Hey guys, what's up welcome back to my channel and if you're new to my channel and welcome I'm Warren so for today's video I'm going to show you guys how to do some DIY designer inspired hair clips! Well, pops a mouthful during Fashion Week, esta Bella and Gigi Hadid wear the versace hair clips during the versace fashion show, and i fell in love with it immediately. But I ended up going online to search and all designer hair clips are upwards of a hundred dollars, which I think it's kind of outrageous to spend on a hair accessory. Unless it's something that you're going to wear often. So I decided to just take the plunge and create my own DIY inspired hair clips. So the good thing about these hair clips is that they were both under $ 10. So before we get started, make sure to hit the subscribe button down below and also be sure to turn on your post notifications, so that you're aware when I post the video yeah, I won't keep on rambling, let's just get into the video so for the materials You'Re going to need some pliers, some sparkle beads that spell to your for Medusa clothes, buttons, toothpicks, some e6000 glue, as well as some hair clips, and these I got from Target I'll, make sure to link them and the beats down below for you guys so to Make the do your hair clip we're going to be taking the Dior beads and sliding them on to the black hair clip? So I'm going to take some pliers and try to open up the hook of the hair clip and just make it as flat as possible to be able to slide in the beads now. This is where you want to decide which side of your head you're going to be wearing the clips on. I personally like to wear my clips on the left side, so I'm going to be inserting the D bead first, but if you want to wear on the right side, you would insert the r bead first, so it really just depends which side you want to wear It on, and then after I insert the beads, I just want to take some e6000 glue and put it on the backside of each bead and then just glue it down onto the hair clip once you've finished gluing down all the beads. You just want to close the clip and then start adjusting the beads so that they all match up, and then I personally decided to just take a sharpie and start filling in all the scratches that the clip had from the pliers. This is just an extra step that I wanted to do. You don't have to do this if you don't want to, but after this you're basically done, you just want to let the glue dry overnight and then you're ready to wear it. Your clip the next day so for the second hair clip you're going to want to use the thin gold hair clip because it's the one that looks the closest to the real one from Versace. And then I'm just going to be taking the buttons and going them down along the hair clip itself. So to begin, I'm gon na have to actually cut the back loop of each button to make it as flat as possible and then we're just gon na go ahead and start gluing them on to the hair clip with the e6000 glue. So this hair clip is the most basic out of both of them, because this one, you really don't have to put in that much work, but just like the other one we're going to leave this one overnight as well. Let it dry and then you're free to wear it the next day. So these are the two DIY hair clips that I have to show you guys today.
