Better Length Kinky Curly Clip-In Extensions | Dying Hair Tutorial | Installing Clip-In Extensions

Hey guys welcome back to my channel and welcome to another hair video. I feel so crazy because i haven't done an hair video in such a long time, but i'm super excited about this video, as you can tell from the tiles video. This is going to be a clip in video featuring the better length hair. Y'All see it. I'M super super excited. This is their 3b 3c kinky curly, hair and y'all. I'Ve never had curly hair clippings, so i'm super excited. If you watch my previous videos, you guys know, i am no stranger to the clip in industry. I'Ve been wearing clip-ins for a minute now, but i've never thought to try curly hair clip-ins. This is a 10 piece set, which i absolutely love, because most of the clippings i've had in the past. They only have like six or seven pieces which forces me to buy two boxes or two bags of clip-ins. But 10 pieces was just enough for this type of hair. I actually have one clipping set left, so i actually have hair over, which is amazing. This is one of their five clip wefts. I love and appreciate the lace on the weft, like i absolutely love that i think that's amazing. My hair is already super full, so i didn't need that extra wet, but i'm so happy that i have hair left over because that really happens when i have these other clip ins in okay, but you guys. Yes, the hair is 16 inches perfect length because when you're doing kinky, curly, hair or any type of curly hair in my preference, i don't like it too long. I think this is more natural and just beautiful left just the way it is. You guys can see in the back how curly and just full it is like. Do you see the movement like i just love? How curly it is you guys, like i'm, loving this hair, like i absolutely really really love it. This is the first install so so far i'm loving it. I also colored the extension. If you want to see the tutorial on how i custom these clippings and install them just keep watching all right guys, starting with the hair, it is natural state. This is the kinky curly texture in the 3b 3c curl pattern in 16 inches. This is a 10 piece set and it comes in a natural brown color. As you can see, the hair is very light, so we're going to have to color this. It also comes with hair care instructions and an extra clip i'm going to be using the dark and lovely fade, resist hair dye in the color jet black we're going to be coloring. Each hair piece set. The hair dye comes with conditioning cream your developer and also the hair color you're, going to pour the hair color into the bottle of developer. Make sure you pour all the hair color into the bottle of developer next you're, going to just shake up the hair, color and developer together to make sure it mixes? Well, honestly, guys i don't have a method of coloring hair. I literally just pour the color onto the hair and make sure i try to saturate it as much as possible, so you can do. However, you please, but this is just how i do it once i've put the color on one side. I flip the hair over and put the color on the other side, continuing to saturate the hair as much as possible. Make sure you run your hands through the hair that way the color can spread evenly once you're done. Applying the color you're gon na want it to sit for at least 30 to 40 minutes, all right guys. The color is done and the hair is ready to be rinsed out. I did leave some parts up top near the wefts that are brown, but that's. Okay. It'Ll still blend to wash and condition the hair. I just used some cheap, shampoo and conditioner. You can use whatever you want, but this is all that i had in my house at the moment. So i just use this all right guys. The hair is washed and conditioned, and now i'm gon na, let it dry overnight - i'm not gon na blow dry. It i'm just gon na. Let it air dry all right guys. It is the next day and i'm starting off with detangling my hair so that it can blend with the extensions i put my hair in about four sections so that it'll be easier to blend. I'M gon na be using aunt, jackie's, don't shrink, curling gel and i'm gon na apply it to each section so that i can do a twist and that way, it'll blend better with the extensions um. My hair is a little damaged, so i'm going to go ahead and twirl my hair around my finger so that i can start to curl it all right, starting with the three piece set. I'M gon na go ahead and apply it to the lower nape of my neck. That way, i know it can fit. I'M gon na grab another three piece set and apply it directly on top of the other one. So this part is pretty much self-explanatory. Guys you're just adding the clippings as you go, feel free to move the clip ins around and adjust them. However, you need to these are completely customizable in my opinion, so you can just move them around. However, you need it now, i'm going to be moving on to my four piece set, and that is going to go directly across the middle of my head. That area tends to be like the largest, so a five piece or four piece set clipping is generally what i use grabbing another four piece set: i'm gon na go ahead and apply it directly on top of the other one just so that i can start closing Up the gap i'm gon na use my five piece set just to go on top of the other four piece sets that way. I'Ll have full coverage, as you guys can tell. The hair is blended in really nice and it's really really full. So i'm gon na go ahead and start working on the top of my head. I'M going to use a two-piece clip-in set for the top of my head, because this area is smaller. I'M only going to need like the two-piece sets uh when it comes to the top of my head, where my hair is left out. I made sure that i blended, while i did my clip-ins just to make sure that the hair was seamless and that it was starting to blend together. Twisting your natural hair, with the extension, helps to create a more natural look and helps the hair blend together grabbing. Another two-piece set, i'm gon na, go ahead and apply it right to the front of my head. Oh so finishing up on the other side, i'm gon na grab another two-piece set so that i can put it directly in the front. So, in total guys, i use four two clip sets to finish out the top of my hair uh, all right guys. Now that the hair is completely installed, i'm gon na go ahead and blend my natural hair better, just so that it can be seamless and that it can really look like it's growing out of my scalp. I'M gon na use this pink glosser to add some shine to my hair. I'M also going to use the shine and jam edge control so that i can put it on my edges a little bit. That way. I can get a little bit of baby hairs. All right guys, this is the final look. I love it.
