Better Length Hair Extensions | Kinky Curly 3C/4A | Natural Hair Clip Ins

This is a dear and welcome to our channel. So, as you can see, today's video is gon na, be a style with me and i'm super excited because it's actually sponsored by better length hair extensions. They do have wefted hair, but i feel like they're more well known for their clip ins and that's what i'm gon na be trying out for the first time today, and this is actually my first time trying clip-ins period. I tried to make my own clip-ins once or twice actually a few times, and it it just did not go well. So that was the end of that. So i'm excited to be leaving it to the professionals and giving these a try. So today i'm going to actually be reviewing the the kinky curly 3c 4a textured hair extensions, and these are actually 16 inches which a little bit longer than my natural hair. So it's going to kind of give me a foreshadow into like how we're going to be looking in like a year or two so now that my bundles or clip-ins are washed and dried completely. Look at number one. The texture number two how much hair this is like. I think this might be thicker than the hair, that's on my head and they let you know that you only need one bundle for a full head and i was like i don't know about that. We'Ll see once we see you know, but no this is a lot of freaking hair and honestly, i can't imagine having all of this and all of this just out on my little head. So, instead of doing the the method where i shingle my hair and put the clip ins in between i'm actually going to braid the back half of my hair down and just leave my hair out on the top and blend that all nice and perfectly because this Is a lot of hair it's more than enough! I'M curious whether i'm going to be able to get it all in, but we're going to give it a try. So, if you're interested to see how i style my better length, extensions just keep watching okay, so my hair is prepped um. This is going to be my leave out, which is a big nice big trunk, and then i'm going to do my hairline as leave out as well and in the back, when i say chunky twists, i did three twists, but one two and three, so i just Did the three, and then i braided them together and bobby, pinned it up here by these being real thick and chunky, and my hair still being in its natural state when i braided them, my hair is thick like the roots are thick, so the combs will be Able to be secure without sliding tugging pulling and breaking all right. So that's why i did the chunky ugly twist and i think that this is gon na be most beneficial, but i'm basically gon na open up all of the clips, because my braid is thick. It'S a little extra work, and that is sorry. This is a little dark when i zoom in it messes with the exposure, but this is like a lot more secure than i was expecting. The second long piece and without doing anything like my hair, is just in a twist we can kind of already tell the texture is like. Oh that's exciting, like imagine when i take that out how great that's gon na look no wefts in sight, because i have them kind of coming up this way, so you won't be able to see them now. This weft has four, instead of five, so they're, starting to get a little bit smaller, which is good. I'M gon na have to kind of put these right on top of each other. If i want yeah, if i want to get them all in my head - and i probably could have used a three here y'all my head is extremely small - we still got a lot to go and this is another four. I think i'm gon na skip the four and move on to the three. Maybe once i get back to the nope still too big, and this has nothing to do with the clip-ins. I i have a very small head. We know this. Okay, when i buy bundles for sew-ins or wigs, i only buy two, especially if i'm gon na have a closure or something i think. If i didn't have such a big section right here, then i would have had more room to do more of those bigger pieces, but that yeah the three. The three is perfect and i'm gon na spin around real quick. So you can see. Can you see it? Okay, this is how much we've done so far, and this is how much hair it is wow. We got a little bit of hair room left yo, but i think i think we can make it so i think i may only skip one piece, so i have the three piece left and i have four of the two clips remaining so they're, just like this Size so four of these left and one big three look at my texture right here and look at the texture over here. That is, these clips are like you can tell they're very strong, which means they won't unclip, so it literally looks like a sew-in. This is great. I wasn't sure how the clips would feel in my head and like on my scalp, but it's actually very comfortable. Like nothing's poking me, nothing's sticking me nothing's pulling or tugging look at this like this is comfortable. Nothing is scratching me, okay, so this is the actual, install okay. So what i'm going to do to blend this? All up is just kind of wet my hair down my mister broke. I need to go get a new one today, so i'm kind of just going to eat like that before i apply any product. This is gon na, be a mess. It'S okay, what they say: it's just water water and look at that start to blend. Then this is literally just water, literally just water, no product other than like the moisturizer and leave-in. That'S already in my head, like what what i haven't put any product in yet that is like perfect. This is my first time and i'm missing some hair right here. That'S growing back, i'm so tickled by this. This is so much fun. This is easy, oh my goodness, so easy make sure i cover up these wefts back here. Okay, i want to use a cream moisturizer and then um like a lightweight gel or styler. So i know exactly what i want to use. This is my myell curl smoothie and the sculpting or yeah sculpting custard is what it's called you guys. What what it doesn't feel like. I have i mean granted. Yes, it feels like i have stuff in my hair, but it's so flat like for some reason. I don't know what i was expecting when it came to the feeling of the clips in my hair, but i was expecting to like feel something, and i don't like on my scalp. I don't feel anything i like this better than sew ends. Don'T pull it out? Okay, don't be too rough, i think i pulled one of the clips out see it feels so natural. I forgot it wasn't and then i'm gon na take the custard just to give her a little bit of definition, and i haven't even like wet this hair down here and i actually don't think that i need to. This is crazy, like i was expecting this to take more time to have to blend. Like i wow like what pony what i knew, i was going gon na be good. I didn't know it was gon na, be this good. I am gon na take a tiny bit of water under there and then i'm gon na let this air dry and then i will come back when you know i'm cute. Okay, wait we're not dry yet, but i was doing my baby hairs and i'm just using the tgin and my honey here, co edge brush. I was doing my baby hairs and i realized that my hair is starting to shrink. A bit still looks great, but i want it to be almost as stretched as the extensions, so i'm just going to take my little alligator, clamp and clamp it down, so it can dry but not shrink as it dries. This is my little one of my little favorite shrinkage tips, so you see it's like kind of shrunk into right here. I want it to be down here with the bundle, so i'm gon na stretch it clip it with the hair and i'm gon na. Let it dry like that and finish my baby hairs. Oh yes, look at y'all! Look at that. How would they know this is so cool. This is great! Okay, beautiful all right! Now, i'm going to let my hair dry and add it okay, guys. So here's the finished product and i love it. I really like it. It'S not 100 dry, i kind of like re-wet this section to kind of manipulate it. How i want it but like what more can i say, and it really did not take a lot of work, as you guys saw the second i started putting water on my hair. It immediately started blending.
