Curly Hair Extension Transformation Grwm! Irresistible Me Hair

Hey guys welcome back to my channel of welcome. If you are new, i am going to be transforming my hair that currently looks very blah very lifeless and flat into these beautiful voluminous curls using extensions. So i'm going to show you how i transform these straight extensions into these beautiful bouncy curly extensions trying to match my curl pattern as best as i can so. I did wash my hair last night and i tried to do these like bigger clumps like these, so that i could more easily match the extensions to my hair. I am going to be using this half inch barrel. It'S actually hot right now, so it's ready to go and i'm going to show you guys how i curl these extensions. We got these extensions from irresistible me hair and they come in this little package here. So it's really easy to store away once you're done using them. I already took them out for the sake of the video. I put them back in to show you guys but yeah. They come like this and they come in a net but um yeah. I already took it out. These are so silky smooth. These are the invisible clip-ins, so they are very lightweight and you will barely feel like you have anything in your hair. I'M pretty sure i got the color in natural black, so it matches my hair color pretty on point right now, so these are what they look like so nice and silky, and it doesn't matter how much heat you put on them. They will remain feeling the same. I'Ve tried multiple other colors and a different style. I think i tried the classic ones as well. I have videos on them, so you guys can check them out once you're done here, but let's just get into curling these, because obviously we're not going to wear them straight and we're not straightening our hair over here in january. I guess i kind of made a promise to myself that i wouldn't straighten my hair. My hair isn't very damaged to the point where i can't straighten it, but i just like you know what i'm not straining my hair this year and it's almost january. One year has passed and i have not touched the flat iron. So i'm a little bit proud of myself, but let's just get into curling these extensions, so i find that the easiest way to curl these extensions is to just place them down on your desk or your counter or whatever you're using, but something heavy on top is Just a candle and then kind of put them towards the edge of the um desk and start curling with the hair hanging over all right. I just moved you guys down, so you can actually see what i'm doing here for a quick second and here's. My hair and my candle for me and my curl pattern. It works better. If i take smaller sections of hair, it takes a little bit longer, but it'll blend more easily and i just wrap the hair around the hot iron or the curling iron, and i don't use the little clippy section. I just wrap the hair around the whole barrel and i just try to do it in different directions. So all the curls aren't spiraling in the same way and that also helps it blend better into my natural hair. So this is the piece that i just curled. You can even run your fingers through it to help it better match your hair texture and it pulls apart so easily still silky smooth, but i'm going to continue curling the rest of the extensions and we're just going to have a little chit chat. So, let's just get into this video, so it is actually thanksgiving day. Can you guys guess what i'm doing today guess what i got cute for guess what i'm about to do my hair? For you guessed it absolutely nothing! I didn't even go home for thanksgiving, like i'm still in virginia right now, so yeah thanksgiving's, very different this year for many people and for obvious reasons covet and all that stuff, but yeah. I also work tomorrow i worked yesterday, so it was like was not that it wasn't worth it, but that's a six hour drive for some food and i don't even eat turkey and all that stuff. So and i don't my family's not even doing any anything big for thanksgiving, obviously yeah, it is really early right now, so i'm gon na cook as soon as i'm done with this video and my hair and probably just go eat my good food with one of My friends who i've been in contact with since this whole thing so yeah, just a very small untraditional thanksgiving for me, i hope everybody out there is staying safe and is being smart this year. I know when i post this video it's gon na, be on sunday. So yeah, i hope you had a great thanksgiving and you celebrated safely and smartly. I actually have like so much anxiety about what's gon na happen after thanksgiving, because there's like so many people traveling this whole virus thing is a mess right now, it's worse than it has ever been to my understanding but yeah. I don't want to talk about that too much because i know the whole world is a mess and the last thing you want to hear about when you click on this video is covered. You click on this video for curly, hair extensions, but yeah. So, let's talk about hair, my hair has been a hot mess ever since i freaking colored it uh like three months ago now i colored it dark dark brown. This isn't really my natural hair color, my natural hair color is a dark brown, but this to me almost looks black. My hair definitely has more of like a reddish. You know brownish tone to it. It'S not this dark, but ever since i colored it, it has just been doing the most. Actually, i've been doing the most to it and that's why it's acting up because um, i don't know, i'm like constantly trying to figure out what's wrong with it. What did i do wrong? Trying to figure out the whole like protein moisture balance thing which can be very difficult to understand sometimes and yeah it's a whole journey. I know you guys out there probably struggling as well. You guys have some tips for me. Let me know because we're on a struggle bus out here, i know probably to you guys my hair doesn't even look damaged. It definitely doesn't really have heat damage, so it doesn't look stringy or anything. I feel like it's not obvious to other people, because it's not your hair but, like i know my hair, and this is just not it and i'm trying to figure it out. I think i'm going to try oloplex um, because i recently did color my hair and that's what has really messed everything up and olaflex is supposed to be this, like amazing bond repair and all that stuff. So i'm really hoping that that kind of brings my hair back to its normalcy because i really miss it and it's annoying because i want to make like curlier videos and stuff like that. But if i don't like my hair, then i don't want to make the video so so i did get these extensions in 24 inches and obviously after curling them they're gon na like shrink up. They won't really add that much um length to my hair, because my hair is pretty long, but i just like how much volume and how much body my hair gets after flipping these in so i already mentioned these are the invisible clip-ins, which means they just have A much thinner base compared to the classic can we focus there we go so here is the band for the invisible clip in super thin and lightweight, and then the little clips are very easy to open and close. So i'm almost done curling all of the wefts. I only have these two left. It should take me like three to five minutes super quick once you get the hang of it. So these are all of the extensions, nice and curled. I'M sure i'll have to go over some pieces once they're clipped into my hair to kind of make sure everything blends seamlessly. But now i'm gon na work on my hair because, as you guys can see, it is actually really frizzy. I don't know if you guys can actually see it, but it's really frizzy. I'M gon na try and smooth some of this frizz out with some hair oil, and then i'm also going to go in and um separate. My curls. This oil smells so good. So yeah, like i mentioned well, i think i mentioned that i had washed my hair last night literally got 12 midnight and i was up to like two o'clock and i ended up going to sleep with semi damp hair, and i have a lot of friends right Now, but it's okay - hopefully you guys can hear the fire alarm in the other building. Hopefully nobody actually burned anything today, but my apartment's fire alarm is always always always going off. It'S so annoying. I literally think something is wrong with their system, because i swear at least once a week. The whole thing is going off not like just somebody's apartment like the whole building is so annoying. I cannot wait to move something wrong with them right. Maybe i got problems that i don't tell anyone have i lost. My perception feel like i wan na, do something wrong now packing. So this is my hair, pretty much separated i'm gon na go in with my pick and just fluff it out a little bit more. So i'm going to start clipping in these extensions. I have my mirror right here and i'm going to go in first with this for clip weft. I don't know if i'm starting too high, but just going to go with it and see how this looks. I'M gon na go ahead and just keep clipping these in and show you guys what the final result looks like. Why hasn't? He called me back. It'S been three days stalking his instagram saying he's in her face so now you're telling everyone that we're drifting apart. Now i know that it was you who made me feel so messed up jealousy. I think it's jealousy but help with it still look a melody, or maybe i got a problem counting down putting is, and these are my final results. It came out really good. As expected, this is my third time trying irrigation with me hair extensions and i absolutely love them. I did try to fix up the front of my hair because it was frizzy, it's still kind of frizzy all around, but it's okay, i'm not going to touch it anymore, but yeah. These are my final results. I think i'm going to try to insert like a side by side, so you guys can see the before and after i used all of the extensions except for these two double left. So that's all. I have left um and yeah. I love the way that my hair came out. This is a really good option if you are trying to go for a voluminous look, and maybe you are able to get your curls to be all voluminous and everything. But by the end of the day, it kind of like dies down because the curl actually holds up, and obviously the extensions aren't really going anywhere.
