( upbeat music, ), Hey everyone! Welcome to the channel. Today, I'm gon na share with you my top tips on how to seamlessly blend your amazing Milk and Blush hair extensions.. I always get so many questions on how I keep my extensions. Looking really really natural and blended with my own hair., These tips are ones that I live by.. I use them every single time. I clip in my Milk and Blush hair extensions., I'm sure you're gon na use them as well.. So, let's get straight into the video. Tip number one is using your one clip hair extensions that come in your classic or your seamless set.. They look just like this.. I love using this near the front of my hair'cause. They make your hair blend so seamlessly with the extensions, especially if you've got shorter hair. Like I have. My hair comes to about there., You kind of see that without the clip you get this kind of disconnect but I'll pop the clip in and you can see how easily it blends. You can see. You'Ve got a smoother blend there. You can always take your extensions to your hair stylist as well to get them trimmed to match your own hair., But I find that these one clip wefts work. Amazingly well. Tip number two from seamless blending is using a root. Touch-Up spray. I've mentioned this in my videos before, but I thought it was worth mentioning again because it's such a good hack for your hair extensions, especially if you've got finer, hair. Or you've, got blonde hair and your roots are coming through a bit more.. I use the L'Oreal Magic ReTouch spray.. You can get root, touch-up sprays from most drugstores.. You can get them online as well, quite inexpensively.. It basically means that your wefts are much easier to disguise at the root.. I'Ve got two of my wefts here from my triple weft set.. This is the weft without the root touch-up spray, and this is the weft with the root touch-up spray.. You can see that it gives much more of a natural look as if your roots are growing. Out., If I hold them up yeah. This one here is the one without the root touch-up spray, and this is with the root touch-up spray.. You can see that it's much closer to my natural colour., So you know if I'm out and about and the wind does blow and one of my wefts comes on - show it's gon na be much less obvious with the root touch-up spray.. My third tip, for you guys, is to blend your own hair into your extensions using a flat iron.. I find that this is one of the best tips for a seamless blend., While I'm placing my wefts in I like to run the straightener through the weft and through my own hair kind of when I'm putting each weft in.. So I go step by step.. I find the easiest way to do. This is you're using your straightener or your flat iron and using a loop brush as well. I like to take the hair, my own hair and the extension start to brush them together, and then I place my flat iron on top like this.. Then you run them both down really slowly.. That way you get a really smooth seamless blend and your own hair goes into the extensions as well. While we're on the subject of styling. I think that it's so important to match your extensions to the own natural texture of your hair., So take into account your own texture.. If you have naturally curly hair you're gon na want to curl your extensions as well.. If you have smooth sleek, hair you're gon na want to straighten them., If you have Afro hair, maybe crimp the extensions just so they blend, and they look really really natural. Tip number four is choosing the right length for you. Here at Milk and Blush the best Lengths for me personally are 12 to 14 inch and 16 to 18.. This is because my hair is quite short to begin with.. If you're not sure what length you want to go for, then we recommend taking a tape, measure and measuring from the middle of your ear downwards.. You can run your fingers down the tape measure until you meet the place. Where you'd want your hair to end., Then you can get a rough idea of what length to go. For. Tip number five is to take your extensions to your hair stylist and ask them to blend them with your own hair.. I did mention this briefly when I talked about the one clip weft.. I think it's really really important.. If you want that gorgeous natural look, then it's a really good idea to take your extensions to your hair stylist and they can advise you on the right shape to go for.. They can trim them and add layers to make them look even more natural.. Lastly, tip number: six is probably my favourite and I do this literally every time I put my extensions in.. It'S clipping up your short hairs at the nape of your neck.. If you've seen my Five Tips and Tricks for Fine Hair video, then you'll know I love this one.. Basically all I do before I put any of my extensions in. I run my fingers kind of halfway between my ears back and I clip all this hair up.. You can twist this and bobby, pin it or you can braid it and bobby, pin it up., It's completely up to you., But just so it's out of the way.. Then I clip more of my extensions in. You'll find that you won't get those really annoying short hairs poking out here, which is, let's face it: a big giveaway that you're wearing hair extensions.. We want them to look completely natural., So there you have it guys.. That'S how you get a seamless blend with your Milk and Blush hair extensions.. I hope you find this video helpful. If you did don't forget to give it a big thumbs up., If you have any other questions or comments, just pop them down in the comments section. Subscribe to us. If you haven't already and I'll catch you next time. Bye,

Nicole P.: That's genius, I never thought to clip my short hair up to hide it.

Pursuit of Truth: I wear extensions every day to grow out my short hair and as a protective style, flat ironing my hair every day friend my hair as did curling my hair. Dichotomy , ugh. So I've been opting for wigs in between using the extensions.
