Hi this video is going to be about my website curly heaven where I sell curly clip-in hair extensions. I will be answering a lot of questions that I have been getting via email and I won't be providing you guys with additional information that you might not know of, and it's not listed on the website, and I will also be showing you the hair before we Get started I just filmed my juice curl k, unboxing video and brought this little headband, and then you can tell on camera. I like it. I think it's really cute. If you guys want to check out that video, I will link it down below, but let's go ahead and get started with the video so curly. Heaven is a website that I recently launched a couple of months ago and it has been doing really really well. So I wanted to say and they're loving it. I get emails all the time of people saying how much they love the hair, and that makes me really really really happy because I worked really hard and really trying to create how many times I'm about to say. Really. But honestly, I worked really hard trying to create high quality, good curly hair extensions. So that is what pretty heaven is. You can find curly different hair extensions for anyone who has pretty hair right now. I only have two pearl styles available. I am working on launching a third pearl tile and that will be four types for a hair, so be on the lookout for that that will be out within the next few months. I'M really excited I'm currently testing out samples and just making sure that the quality is up to par, because that is really important to me because who want to buy crappy hair right. So, like I said at the mall, my pony has two profiles and the first one, which is our most popular and it is constantly sold out and it is mind blowing. It is absolutely mind blowing to me that I cannot keep the turn stock. It is really exciting and that is the curl style Bambi. It is generated for type-3 curls, and that is the curl style that I use. I rock these 26 inches. So with that being said, I want to go ahead and just address the things we so offer. Three car lengths and we offer the 18 inches B 22 inches and the 26 inches my recommendations. If you have short hair like shoulder length hair, if you hair, you know, curly and dry, is shoulder length. I recommend you going with the 18 inch just because you want it to look natural and blend in with your natural hair. If you get it too long, it might not blend in properly, and people will be able to tell that they are extensions and at the end of the day we do want length, but we wanted to look as natural as possible, so for the 22 inch. I would recommend that for women who have hair, maybe like above the pool area, so if your hair is maybe around from here to here, I don't even know how to describe it. But if it's anywhere around here this section, then you can definitely use 22 inches and it'll blend in perfectly giving you additional inches of length and for the 26 inches, which is my favorite and the one that I wear. If your hair is like mine, if your hair stops around like the back of your brush drop, then you can definitely rock the 26 inches. It will give you additional length I put on this 26 inches and it's a little bit above my waistline and it looks natural attack and I absolutely love it. If the item is out of stock, you don't have the option to pre-order. If the item is out of stock, it usually takes 7 to 10 days for it to come back in stock. But if you do decide to preorder once the item arrives, you are guaranteed to have your own set and your own bundle and as soon as I get it in stock, I ship it up immediately same day as it arrived. So this is the curl selfie. This is my personal set and, as you can see, the curls are just really pretty and really soft. I just wash them to the floor really good. All of the clips come lined with a lace, and I really like that, although no one can see the lace, it's just something that you know it's there and it just gives it that extra elegant touch. You know it's just for you and it just makes it look a lot. Prettier all of the hair is 160 grams, means the weight of the hair, the amount of hair that you're getting in the entire bundle. So that was the family. And now I'm going to show you the query tool, which is also a really beautiful curly clipping, but it is a much softer and bouncy curl. When you first wash your clippings, the clippings are going to shed. I did receive two emails, which I'm very proud of only two emails of women's concerned about the hair shedding and I am working on securing the web just making them a little tighter to prevent the shedding. But please keep in mind that there is just no way to absolutely prevent the shedding the shedding will happen. The hair will shed during your first wash and let throughout the time as you wash it, it should only shedding bits when you first wash the hair, and that is it, and it is completely normal. Another question that I get a lot is: am I going to come out with additional colors, and that is something that I am not 100 % sure if I want to do just yet, the clippings are 100 % remy and human hair. It is human hair guys. So you guys can take it out and diet to match your color perfectly. I recommend taking it to a professional if you are going lighter if you're going darker, if you have jet black hair, you can do that at home. But if you are going to go lighter, I do recommend taking it to a professional to get your high nice or whatever it is. You want on your clippings. I will be dyeing my hair shortly, which I am very excited about, and I am thinking about taking the camera to show you guys not how she dies my hair, but how she dies. My clippings, because I do want to go a lot lighter. I haven't dyed. My hair in a really long time, and the only reason I've been procrastinating, is because my hair is dry, as is a lot of pretty hair and I'm just worried of my hair getting SuperDrive because that works so hard. I'M getting my hair to be healthy. You know, but I won't be dying, my hair and I will be taking my clippings and so that you can take my clippings and to get them tight as well to match up and hair color that I will be dying mine. So I won't be showing you guys how to do that, but yes, the hair can be dyed, the hair can be bleached. However, I don't recommend you bleaching, the hair. It will not impact the curl pattern. The curl pattern will stay, but it will impact the longevity of the hair. How long does the hair last the hair can last up to a year or well over a year that all depends on how? Well, you take care of your clipping when it comes to the longevity of the hair once you bleach it, I cannot give you a guaranteed answer on that, because I haven't bleached my clippings, but if you do be sure, given the amount of time that it will Last depend on you and how will you take care of your hair, treats the Pippins as if it was your own? Here I use good products with no sulfate, no parabens etc. I have a new shampoo with my tip. Is I've been using conditioner and I don't apply any product to my clippings either I let them air dry without any products, and they remain super soft, which I really really like. Another good question that I have received via email has been. How am I supposed to know if the hair matches my curl pattern without purchasing it, because there is a return policies that in place that if you do open the box, you cannot return your clippings, and that is due due to hygiene reasons. If you opened your hair extensions, I can't resell them. Therefore, I'm using out - and I understand that it's really hard to purchase products just by looking at pictures on the internet, which is why I make videos just so I can inform you guys and give you more of a closer look. So you can have a better idea of what the hair looks like, but then again I do understand that it is really difficult. Just looking at the computer screen and trying to figure out if the hair matches my curl pattern or it is on a blend thing, I don't want to spend this much money if it's not gon na blend and then I'm stuck with hair that I can't use Totally get it so I am trying to work on either changing the packaging so that you guys can have a sample web that you guys can clip in and if it doesn't match you can return it without opening up the rest of the package. I'Ve also been debating and whether or not purchasing samples and just have you guys, two samples, I'm still in the process of figuring that out. But I do hear you I do understand and I get it and you're absolutely right when it comes to that. You do want to sample the hair before committing to over a hundred on the clip in hair. Extensions totally understand totally agree and just know that that is something that in the works. Let'S talk about shipping a lot of people want to know. How fast am I going to receive my hair curly? Heaven does offer free worldwide shipping, but that is standard shipping. So, if you are within the United States, it takes usually between three to five business days for first-class mail. I do track every single package and order that goes out. I. How do I say it? I do not feel at ease until I see delivered on the computer screen when I'm tracking your order. I keep tabs on every single order that goes out and when it comes to first-class mail, the latest data have seen 73. They should be from first-class mail. I haven't seen port by they shipping, but even that that is not bad, but you don't have the option to pay for Priority Mail which you get to they shipping, depending on where you are in the States, if you're in California. Sometimes it takes three days as well, but you do have the option to do rush shipping when it comes to my international orders. That gets a little tricky. I know when it comes to Canada. The standard free shipping that I offer takes ten days for you guys to receive it, and it has been ten days on the dock on every Canada order that I have received, and I have also had owners from Sweden, Australia. I'Ve had orders from France, which is mind-boggling. It is amazing to me and those orders. Besides friends, friends took 14 days and Australia and earlier the patients have also taken about 10 days or so. But again you do have the option to do rough. Shipping out of the orders are shipped through the USPS post office. But if you are international, you too have the option on selecting DHL shipping and with a shell. I believe you will get your hair within two to three business days is international and you get a tracking number for all borders, domestic and international, but the to to be they shipping for international orders. I think it's absolutely amazing and the price for that varies depending on where you are another popular question that I have been getting is. Can I straightened my hair? Can I blow dry and flat iron, my clippings, and the answer is yes, you can? Yes, you can straighten the clippings. I do recommend just as you would. Your own hair just bring a heat protectant, and then you could go ahead of that iron and blow dry, your hair, as you would your own hair. You can clip them in and do it that way or you could just do it hold on to the clips and flat iron that way as well. If you flat iron, you clip is constantly a lot. It might alter the curl pattern just like it would your own hair. If you are constantly blow drying and flat ironing your hair, your natural hair becomes dry and with time your hair will not have the same curl pattern. The same thing will happen with the clip ends, so you can straighten a blow dryer here and there in order to keep the curl pattern. If it is something that you plan on doing consistently, the curl pattern will be altered and keep in mind that once heat damage is caused on the clipping, that's it I mean there's no going back. You know they're clippings they're not attached to the head. Therefore, it is not getting the nutrients and the vitamins to revert back to being healthy. If you damage the clip is when he damaged, unfortunately, they're done. But, yes, you can blow dry and flat iron to clip in hair extensions. Yes, you can definitely do that. Can I cut and trim my clip in hair extensions and the answer to that is: yes, you can definitely cut your hair extensions to blend in with your own hair, the clippings do come in one length, so the 18 inch all of the wefts are 18 inches By the way that set the whole bunch comes with nine different webs, you can find the specifications on the website. But yes, there are just one side. So if you have layers on your hair, you can definitely take them to your salon, or do you find it and have them add layers you can trim them play with them. Do whatever you want there, your equipment, it's not your hair, get it done. They never cut me the question that I have been receiving via email, on which I also have listed. The majority of this question that we have listed on the website, but I just wanted to come on here. Just tell you guys myself and I throw these questions myself, because they do receive a love, an email stating these questions and another one is how many bundles do. I need for my hair and I recommend just one bundle I mean one bundle brings Nine West and that is plenty of hair. I don't even use all of the West. On my hair, I do have a video showing you guys how I clip in my hair extensions and I go over all of the length of the web and how many watts come in each bundle. So I will link that somewhere around here and down below. So you guys can definitely check that out. But, yes, one bundle will cover your entire set of hair unless you are doing a protective style if you're doing a protective style, meaning that you will be braiding your hair and then applying the clippings on top. I would recommend two bundles for that, but if your my lash is bugging me, but if you're someone like me who's going to leave your hair all down and you just want to clip in some hair to get some plain - one bundle, it's pretty. How often should you watch your curly clip ends? I recommend watching your create clip ins every few weeks again, that also depends on the amount of buildup and how dirty you think your clippings are but you're someone who's going to be adding a lot of product on the hair, and you noticing that, after several uses, It'S becoming the treating rough and dirty and stiff then go ahead and wash your clip in, but I wash mine every few weeks like every month and a half to two months. To be honest, I mean I've had my clip in for about eight months now and they are in excellent condition. They look brand spanking new, so you can watch them as needed. So I think that's it.
