How To Install Kinky Curly Clip-Ins | Sassina Hair

What'S up you guys, so i am back with another video and in this video i'm going to be showing you how i install my clip-ins brought to you by sensina hair. So if you guys want to see how i got this beautiful voluminous look keep watching. What we have here is some hair from sassina hair. They sent me two bundles 18 inch of the kinky curly and 1b slash 30 color. So these are the ringlets and let's just give a thumbs up for how beautiful these ringlets are like they're, absolutely gorgeous it's gon na mimic, my 3c curly hair perfectly. So in the box they give you, i believe, two extra clips um a duck clip as well as a very nice comb. This comb is very, very nice. I really do love it. I think that was really cute. They also give you instructions on how to wash and take care of your clip-ins, so we're just gon na go ahead and get started, so i wasn't gon na do a voice over, but something happened with my audio so um. This is how my hair looks naturally fully washed um. So what you guys see me here is showing you the weft and how thick they are. So i'm going to be parting, my hair inside, like a u-shaped motion, they give you one set of four clip-ins three set of three clip-ins two sets of two clip-ins and one set of one clip-in so, like i said, i'm going to be parting. My hair in like a u-shaped motion because i have a small head as well as an undercut, so i'm gon na have to make like a u-shape um part. So that way you know the clip-ins will fit. So i'm gon na use a little bit of cantu coconut cream as well as got to be glue gel and i'm going to mix that concoction up together. This is my perfect concoction of how i get my curls to be so defined and beautiful. So those what we're going to mix together and we're going to place that on our hair and we're going to detangle our hair with the denman brush. Now i'm telling you the denman brush is what makes all the difference and how your curls are uniformed like the denman brush is something that you need to have. If you don't have it, please go get it so we're just going to apply just the cantu on the wefts, because we don't want to apply any of the got to be glue on the wefts of the hair because they don't need the extra definition. But if you guys can like see that bounce back, like with those curls, it's absolutely beautiful, go ahead and clip those in um. Like i said i am using the four uh set of the clip ins i'll be placing those right at the back of the head. So i am parting once again in like a u-shaped motion and i am going to place the other set of four clip ins in that position, making sure that you do moisturize your curls very, very well and detangle them as well before you do this and placing The clip in where it should be take two sections in the center of my head to create volume so that way, um i have a little bit of volume in the crown of my head. So, instead of doing a u-shaped motion, all around my head, i'm just taking a center piece in the middle of my head, as you guys can see just straight across we're going to do that twice and make sure that you brush those extensions out and go ahead. And place the is and, to be honest, they're blending quite well with my natural curly hair. So i'm really really excited about that um and what i mean by blending. I mean they're blending when it comes to the type of curl, not the color, so we're gon na do that once again in the center of our head, creating that volume. So now i'm gon na go ahead and create my side part, because i wanted a side part um in this video, but you guys will see soon that i kind of pulled it all the way back um at the end of the video in the outro. In the intro i am going to kind of curve on the part that i'm going to do instead of doing straight across, because i don't have that much head space um for straight across uh clip in so i'm gon na. Do it slanted way the curls will lay a little bit better when it comes to framing my face, but what right now all i'm going to do is define the part a little bit more with some got to be glued gel and, as you guys can see That my hair, on top of this hair, it looks like ramen noodles and it kind of looks a little green and to be honest in the daylight, it kind of looked a little green. So i'm going to take an eyebrow razor and i'm going to go ahead and create a little bit of layer to frame my face a little bit and i am creating short layers. So that way, i can have more volume at the top of my head and that way it'll blend a little bit more seamlessly, instead of it looking like short hair on top of extremely long hair. So you want to create layers so that way, you can have that big voluminous volume when it comes to curls, instead of them just being extremely flat to your head. Sometimes i like that look, but for the type of style that i'm going for today. It'S not going to work if it just it's not going to work. My hair is too poofy to to a frizzy to be doing any of that type of flat. Look, i'm not really doing like super dramatic baby hairs, or anything like that. So i wanted to kind of tell you a little bit about the hair um. I got a little bit of shedding when i did cut the buff a little bit and when i went ahead and washed the hair, i did get a few strands of shedding, but not too crazy. The luster on the hair was absolutely perfect. It wasn't super shiny or anything of that nature. I know you guys don't really hear too many people saying that um, but the luster on the hair was really really really nice. Um very high, slash medium luster. It'S not very like a super super hot luster, but it does look like the curls have been extremely moisturized. I really love the ringlets on the curls, because too often i find that getting kinky curly hair. I can't really seem to get those ringlets at the end that i really really love and i really do love the ringlets, and i also love how big and voluminous the hair was. It does feel really really nice um, and i was just really really pleased with the hair. Now i'm gon na go in with a little bit of, i believe it's high high beams, intense uh brown, hair color. This is a spray hair color and i was just like you know i needed to spray this on the ends of my hair because it was not blending like i needed it to blend with the colors um. It just wasn't looking good. So i went ahead and i sprayed my hair with this and i did drag the color down a little bit onto the extension so that way it blended a little bit better. Instead of you know my hair being like a brownish darker brown color, because this is slightly a different color and i also went ahead and i put a little bit more oil on my hair. So that way, it didn't give off that matte look, and this is how the curls turned out.
