash it once once in a while when it's necessary, then now i'm using the conditioner again, i start patting it on the top not too much on the root area, because remember this is hand tight and you don't want to loosen up the the Hair, but since i have this for a long time already have it for about three years, it gets tighter and tighter the more you use it because, when you're brushing it and pulling it that nuts on the hair or the process of making the hair piece gets Tightened all the time so i was showing i was losing a little bit of hair, which is normal. You lose a little bit of hair once in a while. You get, it will get thinner, but i have this for three years already, so i had it for a long time and it still still works pretty good and again. I said i only wash it once in a while and if i have a lot of product on it i would use. I would mix a little bit of baking soda on my on the shampoo and then the baking soda would help pick up the build up product. So now i'm rinsing it and sometimes i would leave the conditioner a little bit longer. You know i'll do my errands by chores, i mean and then let it sit for a while and then rinse it off and i usually and then just pat it dry. And then i usually i just let it air dry and let it sit and let it dry and if it's nice and sunny i'll put it by the window, don't put it outside because it might get blown away. As you can see, i put it by the window because there's some sun and since it's a human hair, if this one has a little bit of wave when it dries now, this dried it has that little bit of wave, it looks like a beach hair. You know, like you've, been you've been hanging out on the beach, so if i like it to have wavy like that, i will leave it alone, but i like to curl i like to flat iron mine and then now now that it's all dry, i'm ready to Style it if you're in a hurry. Of course, i use that product as a smoothing cream by priyology just to help with the hair strands and i'm showing how to blow dry it. If you're in a hurry - and you don't want to - let it air dry just blow dry, it like that and then just constantly moving the blow dryer so um, it wouldn't damage the the base of the the piece, the piece of pieces, and now i am flat Ironing i am using uh just a cheap flat iron from remington, and i am on 450 degree. So, first you have to comb it down to take out the tangle and on the top part, i'm just plotting it a little bit as a showing it there and combing it just to take out the tangles and then now looks nice and smooth again. I'M good for maybe a month or two or three months. Yes, it lasts long. For me it doesn't really get smelly. I just use a dry shampoo, there's right now. What i'm using for dry shampoo is a bed head and you can get that anywhere in the store or you can there's a lot of different kind of dry shampoo that i just apply all over just to keep it fresh. I mean before i put it on again and just repeat the process on all three pieces, and i think i forgot to mention that before you wash it. You make sure that the clips are closed, so it won't grab the hair while you're washing it or the hair won't get between the clips, the hair clips and when it says i'm done, i iron it. I use a little bit of the smoothing shine and i using i'm using the product by chi. Also, this color is a blonde with a medium brown mix and they're still in pretty good condition. Even if i haven't for a long time already sorry about my morning, look there's no makeup there. So now i'm showing how to clip it, you can either clip it on the front first or in the back. First, whatever is easier for you and with the three piece you can clip this on the side. Part, if you like to, if you part your hair on the sides, and i always part my hair in the middle, so it always works that way for me and watch my other old videos. If i showed how to clip it, if you want to put your hair in a ponytail, because these are very versatile - you can use them for ponytail you can you don't have to clip them at the very top if you don't want it to be in the Very top you can clip them the middle portion of your hair. You know after for a while, they want a different color or they want a second set, just in case every tire or they want a different color. Also because that's one thing about it, you can change your color. You can be blonde in one week and then you get a darker color and you have a darker hair, color and now i'm all done clipping them. Let'S see how it looks at the back. Okay, it covered up my colic. I should have showed you how my colic, i have a colic at the back, so it covers my color pretty good. So now it's time to curl it a little bit. I don't always curl it. Sometimes i just wear it straight and of course today i just want to show you how i curl it really fast. I am using uh my very old curling iron, which is by conair. The size of the barrel is about an inch and a half. If i don't flat iron the hair - and i just curl it - it will give me more. My curls would stay longer, but i, like my hair, a little bit more smoother all over. So that's why i like to flat iron it the three piece and also my own hair, all right, i'm doing just a quick um show in here to show you how to do it quickly, but i'm taking my time i would like to put it get. Maybe a little smaller sections when i'm curling it and also leave it longer a little bit so that the curl would be more stay better. But i'm just doing a loose curls in here and once you have the hair pieces clipped in already just gently pull uh. Don'T try to pull it too hard, so it won't be pulling your own hair. These three peas are great for covering your gray when your hair is growing out and you want to cover them and you can make it to your hair. Hair color is to have your regrowth done or if you want instant, highlights or instant low lights, it's just just clip them on and you're ready to go. Of course it gives you volume also not a lot of volume. Remember this is a hair topper. So it covers mostly the top part of your hair. If you have a bit of thinning hair, just give you some a little bit of volume. I created this about 10 years ago, designed it myself and it took a lot of practice and patience to get it right and it's hand tight, because it's lightweight and it doesn't pull your own hair as you can see, if i'm not wearing my hair pieces, i Still have hair and i've been wearing them for a long time already, that's because they're lightweight and they don't pull my own hair, and it just gives me just enough volume on my hair. I you know, i don't want a lot of mega mega volume. I just want this a little bit and on my three piece this one i did clip. I did have um, of course, i'm showing how it works that it doesn't. You can shake your head if you want to, it doesn't come out, but my three piece - i don't know if you notice it that i cut the side bangs a little bit. So i think i'll put my makeup on and maybe curl it a little bit more and then that's a picture when it's all done with makeup and everything. So, okay, i have a little makeup here, a little bit of curls, but that's how you wash the three-piece hair topper, how you take care of it. It will last a long time. So now i have more blonde and contrast on my hair hair, i'm showing you how it looks on my hair, color uh different lighting. Remember my own hair is about medium brown. I color color my gray with medium medium brown, and then i put highlights once in a while. I put more highlights in the summer. Actually i put my highlights in summer and then let it grow out.
