Foreign welcome back to my YouTube channel or if you're new here then welcome, I hope you're all good for today's video, I'm just gon na get straight into it, we're going to be talking about all things hair now I just want this to be like super informative. Super quick: it's not really my vibe, normally with videos um, so I'm gon na try and not make it too lengthy. But I want this to be an informational video about my hair care Journey like my personal Journey, what I've been doing and also how I've kind of repaired my hair since completely taken my extensions out of my head. So that's exactly what this video is going to be. I have, of course, if you actually know me, then you will know that I'll have a bro, but the reason why I want this to be just purely focusing on, like my hair and my journey since taking my extensions out and stuff like that is because I Feel like people might just come and find this video purely Just for information, so some of you might not even subscribe to me or watch my weekly Vlogs or any of my other videos, but I just feel like this is a video that I wish I saw At some point throughout, like my hair care Journey, so I feel like it's a really important one to film, not only that I actually touched on this whole subject a little bit on my Instagram recently and everything that I want to say every bit of. Like experience. I'Ve got with it. I kind of just couldn't really fit into like a few Instagram stories, so I just felt like having it all in one. Video on YouTube was a great place for it to be so. Here'S your chance, if you want a cup of tea coffee, whatever floats you about, was me and go make one, because I'm gon na be Superman throughout this now before we get into this video before I start chatting about my journey, what I've been through? Why? I'M filming this, I have to point out, because this is obvious. If you do follow me or I do, that, a big chunk of my hair products that I use on my hair, my hair care routine. Basically, the reason why my hair is in such good condition right now is thanks to these products. That is, of course, hair burst products. Now I have bought hair burst products for a long time. I now actually work with them, which I'm so grateful. I get to work really closely with the team on like the products, what I think pre-launches, so I can give them like a really good, like review of like how I'm feeling about things, and obviously I get to get you guys discount as well, which is massively Important to me, but yeah, I bought the products for a long time before I started working with them. I genuinely do live and breathe these products because they have actually transformed my hair. Now I just want to get this out of the way, because I know a lot of you are going to be here for a discount code. I, if you're, watching this in real time so as it gets posted and I think, until the 13th of November 2022. So all of the details of the offers that are currently on any discount codes that I've got, which I do pretty much always have one, but it does just change slightly that will all get amended as a one in the description box below yeah. If you are watching this in real time, please go and stock up, go and try hair but go and buy any of the products that I'm about to recommend to you. Whilst the buy one get one free sale is on. It is incredible. I can't believe like how much product you get for your money when this sale comes around. They only do it like a few a couple times a year and it's on right now, so it is literally your perfect chance yeah. I just wanted to get that out of the way, because we all we all want to hear about the discounts. First, don't we so yeah, I'm gon na be chatting a lot about my journey. The products that I love from hair burst any of the products that I love and just basically clay where I'm at currently and how my hair got to where it is today now cutting a very long story. Short, I, for a very long time box dyed my hair jet black, not even jet black, like that midnight Bluey black. You all know the one that XXL live or whatever it was called um. I did that myself at home for years I never visited hairdressers and I cut my own hair myself now back in the days that I'm talking about. When I did this, I was actually a Trader makeup artist. I'D been in the industry for a long time, a girl, an amazing girl, booked, an appointment with me. She came in, we got on like a house on fire and it just so happened. She was a hairdresser, my darling, Abby Nelson, who has been my hairdresser ever since we had that conversation and she was like Asha. Please let let me take over your hair, like you, you can't be doing it yourself, anymore um, so she has done my hair ever since then, and God I feel like we're talking, maybe four or five years ago now, like yeah at least four years, I think Abby'S been doing my hair now when I met her, like I said, Jack Black midnight Bluey black hair, we have been on such a journey together. My hair has been through it. It'S been from that exact black color, all the way to like the ashes whitest blonde. You can imagine, and I'm talking everything in between caramel copper, light brown, dark brown, warm blonde ashy blonde, like honey blonde like highlights low lights, Balayage, so much bleach, so much bleach. I can't even explain and in amongst that as well extensions in and out tapes wears Nano bonds, you name it. I had it longer ones, shorter ones, just everything. So, on top of all of the coloring and the bleaching, I was also putting different methods of extensions in and out of my hair over the last four years and honestly, if I I'd say this all the time, but if it was not for hair burst products, My hair would not have been able to hope. Not only would it not have been able to cope, it wouldn't be where it is today, like I feel like it would be at a point where I'd have to just shave it off and start again. Like honestly, I feel like it would be that bad if it wasn't for the exact products that I'm about to chat to you about now. More recently, I so like my last color that I had what you're seeing currently is not like a current color, because I've just had my Keratin Smooth treatment. It'S something that I get done just to keep the frizz out of my hair. It is incredible. I have really naturally coarse textured frizzy hair because, like the women in my family above me have like gorgeous curly hair I'll put a picture of my mother's hair in here. So you can see what I'm talking about my hair. Unfortunately, for me, Isn't like that, it's more like Sideshow Bob Vibes um. So I get the coverton smooth system, which is just something I couldn't live without Abby. Does it for me, of course, and I get that kind of once every I say maybe two times a year: I've just had that done, but with that it does strip the color out of your hair a little bit. So you always tie it in with your color appointments. Mine is in just under two weeks time, so this isn't like a current color of choice. If that makes sense, my last color was like a. How would I describe it like a sandy blonde, I would say, like a Sandy honey blonde, and I had Nano Bonds in it now. I'Ve previously had a full head of wefts, a full head of tapes. I'Ve had a mix of wefts and tapes around the side, and then I decided I was just going to go for something completely different. This time around. When I went lighter again - and I thought I would get a full head of Nano bonds which are like the little individual pieces now - I am an avid preacher - the fact that extensions - don't necessarily ruin your hair. They have got a bad reputation for like ruining your hair or like your hair. Underneath must be rubbish for you to have extensions for me. I just love to switch up and that's exactly what they allowed me to do, but with the right hair care of your actual hair, the right maintenance, a good hairdresser extensions, don't necessarily ruin your hair now. Are they great for your hair? I don't know the answer to that. What I will say in my experience is that they definitely add weight onto your hair and obviously that's extra weight on your scalp. It kind of affects like the root of your hair, a tiny bit but other than that. I had a general good experience with extensions until I went for the Nano bonds now. This is something that I think just didn't agree with me and my head, my scalp. Personally, I only get extensions fitted for like a week. I would say that your head can kind of be a little bit tender. I feel like that's normal. I don't know if anybody else here who gets extensions can agree with me, but obviously like they're a bit tight to your head. You can't really tie them up until they grow down a little bit, because otherwise it's too sore for your scalp and after the first week generally, I am literally a fan. I don't even feel them in, but with the Nano buns, it was a totally different experience for me. I don't know why I reacted that way. I'Ve never had them before. I don't know if it was the beads and they were a lot more harsh on my hair and my scalp and the pressure of them compared to tapes and a weft. But I couldn't even lie down on the side at night like the back was okay, but at the side were like my finer hair was I genuinely couldn't even um lie down, and I noticed my scalp was becoming quite bumpy. It was quite red raw red skin, redness anywhere, it's not something I suffer with so for my scalp to be red, I knew that that was quite rare, so I decided, after probably only about three and a half weeks of having them in that I needed to Get them out so one night I ordered some hair extension removal pliers off Amazon. The next day I took them out and honestly I was shocked at my hair and my scalp condition that night that they came out would probably be a bit of an understatement, and the reason for that is because I am such an advocate for a decent, solid Hair care, routine me and herbis have had a great relationship for literally ages, and I really do promote like an active hair, routine, keeping your hair super healthy. So for me seeing my scalp in the state, it was it's kind of like I knew because they I just knew that it wasn't working for me. So when I removed them, I was like, oh my God, I'm just gon na put a picture in here. Maybe I don't even forgot any videos, but these are like pictures that I sent to my boyfriend on WhatsApp and I just thought - oh my God like no wonder they were sore because I it was literally like boils on the side of my head. It was so strange, so they came out and I thought all right. Asher short hair is just going to be it for a while, your natural, completely natural short hair, we're going to sort this out. We'Re gon na regain a healthy scalp and we're just gon na make sure that we're giving the hair the TLC that it needs that night I was like this. Is it now for extensions, like I genuinely don't think I'll ever get extensions put back in my hair. Again, that is when I started using this baby hair from hair burst now. I have actually tried the scalp serum before I'm going to go through my generic, like herbos routine in a second, but I just want to get this whole, like extension post extension care out of the way. First, I have used this before when it first launched. I do get to try the launches, like I say, a little bit earlier than everybody else which I'm so grateful for this is a brand new box um, but I've been through two bottles of this and honestly, it is an absolute Game. Changer, if you want to sort your scalp out, I'm just going to show you how it looks so it comes in a little bottle like this, and you get a little pipette with it as well, which is how you disperse the 20 drops daily. All over your head now I use this of an evening and massage it in I use the hair burst Derma roller. This is the micro needling Derma roller, and I pop it all over my scalp. You don't need to apply a lot of pressure, because obviously it has got tiny little needles all over it. Tiny little pins. This actively promotes more hair growth because you're stimulating your scalp. Just save my scalp like when you saw the pictures of how it was. I cannot even tell you it is totally different hair. Now, like honestly, it's a Madness how much this has like completely and utterly changed mascara. This is the multi-active scalp serum, and it says it reduces hair loss and improves hair density and honestly, it does exactly what it says on the tin that has really kind of put my scalp back to the condition that it should be in, and then it's allowed Me to start my hair growth, my hair repair Journey from scratch. Now that I've got a healthy scalp, because if you think about it, if a tree or a plant or whatever doesn't have like a good, healthy, strong root, the ends and all that kind of crap is going to be a load of. So it was really important for me to sort my scalp up first before I thought right. Okay, now, let's start this journey again, I'm gon na just show you the products in my hairbase routine that I haven't switched up. They are hair, burst products that will be in my routine forever as long as they make them. I will buy them, and these are products, like I say, have allowed me to do all the color changes. Extensions in and out and honestly still have a great head of hair, like obviously my scalp wasn't great, but my actual hair itself. Thank you to her burst has been absolutely fine and I honestly don't think it would have been given the experience that I had. If it wasn't for these products now, Hair birds do different kinds of shampoo. I just stick to that original, which is these white hair. These are the original shampoos for longer stronger hair. They do ones for oily hair dry scalp and they do a curly hair, specific one, which is great on Extensions by the way, because that exact, shampoo and conditioner is sulfate free. But these are just everything my hair, if I use something different, shampoo and conditioner wise. Just doesn't feel the same. I like it just doesn't feel right. Another thing which I do once a week religiously the night before hair wash day, is pop on this hair burst mask now. This mask is quite unique, because this mask does in 10 minutes literally just 10 minutes what other masks can achieve only from being on overnight, so I'm just going to compare it to all the flats for a second, I used to use olaplex quite a lot. The number three that would be something I had to leave on my hair overnight in order to get results that I get from this in 10 minutes now. The reason why I leave this on overnight, you don't have to it's literally a 10 minute mask, but I only wash my hair once a week, so I feel like I want to give it a really deep conditioning hair treatment for the once a week that I Do wash it so I pop it onto damp hair literally spray, my hair with a water bottle just like one that I picked up from Home Bargains a little water spraying. My hair pop in The Mask pop a little turban on and go to bed and sleep in it and wash it off the next day, and this makes my hair feel so smooth and this really helps like. Obviously I get my keratin straight system done, but there's really helps keep frizz away, especially when my keratin system is starting to wear off. I also feel like this mask is hugely helpful for preventing breakage as well, and that is why I religiously use it once a week, another star product from hairbus, like I say they have a huge arrange, a range array of products, but I have like my core Products and that's exactly what these are so this is the volume and growth Elixir, but this stuff is probably one of the only like completely all-round like hair product like hairsprays that you can get on the market. I put this on damp hair on hair wash day before I dry it, and then I also use it daily before styling or even if I'm just shoving it up in a Sleek bun. I always pop this in because I feel like this is so good for your hair. Only does this contribute to Fuller, looking hair. The reason why I love this is because, in addition to everything else, that it does, it is your UV protectant and your heat protectant. As well, which is so important honestly when it comes to a decent hair care routine, but the volume element in this is exactly why use every single day, especially when I'm styling and doing this kind of thing. This is what gives my hair and then. Finally, if you are a watcher of my Vlogs, you will know, I do not go a single day without taking my daily dose of these bad boys. Oh I'm not even holding it the right way. These are the hair burst chewable vitamins I feel like these are what hair bursts are famous for. I honestly feel like this is one of their most well-known products like you would know them a mile off, even just looking at them in the box like that now I take two of these a day that is the recommended daily dose. I just take one. Do I take mine in the morning yeah? I think I do. I have a little pill box and they get this person to that and refill every single week. These have all of the vitamins. You need to promote good, bloody, good hair and, honestly, they work like you're, talking B12 iron, selenium, zinc, Biotin and so many of the vitamins which I cannot remember off the top of my head, a B5 B6, B12 c and e. So, honestly, if you're gon na just have a good head of hair, take these daily - these are a long term like you have to persist with these basically and I've been taking them now for a solid two years and honestly, I owe a lot to these gummies. I get everybody onto these, they are, if you get little stocking thinners from me at Christmas, you're guaranteed that this will be in one of them just random little like acts of kindness. This is what I give to people. I'M like try these. Let me know what you think: here's a gift from me to you and yeah. I just get everybody onto these because they are an absolute Game Changer. So that's currently, where I'm up to like I say I mean I've been through it with my hair. I am really now boycotting extensions. I guess uh, because I'm just going to love my hair The Way It Is by the way when my extensions are out and one of them girls, I either like it super long with ridiculously long extensions or one. It'S my natural hair. I have it a short long cut. I get it cut. This short, it grows rapidly with hair, but it's like when my hair is dry. It'S not right now, obviously, but considering how I had it cut literally four weeks ago. It is so long now when it's straight and I could barely even get it in a high pony when I had it short, because that's just how I like it, I like to be a little bit different um, but it's growing rapidly. But obviously, when I got my hair colored in a couple of weeks, I'm gon na get it cut short again, because I just want to be a short-haired gal for a little while, then I might go on more of like a growth Journey rather than like a Repair and a care Journey with hair burst I'll, see where it takes me, but for now I'm just focusing on getting my hair really thick, really good condition and getting it cut regularly. Yeah. Those are like my solids. My hair burst solids. Obviously the sculpture was a recommendation for me too, if you're in a similar situation for me and you're, taking your extensions out, you don't think it's agreed with you. Your scalpa saw it's red. You have bold patches because that's what I had like. Oh honestly, like I was heartbroken um, the scalp products by Harvest are going to sort. You right out. Trust me, but when it comes to like just my generic two year, long will never drop them. Out of my routine hair burst products, we've got the original, shampoo and conditioner the gummies, and also the Elixir and a hair mask like they are just such a good basic hair burst routine. To have, but yeah, like I say currently, hair burst, has a buy one. Regan O'Callaghan: I've been wearing extensions for years. I usually wear clip ins, halos and ponytails. When I tried tapes they were good but then I damaged my hair when I put too many pieces in as I have fine hair. Before getting any kind of semi permanent extensions, it is very important to have a chat with your hairdresser to evaluate your personal hair texture and health and care routine to find out what method of extensions will work best for you.

cjeelde: Can't stop think of how goals and gorgeous you are ❤️ looooove you and your channel

Sirocha: Hi Asher, can these gummy’s be taken while pregnant?
