Beauty Works Hair Extensions Review | First Impressions & Beachy Waves

Hi everyone and welcome back to my youtube channel or hello if you're new, so for today's video, I'm gon na be filming a beauty box online hair extensions review. So this is going to be like a first impressions, honest review and I'm gon na like show you, the color, talk to you a bit about them and then put them in and I'm gon na try and style them for the first time cuz I haven't put Them in before so I'm gon na see how easy it is to style them. I like to put my hair and like beachy kind of messy waves when I wear extensions and I've worn them for literally about 6 or more years, but I really like beachy waves. So I'm gon na try and style that up and see how it looks and everything so yeah, it's gon na be a really good, honest review. I haven't seen really any clip and extension reviews for Beauty works, only kind of there tapings and everything. So I thought this might be really helpful and this shade is a really beautiful shade. So I really wanted to show it on camera, because when I was trying to choose my shade, I was really struggling. So no trying to get because I have got balayage hair, but it's not like blonde so yeah. I thought it'd be helpful to see the shade more things like that see. I just thought this might be quite a helpful video and seeing as I'm putting them in anyway. I don't film it so these extensions. This is how they call them. These are the Beauty, works, luxury, hair extensions, and this is the double hair set and I got 18-inch maca mouse, so the double caster is roaming. Human hair, they're all running human hair. I believe - and this is the 180 gram - so this is really quite heavy model. If you'd call it heavy, but these were thick considering the length is quite a lot of 18-inch extensions or only like 100 120 grams, so these ones are really stiff thick, which I love, and I picked these up on, look fantastic and they had a really amazing Discount on at the time, I think it was like 20 % off or something so I managed to get these for about 155 pounds. However, if you go on the Beauty Works website, which I will have a look on now, they are currently 192 99 or full price. There, 239 99 5 they've been on sale for quite a while. So I don't know if they've like reduced surprise. So if they're, just probably on sale, now no idea, but at the moment they are 192 99 and beauty works, do have a Tamsin offer first order, I believe, or it might be, yeah ten percent off. Your first order, I think, is so I will put that on the screen now or put it in the selection box or something like that so yeah, I didn't recommend getting these through, look fantastic actually, because I, when I ordered them they always have offers on when I ordered them. I managed to get free next day delivery and I've got the time set 20 percent off, so that was really good and I've also got if I can find it. I also got this, which is the beauty works, dream shine spray on humidity shield, so we will see how this goes, I'm not sure how it will, but I'm going to try it out so yeah. This is how they come, and then you just kind of take them out box like this. It does open up better, but whatever I just put this out, I have looked at these already, but I haven't taken them out with this packaging, so this is how they come. This is the 18 inch double hair sets in 180 grams and I think that's super thick they're, really nice and shiny they've got like a really nice blunt cut at the bottom here, which is really nice. Obviously, it'll not be so proud when you actually stack of them on your head, but yeah. I really like them. They'Re super super thick and I really love all the tones in them. So if you can see, they've got loads of different tones. Those have blondes and browns and then they are routed, so it will blend in really nicely so how if you have balayage like me, these are ever so slightly lighter than my hair, but I am planning on getting my head and again so I didn't want to Go for the shade, which was slightly dark, which i think was like brawn, broadened ombre or something like that that one was quite similar, but I didn't wan na go for that, because I thought when I get my hair dyed again, they will then be too dark, Whereas these being slightly Isobel's still blend in nicely, but then it gives me leeway to then dye my hair again so yeah. This is how they kind of match at the moment. Obviously, my hair texture is slightly different. Sorry, I'm gon na put some products and things in to make them work, but yeah, let's just get on with it. So the first thing I'm gon na do is quickly straighten my hair, so I'm using my phd's just to make sure that it's super smooth so that the extensions do go in really nicely to be honest, even brush. My hair makes a lot smoother. I think it just kind of press us out quite quickly. I already did straighten my hair, so I'm not like sessioning or anything right now. But if my hair wasn't straight, I do always section it, but because I literally did it before I got ready. I'M just smoothing it okay, so that's my hair straight and now I'm gon na open up so pieces that you've gap. If I unravel them, you get a three-putt piece like this and then you get a another 3k. Please a full clip piece. Another booklet piece one clip pieces, so you get two full clip pieces, three clip pieces and one clip pieces. Okay. So, whenever I've use extensions before I started with like the threes at the bottom and then the fours higher up and then putting the twos at the front, so that is what I'm gon na do that's section of my hair. I'Ve just got a little clip here. I am gon na speed this up, just because I'm kind of more so review extensions rather than my application. Just because, honestly, I'm not like good at this anymore. I haven't wanted symptoms in years, so yeah, okay, so i've just adjusted the white balance on the camera. As it was showing up quite cool toned, so these are the extensions I'm gon na okay, hopefully you can see so these are the extensions I've got my hair in the side plotting middle parting. I just kind of prefer my hand side passing. This is the kind of left exactly how they come, so obviously they were quite blunt in the packet, so I feel like they look a little bit like uneven now that I've put them in. So I think I don't really want to know this long anyway. So I think what I'm going to do, I'm going to get them cut and get them cut to cut probably about here. So I'm gon na cut quite a bit off. I did one 16 inch, but they didn't have them in this color. So yeah I'm just gon na cut a little bit off and then hopefully that will fix that issue for now I think piling it will fix at the shoot anyway they are some shining in my hair. Isn'T that shiny at the moment, so I'm gon na try and also by bringing my shine spray to improve my hair's. I don't use anything like that at the moment, but color wise, I think they blend really nicely. My hair is, like I said a little bit. Darker, you can tell him patches, but especially when they're cold, you won't notice that so in a sac one, that's I call them. Hopefully, a look a little bit better, but all in all, I think they actually blend really really nicely, so I haven't actually brushed them in with my hair but yeah they feel so soft. I love the color of them. I love that they're Elisabet blonder, because I want to go blonder. I love the tones they're. Just they just feel really. Nice quality and the pieces are kind of perfect. I feel like for my hair. So if you have thick hair or anything like that, I feel like the thickness of these is perfect. I think any thicker, but just look too much for me because I am quite small, so yeah really really like them annc and now I'm gon na call them. So to curl them, what I'm gon na do is I'm gon na section it, but I'm gon na I'm not gon na like flip it up or anything so see the clip ends, and I don't want to pull on my hair. So I'm just gon na kind. Gasps crunchy: what's that, because I'm gon na get Scratchy and just kind of scrunch yet back like that, and then the other bits bring forward. So I guess it's parsley gon na kind of straighten my hair into the extensions, if that makes sense, just going to make sure that they're really blended well take my color. This is the Babis soft waves. I believe it is. I'Ve had this literally for years, but it is my all-time favorite color. So literally, I'm going to do like one one way, one the other way so that they're really beachy and I'm gon na leave a little bit out at the end. I'M gon na speed. This up, because yeah, that's just how I call my hair leave on for like 10 seconds, that's about it, just kind of give it a little bit away. Okay, so that was a long process but they're all curled. I actually really love them. I just I've. Just not used myself as such long hair, so I do think I might cut them. I'M not sure. I'M just gon na put a little bit of my kazoo oil through it just kind of break them up and also to smooth my hair down so that it kind of it's nice and seamless and shiny. And then I'm just going to put a little bit of my or base beach spray. I love this for waves because I just want these really beachy. I don't want them like curls, so that is the hair done. So if you've watched my videos for literally since I started, or even if you just look back, I used to wear hair extensions all the time. I think I probably stopped when I was about 17, I'm not entirely sure of my age. However yeah I did you spend all the time I used to my Fox starts extensions. I have no idea what they're like now, but I I don't know in comparison. I absolutely love these. I think I prefer them and I would buy these over those. I don't even know if folks are still around that's how little research I've done on this video but yeah. I really like these. I really love the way that they brand. I love the size of the pieces they fit. My head really nicely. They don't feel heavy on my head or anything which clip in extensions can do they feel really nice they're, not like tugging or anything so yeah. There are really nice extensions. The quality is really nice, they culled really nicely, and I just love for colors. I feel like they've, really nailed their color range, but they've got loads of lawns. I'Ve got those at Browns, they've got Reds Accor, actually, they've got warms. They'Ve got these kinds of balayage shades, which not many places have so yeah really really super happy with them. I think they've blended really nicely considering my hair is a tiny bit darker, so yeah. It does give me leeway that when I get my I died, they will still blend really nicely so yeah.
