Alright guys so don't be fooled by the idea that you can't sleep in your clip. In extension, these are the two are my black girl clip in extensions. This is the curly texture. I think they have the kinky, coarse texture and I have about two bundles. All of the bundles in my head - and I just recently just took it out of a twist out with my hair and the clip ends like twist it together. So yeah it's going to be about four days. It'S been four days that I've had these clip in extensions in my head and I actually have been sleeping with them as well. So um would I suggest this. It depends. There'S you know, videos out there floating around saying that you should take out your clip in extensions and I'm just gon na tell you like if you wear extensions that you like so into your hair, do you take those out like really you don't? This hair is meant to last for a very long time, so you can sleep if them, if you care for them correctly. What I do at night is. I use this. Oh this, I gotten from her giving hair calm. They sent this with the bundle of hair. You know natural hair extensions that I have, but I use this you can make this out of a t-shirt sleeve if you want to and just cut the sleeve off and it'll, give you this like little funnel thing. You can do that. There'S fabric out there that you can use this like a satin material if you want something that doesn't have like cotton and it's not abrasive, but this has a very soft like satin, you feel to it, even though it looks like cotton and it stretches very nicely. So that you can just like stretch it over your head and then lift it up, you guys get the point, but this is how I'm able to sleep in my clip in extensions. Sometimes I might you know at the nape I would unclip just open them up. They'Re still attached to my hair, but I just opened them up so that I don't have any extra tension on the nape of my hair or from the hair pulling because the clippings are closed, especially if I'm going to sleep and I'm gon na wear this at Night, so I do do that and then, when I'm ready to stop my hair, I just you know close those back up, but this textured hair. I love this hair. It mimics my own hair when it's going to twist out, as you can see my hair is this: is my hair right here. It'S getting fairly long and although I have cut these clip in I'm, gon na have to do some maintenance to them again pretty soon. So this is the fourth day. I think you can wear your clip in extensions for an entire week and then wash your hair and you know, Co wash the extensions that is the best way you can do it. If you choose to not take out your clip ins now, wigs and stuff, like that, what I sleep in them, no, because they're meant to be taken off anyway. But if you, our person, who does so ins or if you like, sewing, like you part, wigs, you're, not gon na, take them out so - and I just chose not to take these out just to prove that you can sleep and your clip in extensions. So in this video I think don't give this video a thumbs up. If you found this helpful, I'm gon na be taking these out tonight. That would be in another video, so I can give you a little bit more updates and make sure you stay tuned. Subscribe. Cuz I'm trying to get up videos just about every day, if not every other day, from a blog, miss check out this channel, and in my fitness channel and I'll see you guys thank you to all my black girl

Marie S. Martineau: It’s too time consuming to put them back everyday therefore sleeping with mine too. Thank you refreshing video.

Tasha F: Two things to think about; the weight of your head can break the clips - they can be more fragile than you think and the metal from the teeth can definitely slice your hair due to the friction from sleeping. It is definitely an at your own risk practice. I learned the hard way after a couple clips broke while I was on vacation and I had to use Bobby pins to hold them up the rest of the trip, lol.

Ariana Racquel: If you braid your real hair before you clip it in, it’s ok to sleep in it. If it’s just in your hair, I wouldn’t recommend cuz it might rip your hair.

alsaxon: I agree. especially if you took the time to do a twist out. No way I am redoing that everyday.

cupidgal: I sleep in mine too... I think it would be less tension to keep them in instead of removing them everyday.

Aurora Autumn: I use to wear bubbles and other hair accessories as a child and I did not take them out everyday. Probably had my hair done once a week, if am lucky twice. So I get where you reasoning is coming from.

Jazzy Ochuru: I ve always slept with mine....never had any problems. Don't understand what the fuss is about. I use a silk cap.

Des Coop: I sleep real good in my clipins

Lorraine Gray: I just love your energy and yes very helpful! !!!

Delone Ranger: I think thicker hair people can risk sleeping in them but thin hair, is not a good idea I’m here because I got bald spots from my clip in’s and looking on how to fix that now no more clip ins

Jasmine Prince: I slept with mine in no issues at all. I twist it and use a satin scarf.

Jennifer Evans: Very helpful thank you so much. I've. Been wearing sew ins for a long time and looking to clip in..

Jordan B: Ain't nobody got time for dat thank you for this video! after all that work il take my chances!

Leah Barahona: i use a crotchet net and clip the clip inand my hair braided under neath. which helps protect your hair no pull at all

Brietta Nicole: I feel like a silk bonnet or pillowcase would help. You mean to tell me that people sleep in sew ins, tape ins, links, etc but people are scared to sleep in clip ins? I feel like it depends on the texture of your hair maybe only thick coiled kinky hair can withstand it because it’s strong. With straight hair it might touch your scalp and damage it maybe. It just depends how thick your straight hair is.

sherlita thomas: I just got my clip in and I’m about to but them in and I’m sleeping in them now thank you

Aurora Autumn: Listen I have had this question for a very long time but didn't want to sound weird asking it. Thank you.

Em: I wish I could do this since I wear 18 wefts lol but my natural hair is wavy and the extensions never hold a curl so if I straighten my natural hair, It’ll be curly the next day and the extensions stay pin straight -.-

Alicia M. Castellon: Thank you!!! I unclipped mine tonight!!!!!! From your white girl!!!!! xoxoxo

Monique Fowlkes: I got my from Her given hair and I Love them and yes I do sleep in my. Having no problem and like you said I unclip a few in the back

Crystal: thank you this helped me because im getting extensions for the first time and im very lazy

Kel Gordon: How long do clip-in extensions last?

Denise P: Wow!looks good! Initially I thought that was your hair!

Mualexy: Yes girl you nailed it. People are ridiculous this was great to see

Kendra Brevard: that's all I needed to know thanks

KoalaBear: whoa! those look like your real hair!

FaithStrut: I LOVEEEEE YOUR BACKGROUND

Z. C.: Do these tangle?

Cleo Johnson: Whats the price of your hair wood like to buy one also the clips.

Ddmckenzie: How about the metal cutting your hair at the placement site

Lil Zuplada: You're asking for traction alopecia and breakage.
