Can we get into these highlights? Can we please get into these highlights sorry about the noise in the background, but i wanted to come to you guys to show you my method for using clip-ins for ivy's flip over method and yeah. I think i did good guys. We can do anything with some clip-ins, you know, while you're here you might as well. You know subscribe to my channel i'm trying to grow y'all, i'm trying to grow. I think i have some good content. That'S trying to be creative and cultivated. You know so you know, support the girl shout out to better me for sending me over their 20 inch. 3B. 3C texture. I have um purchased their 16 inch 3b 3c texture about six months ago, and i just am blown away with the hair. I'M in love with it just talking back on the clip-ins that i purchased in april. I wear them for like my ponytail styles, because they are 16 inches um. Whenever i want to do like a down like sleek look i'll, do it i'll use my 16 inch clip-ins, um they're still holding up pretty nice. I actually have some recent videos that i have been using the 16 inch clip-ins, but these honey. These are the 20 inch clippings. I did shape them to fit my face and i added some colors for the fall um. I think i did good with them y'all. This screams me look at that. It'S i love curly hair. I just i just love curly hair, and i think i actually did good with this flip over method um with these clippings so shout out to ivy. My last name is ivy girl. What'S up but um in this video, you guys will see how i got to this point. This is completely dry hair in the video you will see. The hair, like 70 percent wet, is dry, but this is how the hair looks when it's completely dry, like it's dry like it's, not dry, it's moisturized, but when it's when it's not wet anymore, this is the state i did use all 10 of my clippings. So this is what a full head of their 20 inch clip-ins looks like. I did, tease it a little bit just to add some volume in the hair and, as you guys can see, i shaped it. I literally will know which clippings go where, when i reinstall them because like when i take them off, i take them off in a certain order, so i can get it back like this, because once you cut your clippings, you kind of want to keep them like You know within the same area, if not you're, going to have like your clippings, that's supposed to be shaping your face at the bottom, and it's just no too much, so i'm so excited to show you guys um. This is my leave out. I have like that. Much of leave out um, i honestly just took it and bobby pinned it through one of the clips you can't even like tell, but i'm not even like a middle, no part kind of girl, but um. I think this just made me like a no part kind of girl. Like i i like that. I like that i'm y'all i'm still out here trying to be somebody's girlfriend. Like they sleep on the curls curls for the girls. Okay, it's fall. We can do curls in the fall we'll get you some clip-ins. Thank you guys so much for watching for everyone. If you have been tuning in or if you subscribe, or even if you just watch some of my videos, i just want to say thank you because, like this is truly like my outlet, it's like my usa, like i love doing my own hair, i love being Able to hopefully help the next person and um. It really gives me peace of mind because i'd be so lonely, i'd be so lonely. So when i get lonely, i just do my hair people, like you, change your hair, so much, i'm always lonely, but in all seriousness, um, if you guys want to see how i achieve this look, keep on watching. Yes, yes, so to like, revamp and spruce up the hair. I just put a little bit of water on it and my phone wrap with some of this coconut milk, coconut milk. So pretty they are uh like a looser curl when it's wet, but when it dries, it gets big. So today, i'm actually going to be trying ivy's flip over method, um, the basic really. The thing that i saw with her breakdown is, you have to have like an anchor braid. I just did too so i don't know i just did too um. The only difference is because i am using my clip-ins um difficult method, a lot of people like cut and sew, but i've actually found that for fullness. Oh yeah, that's why i did two braids, so i actually lay a clip in going backwards here and then clipping going backwards there. So it does give like that seamless look when i um apply or put my leave out with it um, if you guys have not seen the ivy swift method. There are a lot of videos on youtube that actually um shows different people doing it and uh. My hair is just curling up but um, so i'm going to do my version of ivy's flip over method using clipping nothing but 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. I have 15 braids in my head um. I do mine small because i do like i don't take my clippings out overnight. I like the way they look as they get older, so um. I keep them in for a while. That'S why i kind of like to have a small foundation with my braids and yeah so well, yeah, um y'all. I just got my lashes done. That'S why my eyes pink! So don't come for me about my eye. Okay, i love my life like they look like my lashes. I am gon na try to go longer next time, but shout out to salasiemix her information will be in the description box. You know check out her work, but yeah um, i'm talking too much. Let'S just get into this tutorial, you know, i actually think i want to talk through this. I'Ve never talked through my whole tutorial video. It won't be the whole thing. Just i'm going to talk to you guys, okay, so with my braiding pattern, i did do an ankle braid, because this is where i lay my first clip in foreign okay. So once you get to like this horseshoe looking shape um what i do um, i try to pick like a three wolf or like a long, two weft and i'm actually gon na like clip it this way. So let me just show it real quick as close to that one. So because then, when i have my hair that'll help give it like that flip over look there you go and of course i'm not done yet, but all right. So then i'll just i'm gon na do one more being clipped that way. One and click on that. Second, so, as you guys can see, that's how it'll fall um
