My First Time Trying Tape In Extensions | Best Tape Ins For Natural Black Hair

Wow, that's really retro the challenge. What'S up guys welcome back to my channel, it's Peyton and today I'm back with another video, as you all have read by the title today, I'm coming at y'all with a really quick little video getting these tape-ins installed in my hair. This is actually my first time ever trying tape in I decided to work with this company called curls Queen. They sent me some really really. Cute tape ends to install with my natural hair, so I'm gon na just give like a little spill about the tape ends and then I'm gon na go ahead and show you guys my installation process and then come back and tell you guys just a little bit More about how I'm liking the hair. This far, I got there at 22 inches of ultra full length. I got 120 pieces, which is 300 grams and um. I did go and have my friend, Paris install the tape ends for me. Basically, like a pretty easy, install um, but I'm pretty sure you can install these tape-ins by yourself. I honestly did not want to like Risk doing them wrong or like messing up my hair, so I just went ahead and let a professional do it. So for the install, I actually did like a side part with curls, so my hair looks a lot different now, um and also I think I've been wearing. These tape ends for almost two weeks. I'Ll have all the information in the description box below if you guys are interested, so they have like all different types of hair textures. So if you guys are interested in getting some curly hair, tape-ins or you know, kinky curly hair tape ends. I would definitely recommend going because they specialize in tape ends that match uh black hair, so this is actually a Yaki bundles and my hair does have a keratin treatment in it. I was originally going to do their curly tight bands, but my hair is not curly because I got a character treatment. If you guys don't know a keratin treatment is kind of like a temporary perm. It'S not like a perm, that's permanent and you have to cut your hair off and damage your hair um. A keratin is different than a perm because it goes away after a couple of months. You just got ta get it again, but a keratin treatment does like straighten your hair and make it like more fine and soft. So I didn't really have any issues blending my hair. I didn't have any issues washing my hair. I have washed my hair with the tape in so I've been going to the gym with the tape in it's very flexible, like it's. Basically like I'm working with my natural hair. Honestly, the only thing I would say is like sometimes it can be a little bit of pulling um when I do like different styles and stuff like that, because when I go to the gym I like to do like high buns and high ponytails and stuff like That, and sometimes it could be a little bit of pulling but the most part. I'M honestly really happy with this install and I would definitely recommend tape ends and I will most likely get them installed in my hair again, because I just feel like they're super duper. Easy these tape ends match my hair texture. Basically perfectly um, like I said I don't even know my curl texture but, like I said I have a keratin, so my hair is like naturally straight like this. My experience overall has been like really great. I washed it like it was my real hair. Put it in a ponytail. Put it in a bun, went to the gym. Definitely give these bundles a 10 out of 10.. I'Ll, definitely see me reinstalling these really soon, and I feel like it helps me. You know, like love, my natural, a little bit more because I have a big ass head, so I'm gon na go ahead and get started with the install and the um packaging. So these are the extra tapes they send for the hair, and this is a nice silk Bonnet. They also sent this little silk bag so that you can keep the tape in cyber storage. These are the tape ins and the packaging after on pack package them. As you can see me running my hands to them really nice and soft, and they also have tapes on them as well, and they also send like extra tape. So, as you can see, I got 22 inches 300 grams. These are some of the thank you cards and the contact information card that they sent with wash and care instructions, and this is a little bag they sent with some goodies. They sent a comb, sent a special rat tail comb for parting. They sent some clips for your hair and then they sent a tape and holder now moving on to the install. This is how my hair looked before my install as you guys can see. My hair is pretty thin and Paris just went ahead and started off by pressing the roots of my hair, because I got sweated out in the past just two days, but this is two days post, keratin you're supposed to wait three days after a keratin treatment for The install but as you can see pair started at the bottom. I forgot to film when she first started, but she's, basically just taking one tape in and dividing a small section of hair and then placing another tape in right. On top of it and then using the flat iron to basically mold it together, they do sell a press on applicator tool. I will link it in the comments down below, but Paris did not get the tool in time, so she just used the flat iron instead, which is just as good. But if you don't want to put as much heat in your hair, then you can use the applicator tool so yeah. This is just the up close View and I'm just gon na go ahead and show you guys the rest of the install. If I am wow, that's really retro, ah time, as you guys can see by the uncomfortable look on my face, I hate my really big head before. I can put some baby hairs to cover it, but this is how the hair looked with a side part. This is how it looked at the side part on the other side, then Paris went ahead and did a middle part like I am wearing in the intro of this video um, but Paris forced me to do a side part. This is our attempt at a half up half down. As you can see. I was complaining here because I do not like my big head, but um curls queen, I'm sorry bear with me. This was the attempt. This was a little bun that we attempted to do. This is how I would basically do my buns and my ponytails for the gym. I would just wear a headband to cover my head and um. This is the middle part. So after this Paris forced me to do a side part as she curled my hair and did my baby hair, and I was actually really surprised with the end result, she made me feel really confident with the side part. Usually I'll do like a middle part. With my natural hair or my natural leave out, but this came out really cute after she puts the curls, you guys were going to see the ending results are fire wish? I could have did this myself, but I don't know how to use a curling wand um. I even retried it with the a regular wand and not like a curling, a curling iron and it still didn't come out the same wow. That'S really retro, my God, but look how good that came out. Y'All! Paris really did that like. I could! Never! Oh, my God, don't talk, make sure you put that in there don't talk shoes, I'm so happy all right, you guys. So that was it for my initial installation and styling. I hope you guys enjoyed it. I didn't really feel comfortable um filming myself, like putting my hair into like a bun and a ponytail and half a tap down, because personally, I really just don't like my hair.
