Hi guys it's bank-like, so welcome back to my channel. It missed you and I'm back finally making more videos in this one. I wanted to show you guys my current fave protective hairstyle. I'Ve been trying to be more consistent with my workout, and I've been just finding it really difficult to keep my wash and go pop in, like I've been finding it really hard to just keep my head looking decent and presentable when I'm going outside after I've been Sweating up the stool working out, so I want to show you guys how I achieve this look. I think it's really cute and it's always fun to switch it up, especially if you want to sort of put your hair like away give your hair a break. So yeah I'm going to show you guys how I did this. This is using clip and extensions, and I actually dyed them to match my current hair color for those of you that follow me on Instagram and have been asking me about my new hair color. I will be making a whole other video completely dedicated to doing hey, fellas so make sure you're on the lookout for that. If you'll need to my channel then hit that subscribe button, so you don't miss out as well. I'M about further ado, I'm going to show you guys how to rock this book. So I have right now in my head, King history's clipping cub extensions. They come in different textures to sort of match the pattern that your curves are and I'm actually, I have two different bundles in my hair. I have an 18 inch and 20 because I like to play with lance and also I love layers, so I just wanted to have the option that I could like cut layers. If I wanted - and this is what the bundles will look like when I first received them as you can see - that black bears silky so now, I'm going to show you guys how I dyed it to make it match my hair color starting off, I used some Foil paper and I made sure to cover my counter, so I wasn't gon na get anything messed up. Then I got some fuzzy volume developer and this type of bleach that I purchased from Sally's. This one actually lives five levels, which is exactly what I wanted. This is actually the same one that I use to highlight. Basically, I'm going to apply two suits of bleach at my festival, Philippa and mix it well, once I've mixed up the bleach, it's literally just applying it to these. We want to make sure that you saturate these extensions on both sides now, in order for me to achieve that multi-dimensional tone that I wanted, because my hair has different highlights throughout pull some clip in extensions. I actually left like an inch and inch and a half with the natural hand, so that could kind of mimic my own head growth and then I just painted everything else down with the bleach and then for a few other of the clip ins. All I did was just do a second coating of bleach on the end, so literally I'd do this whole bleaching process a second time just to lighten up the ends, even more so that you can get kind of like how you see here, multi-dimensional sort of peeking Through highlights and then how the roots are still black because it matches mine, because these are clip-ins and then not attached to your body like your normal hair, you want to make sure to just let it sit for a good while so that the bleach can take. You can add a blow dryers, like heat from the blow dryer to speed up the process, but just make sure you're not drying out the bleach, because you want the bleach to still be wet so that it can do its magic. I was checking constantly to see the color as it was progressing because I didn't want it to get super light. I just wanted it to match my current hair color. So once I go to that level that I was finally happy with, I just rinsed out the bleach until the water ran clear and then I applied a sulfate free, shampoo and followed up with a conditioner. Now these clippings are a hundred percent, so you have to be delicate with them and basically treat it as if it were your own hair like attached shields down now the pot of applying it. Basically all the back of my head. I just lift it up and then I left just the front out so that I could do a little, but these twists are the same way that I detangle my hair. There is a video on it, so I would just detangle my heads use some twist apply. Coconut oil and then I would pin these twists to my head so that it was easy for me to apply these clips with the clip bands. It'S pretty standard, so basically, you've got different lengths and I would start with the longest and then working my way from the back of my neck, all the way to the top. With my head, once I had my clip in applied, I wanted to actually brush them out because I love big hair, so I wanted to just brush them out and then I actually did a little bun at the top of my head and you can also take Pieces of the extensions from around the bun and wrapped it into the bun and that kind of pull so I feel like makes it blend even more, and I just think it looks a lot more natural, and this is the finished result. I'M seriously having so much fun pensions. I love it. I would just personally say: take them out when you're gon na go to sleep and like give your scalp at rest and everything, and then, if you want just reapply them in the morning, they're super easy to apply. It literally took me probably like five minutes or less so it's really like nothing, that's too much hassle and you can have a lot of fun with it and then, of course, I just trimmed it a little, and I gave it a little bit more shape. I wanted to add a few more layers just to really mimic what my hair looks like. If you like this look, let me know don't forget to check out the description box, because I will have the links to all the information on these kinky Street clip-ins, where you guys can find them and all of that good stuff. I hope you enjoyed this video and don't forget to subscribe to my channel, and I will see you all in the next one.
