Hey everyone welcome back to my youtube channel hello. If you're new here, my name is Asha also known as a shimmery low over on Instagram happy Wednesday, everyone. It feels so weird to be in here on a Wednesday, because normally I only film once a week on a Sunday, but I'm gon na try my best to put out two videos a week, starting with this all right, hair midweek on a Wednesday. So you may have noticed, I have got super long, mermaid hair and these extensions are clip-ins by foxy locks. They are the seamless luxurious 24 inch extensions in shade Coco Coco, not really sure how you say it, I'm so buzzing with these extensions. I can't even explain I mean the camera doesn't even pound. Well, I'm gon na for me to fit them in. Let me see if I can show you where they go to, but honestly the quality of this hair, just how easy they are to put in the packaging, I'm just so happy with them. So in this video, I'm gon na be showing you how I put them in giving you a little bit of a review and also explaining the color match issues that I had in hope that they will help somebody so yeah. If you want to see how I put in the 24 inch clip in extensions and also what I think of them, then keep watching this video, and I will show you exactly that sent to me by accident. And can you even hear me for a while now I have wanted to get extensions and just before lockdown it was my plan to have all of my hair dyed back brunette and got like really long extensions. I fitted into my hair, like the weft extensions that obviously lockdown happened. I didn't get my hair dyed and I was blonde and my roots were the worst as you all we'll know. If you have watched my dyeing my hair at home, vlog, which I have obviously done myself, so I just thought, whilst I am waiting for the hairdresser's to reopen, and also for me to actually have some more time to consider whether I want the wife to extensions On are, I would get some clippings in the meantime now I have already opened and worn these walnuts and on slay. I am so glad that I didn't end up getting the wife'll extensions done, because I think I am converted - and I think I will only wear these clippings from now on, because it's so nice being able to put them in and for them to still look as Good as webbed extensions being permanently in your head, and also be now to take them out like give your hair proper, good, wash and also I do like my hair short. Sometimes it's just other times I like it to be really long. So I think clippings are a really good way to sort of have that option if that makes sense. Ah, my local cost, the drive-thru is actually open and honestly I have missed their skinny latte so much and the Wiltshire ham and cheese toasties they're like the best thing ever so foxy Knox. I actually had foxy locks extensions way back when I had jet black hair, and I think I had the 24 inch clip in extensions then, and we are talking years ago. I'M gon na try and find a picture and put it in here and I bought them back then, because foxy lots were highly recommended even all those years ago. So when I had the opportunity to work with them on this, I obviously snatched a hand off, because I already know how amazing their hair is - and I feel like that, one of the longest under my clip in extension companies I feel like they've, been around for A hell of a long time and people still absolutely love them and the quality just keeps getting better. So, first of all I got the extensions obviously, and I got the 24 inch seamless, luxurious extensions now, mine already out of the box because, like I just said, I have actually already worn them once so. This is the box that they come in and in this top section here is where the main hair extensions are and they're in a hand. That'S when you also got a couple of spare clips as well, but in this bottom section here they basically put in like a one clip extension. So you can take this out double check. It matches your hair before actually going in and getting out the main extensions, which i think is a really really good idea. I love the design of this box and the fact that they basically give you a sample piece at the bottom here. I also got a clip in ponytail, because one of the things I used to love when I had my wife to extensions in, was that when I had a really high pony - and it was still super long, whereas when I tie my own hair up now, it Goes quite sure, once it's up - and I also I'm very excited about sorry. I did that thing again. Why I'm talking over the packaging, foxy laughs have got that own Colonel Monde. Now this is probably the highest quality wand. I think I have ever seen so this is what you got so you've got your wand, so obviously your handle hair with your different settings and your on and off button and then on the actual wand. Is this attachment? But you also get these six other attachments as well, so these are detachable, which i think is amazing, because how annoying is it when you've got loads of different things that take up space now? What I'm going to do in this video is show you the extensions. I may put in the men and how they look afterwards. I'M gon na keep my hair straight because i am live in a straight, a vibe at the moment. I haven't killed it in a while now and then in another video. I will do a styling video, so I will put the ponytail in and I will also do my extensions curled as well. Now I went for shade cocka cocka cocka. I don't really know how your pants exits got an eye on the ends. I don't know if it's just coca - I don't know, but that's what shade I got anyway now at the dark end of the spectrum they have Jack Black, which obviously my hair, isn't I mean it looks quite dark when I'm filming, but it's not so they've got Jack Black they've got brown black and then they've got coca. Now they originally sent me Brown black, because I honestly thought that's what shade I was gon na be so what happened was I ordered the brown black and they came and to the eye they looked like they would match. But then, once I went out in the light, you could really see how much light and the hair was. I have got a picture because I was taking pictures to see what it looked like off: the brown black against my hair and also the coca paints. My hair, when they first arrived so I'll, put those in here, because I think they're going to be very helpful because from what I've seen on that Instagram and the comments on that pose, a lot of people do struggle to choose between the brown black and the Coca, so hopefully this little section of this video helps you if you're in that situation too, so in the shade back here, they are quite dark rose when you bring them in the light, they shine really really warm, which is exactly what the ends of my hair Is like especially this top layer, because that's why I was mostly blonde. My hair is quite chunky, except for around the I've, had quite a lot of breakage, where I had quite harsh bleach around the front here. So what I don't like about my hair is the fact: it's not very long at all around the front so putting these in. I love how long it makes it like at the very front, rather than it being like this fad. That effect, if that makes sense, so I'm just gon na brush my hair through it is now Wednesday I washed my hair on Monday. So it's a couple of days post wash. You have got one strip with five clips on which I tend to use across. Like the longest part. My head, like ear to ear you've got one section with four clips on which I used just under the ear to ear suction. You'Ve got two three clips. You'Ve got two two clips and then you've also got two one clips as well. So that is a lot of hair for your money, so I'm literally just brushing through each of the clips. So I'll show you the first couple of sections and then I'll put this on the time-lapse just so I don't bore you all too much, because my hair is quite chunky. I'M quite blunt cut, as you can see, I have to start quite low. Otherwise you have that step of short hair before the long hair, whereas if you've got more of like cut into haircut, it should blend a lot easier. But if you're like me and have a plonker or shorter hair, you might want to start quite low by the back of your head, I'm just gon na take and what I find really helps grip. The clips in is using a dry shampoo at the very root of your hair. Now this is just super drops own volumizing, dry, shampoo and its really good, so I'm just gon na spray. This in I just feel like it gives your hair, the texture. You know for it to grip into and then taking this brush. If you have got a back home and brush or a back comb and comb, then that would obviously work just as good, but I feel like just using a knee brush is fine for this. I just thought of backcomb the roots and just go along, basically the very top bit of the hair, where I'm gon na be clipping them, and then I'm gon na take the piece with four clips on, and you just want to make sure that your clips are All open - and I always find starting with the middle ones, is easier than going from my decides. I click both of the middle ones and first, and it should look something like this. So as you can see what I was talking about before. If I leave too much hair underneath, I got like the obvious stat between the extensions and the hair, but by the time I've built up blows from the bottom up. It kind of disguises it if that makes sense, and then I just basically work my way up. My head, I'm putting them in where I feel like they need to go so for this next section and the widest piece. So the piece with five clips on I go literally from just above my ear to just above this ear. So i just suction that - and i just repeat the same steps: spray in the dry, shampoo and then back home in the roots and then i'm just going to backcomb the root like I did with the last one, and then this is the widest section. So this is the one with five clips and again just making sure that all the clips are open and then flipping it around and starting with the middle section. First, what I love about these extensions? Let me just show you I'm like a small alarm: it's because they're called seamless look how thin the actual suction is that goes into your head. They are literally so flag to your head. I can't even explain it genuinely feels like when you press down when you heard that they're, not even my and then I basically just keep going and working my way up. My head until they're all sat in the right place, bring it all around to the front and check that I'm happy with it and just keep going until that all where I feel like they need to be so. I'Ve done the piece with full clips five clips, and now I'm just going to go in with the three, the two and then the one at the very front. So I'll speed up this bit just in case it gets a little bit boring. You can really see they're just exactly how flat they are to your head and how discreet they really are. I think that, honestly, the best quality clip-ins you can go okay, so the majority of the hair is in the only two pieces. I'Ve got left are the two one clip pieces which I tend to pull at the front like I said to make the front bits really really long now, depending on why you Parton is so nine times out of ten. I wear my part and in the middle, but sometimes I do like to have like a brushed back sort of over to the side. Look. So if I was doing that, I would put one quite low down here and one maybe here so they sat like that. But because my hair's already blow-dried into a middle part - and I will have to wear it this way, so what I'm gon na do is literally just take it about an inch away, form an of hearts and is lift up that bit of hair flip it over To that side, and then repeat the step with dry shampoo on the back home, in where I want that little extension to go and with these front sections, I personally like them quite close to the front, because I want it to be super long hair. But obviously, if you don't want them that close to the front, you can't pop them back a little bit and then I'm going to flip this piece of hair back and just brush it through. So that is that side done and then again, just with that one piece: that's left at this side, just gon na go about an inch away from my parting lick, my over dry shampoo. It I just want to try and show you how good the matches to my hair and why I'm so glad that I went for this color instead of the brown black, because I just feel like they shine much warmer. Like my hair, I thought make Sun. I was literally just that way, my straightness to heat up and they weren't even plugged in. Why am I like this? So I'm just gon na give it one last brush through. So I'm just gon na go over my own hair on top with the straightness, and then I just like to go over where they join, and then I just want to go right into that one. I had quite the kinks in it at the top. Please just ignore all my dressing gowns on the floor and the sheer state of my room, but this is how long I pay off your like the shine and loads of different colors right now that, just like a really deep warm brown, they are honestly just the Perfect color and I just feel like they look really natural they're so easy to do. Hmm it's hard to tell because Abby I was talking through it, but I'd say it probably takes me 20 minutes to do it like when I'm just doing it. Off-Camera also ignore the state of my mirror. I'M sure this is James, spilling beard oil all over this mirror he's going to watch this and be like you know how much you but James. I know this was you babe nah? Is it it really is not easy and I honestly think they look so good.
