This extension that i made back in march was getting dry tangled and matted to fix it. I first washed it with cold water, and this shampoo that i don't normally use on my hair. The hair is synthetic, so i tried to be as gentle as possible while washing it, then i rinsed twice and let it dry after drying. This is how it looked. It smells good, but it was still tangled and matted to fix that. I used this leave-in conditioner mixed it with water. You can also use a spray bottle, but i was going for a thick consistency. Then i snipped the ends of the extension so that my fingers can easily pass through the hair while detangling it. I worked in small sections and because this is spring twist hair, the leave-in conditioner will help to bring back the curls, so i just applied the mixture onto the hair then used my fingers to come through it after a few hours. This is how it looked so much better compared to before follow for more tips.
