Hey girlie, so this is my lovely client here um i did a full glue and weave on her hair. So just wanted to show you guys little heads up little preview there of what we did and especially being that it's coming up like prom season and then just going out. You guys may want a really quick, cheap hairstyle, and this is a really excellent way to do it. So if you're interested stay tuned, so i'm starting off by using some motions heat protectant spray. That'S not really oil based like silk elements. Um. I prefer this. If i'm doing a glue in so i'm pretty much just saturating my client's hair on freshly washed hair yo, which is important, make sure that hair is freshly washed before starting the entire process. But i'm just kind of saturating the hair with that not too much. But just enough to cover her hair once i do that, i'm basically just going to be taking my chi blow dryer here and i'm just going to going through flat ironing everything making sure that their hair is as bone straight as possible, not adding any additional product. But just making sure that goes all the way through and it's all the way blow dry so now that we're done blow drying. What i like to do is just to kind of get the hair in line and at least get a little bit straighter. I like to take my flat irons and just give it a little bump there. So all the way throughout the head, just to make sure that when i apply the tracks, they can lay as flat as possible and just give me a smoother canvas to work with. When i do start actually bonding the tracks, but what i like to do is basically just start out by parting, the hair, by using the end of the rat tail comb, just making sure that you have a really concise part. Now, on this part, i know a lot of people, don't focus too much, primarily on making sure that the parts are straight, but i like to make sure that the parts are straight as possible. Just because you want to make sure that when you do actually the tracks down they're following a really concise pattern, so that's the reason why i prefer to make sure that the parts are straight. So i'm just parting that all the way around making sure that it kind of follows the natural shape of the client's head. This is just like with the sew-in. You don't want to go against the client's natural shape of their head, so you do want to make sure that it's parted perfectly. So i'm just placing one two and three clips all the way around the head, just to make sure that the rest of the hair is secure. We don't have any hair falling down when we're trying to glue it in so now that that's pinned up what i'm going to go ahead and do at this point is just taking my flat irons again and i'm actually just smoothing their hair out. Just one more time so just run it across again to get it as smooth as possible. Oh hair slipping down, okay, so i'm flat ironing that all the way around just flat iron it downward in the direction that you want the hair to fall. So i'm going to do that all the way around, like i said, making sure that that's smooth and it blends in with the tracks as best as possible, all right. So at this point, all the hair is flat ironed and what we're going to go ahead and do is basically start laying those tracks. So i've already pre-measured it and i'm basically just going to start by pressing the first piece and not right up at the hairline, because you want to have a little bit there to cover it up. If you want to push it back, but i'm just going to press it all the way around making sure that it does not touch the scalp, but just right underneath that scalp area, because you want to make sure that it has room to grow. So it's not pressed right up against the scalp, so i'm pressing that pressing it pressing and pressing it on both sides, just making sure that it stays and then what i'm going to do is take a light, spritz and basically spread on the tracks, like so and Of course, take my handy, dandy, dryer and i'm making sure that's on low because you don't want to burn your hair or your client's hair. So i have it on low heat and i'm basically just going around the tracks for probably about 10 seconds. So that's pretty much all i do on each track, but i'm just going to go ahead and show you guys the remainder of the process, of how i kind of finish out my client's hair, just repeating the exact same steps that i showed you guys earlier. But just kicking it up, but not so you guys can see how i completed the style. Oh and here i just wanted to show you guys that i actually glue on the side. That'S actually double wefted, so you guys can kind of see here now. That'S the side that i typically use so i'll just go on that side and then just press that against the client's head now, one other thing that i do a little bit differently. When i get to the top of the head, i actually like to place the tracks a little bit further back from the edges, just to make sure that the client has a lot of versatility as far as parting. If they choose to do like a straight part side, part middle part, what have you they'll have a lot of versatility with, and the last thing that i'm going to do is just to make sure that those edges are tight. Y'All know that edges definitely have to be straight, but i'm actually applying the argan oil perfect edges by cream of nature. I'M just applying that to a very fine two comb, like so applying it to the hair and then also spread a light holding spray on it. The light spritz there, which i'll make sure i list all the products below smoothing that in like so and then i'm just basically going to take my blow. Dryer and just kind of blow dry, ah go dry blow dry, that into place, and just kind of do that smoothing those edges out like so just to make sure that they stay in a very pretty and can hold up through whatever do this crazy spring leather Prom, whatever the case may be so so, i'm just gon na flat iron, those last few pieces into place, and there you have it the completed style. So this is my client's final product here, so we have this little quick side, bang that i cut into her hair and then did some beautiful layers on the side there perfect for, like any dress or whatever that she's going to be wearing for prom the back. We kept straight and then on the side i just kind of feathered that down a little bit and gave her like a backwards flip there with the flat iron, so nothing too technical, but very versatile for, like i said any dress or any occasion for that matter. But that is my clients, happy client there um, but she's. Just gon na do a quick flip there very beautiful and we use milky way 14 inch too by the way. Oh yes, nice, but if you guys have any questions, definitely feel free to leave them below love. You guys, thanks for watching, see you next time. Bye.

Ally Phillip: It’s 2021 and I’m still glueing my bundles in

Latoya Lashay: Before stocking caps, before lace fronts, this was my go-to method... And my hair never thinned or came out because I knew how to remove the glue correctly.

AC: Girl you did that! Her hair is blended well, full of body, it just looks so good and natural. Also, the tips that you gave as you were talking through the video were very helpful and made lots of sense.

NYASA ROGERS: Thank you for these helpful and encouraging comments on this video! I was always afraid to try quick weaves but once I heard its so easy, looks great, versatile AND it grows your hair?? I’m going to be doing this for me my sister and our mom when we don’t wear natural/braids. Beautiful work ☺️

von russ: Omg I've been molding(gel) my hair down so long I forgot this is how we did it back in the day. Love it!

Cassandra J: Ladies, glue in extensions are not bad for your hair. Everyone naturally sheds hair and when you have glue ins the hair has nowhere to go when it sheds. So it stays where it is until you take them out so it appears as if you're losing hair but really you lost that hair awhile ago. It's kind of gross but true! And side note taking care of your scalp and hair in the process of removing them will result in less hair loss. Be gentle and take your time!

JerikaSyncere: Lol hilarious of all the people commenting talking bad about the glue are the ones who are bald from not being patient enough to take the glue out. I use glue on my hair sometimes and I have never lost hair. When it's time to remove I put conditioner and water in a spray bottle and spray each track and let it sit for maybe 10 to 15 minutes, then the track literally slips out. If you are ripping out tracks that's glued to your hair, you deserve to be bald because obviously that is not right lmao

Blessing Ribeiro: this is lovely, just a tip: wrap set mousse is a good way to get the hair to lay bone straight without heat before installing the hair.

Khi Taylor: This is NOT bad for you hair, it just means YOU personally don't know what you're doing when you are removing the glue. You can't just rip the track out your head DUHH. Soak it in oil or conditioner for about 10 mins and the track will slip right out. Easy peasy! Love your video!!!

Lalaiana: Wow this really brought back memories lol. I still think this is the most natural looking way to do extensions. Great job!

Billie Williams: I use the 30 second bonding glue and I have no problems with breakage or baldness. And to remove my hair extensions I use my regular conditioner and let it in for about 20-30 mins

M1ssie284 K: Just to think I've been gluing my tracks on my scalp for years. Smh. Thanks, it's never to late to learn something new.

Teresa: I've been gluing my Wefts in for years and have always struggled with the top piece. Trying to get the hair on the crown to lay right over that top piece but I noticed that you did yours a lot higher and in a u-shape on the crown. Genius! Why didn't I think of that?

Octavia Cortes: Why all the negative comments, you don't want glue on your hair? Simply don't put glue in YOUR head.

Bitter Bat: Gorgeous. Glad you showed how to use the edge stuff...never could figure that out. Sometimes I like to just do the glue ins not a full weave with the cap, this came out nice

Tiffany LaRae': Ive done this look before.. I just 30 second bonding glue and when I'm ready to take it out I just the 30 second bonding glue remover. No breakage. No thinning.. If your hair comes out your pulling too hard.. It should slide right out..

Yana Springs: I’m going back to the basics! Love this

Sierra Biagas: Growing up as a teenager I wore bonded extensions for years. My hair was always thick and healthy. No damage. You just have to make sure they are done correctly and removed correctly. With any style their is risk of damage if you don't know what you're doing. The glue itself isn't damaging.

Ms Marauder: I remember when I use to do this 8 years ago. Thank God for talented creative women with amazing ideas over the years lol.

Alondra East: People Always Say Glue is Bad but it's not As long as your hair isn't thin and when it's Time to take it out CONDITION EACH TRACK ... NICE JOB GIRL

HeyAngie: Okay...people are always negative about things they dont know about... I am a natural but when I did have a relaxer my hair was still very thick! and I have had glued in tracks ALOT! My hair has never gotten thin because of glue and has never came out. Just like a sew in you have to take care of it and take it out correctly!

The Ginger Ninja: This was a great tutorial. Thank you so much!!

FabulousChinaDoll: I love how neatly you did it! It looks like her real hair.

Lolaa Anderson: Glue doesnt break the hair. Youre not supposed to glue the weave on YOUR Hair But On The Part So When You Remove It Youre Hair Wont Get Pulled Out . (Unless you use glue remover)

Cherokee Johnson: flawless video! Thanks for sharing this vintage technique.

sweets toohott: I used to do this method for years, and I agree it neva took my hair out..I used mineral oil ,and the tracks & glue came right out with no problem or breakage..If anything my real hair grew.. Dont believe the hype..

BECAUSEHELOVESME: Hey girl , u did awesome I loved glued weaves growing up , but here's a tip though spritz after gluing the track will allow it to stay longer. God Bless u Hun !!

rfff grent: I just did it, my hair look so nice thanks for the hairstyle!

Rashonne Mackey: awesome I love it , will do Friday , thanks girl ♡♡

Chavon King: Hair glue is for quick styles.. Not for long term use.. When removing the hair it is always best to apply conditioner, grease, oil or anything to loosen the glue. I deep condition my hair at least 30 mins before combing it with a small tooth comb

N. R.: Very neat work!! Beautiful!

Jiamesha Cavers: I use to do this in high school I’m going back to the old way lol thank you

Sandra Sullivan: Wow! Good job! How long does this last. And why would someone choose bonding over the sew ins?

Summer Thompson: You have got tho put in mine. I can't believe you did that ladies so perfectly so amazingly! :-)

Kenise Joseph: Ohh wow! I'd like you to do my hair for me to go to prom this year seriously. Cuz this is awesome I like it.

Gabby H: the glue does not make your hair fall out it depends on how u take care of it while its in

chalese brown: People all always negative. This looks great. There are ways to get glue out without damaging hair. Why comment about it if you don't like it..

Letasha Phillips: Yes ❤️❤️ this back in the day .. no quick weaves. Let leave in condition on 20 minutes with a cap on slide right out.

jea662: I like it sometimes the old ways still work and no matter what u do there is always hair loss....I think this would be good for someone like me who likes to be able to scratch scalp.....

IamShy: The critics always come out when they see glue! I loved it just posted one on my channel..... it’s all about how u remove it people

Dee Pestanio: How long does this last? Also my hair was very long and people would come up and pull asking if it was real. Will this hold up to that? I do it right now just a little but I’d love to do it all. Beautiful!

Lowkeyx: Great result! Will def be trying this method. I would like to know how many tracks you used as this will help me decide how many packs of hair to purchase. Im on a low budget lol

CaribbeanQueen 72: this is great am gonna do mine now watching this. thank u love

CaribbeanQueen 72: this is great am gonna do mine now watching this. thank u love

EmpressMystique: I don't understand the negative comments about glue. Sew-ins can be just as bad if not taken out or done properly.

Denise Alvarez: Thank you for this tutorial! I learned so much. I am trying to attract business to my small home salon. No one locally does African hair. People have to drive over an hour to have professional service. We also have a large Polynesian population as well. I still have a couple questions. 1. What do you call the wefts that you use? Can you use sew-in's? 2. Would you recommend this for caucasian hair? (sorry if that was a dumb question) 3. Are there different glue products? Which one is the best for different hair types... ie Asian, Caucasian, Polynesian, African hair. Thanks so much! <3

Niki: 2022 and I do still prefer the old school glue in 90’s weave

Junette Mirlande: The style came out beautiful. What heat protectant did you use? Yes the spritz holds it longer depending on the clients sweat glands. GPS should be administered to protect her hair from the glue. Free from residue and un- necessary extra work to remove glue. Patch test is imperative to protect you and the client if she were to have an allergic reaction.

Miriam Thompson: What's the name of the spray you use after you put each track in?  Job well done!

sheridean burton: wow love this!! and nice nails too :)

Yolanda Harris: this is very pretty and I loved it

April Graham: People are hater and im sure half dont have edges. Its all about how you take care of your hair. Everyone doesn't just pull them out with their real hair they take time to take them out. i know i do and my hair is healthy with no breakage or thinning.

diva_ishbri88: when taking out the glue use oil sheen it's a safe method I been using for years

lorettalynn Davis: Wow, that's really beautiful. Man you really know what you're doing "hair dresser" lady :)

angelica b: Looks very natural. Good job

Sweetie Pie: Do you put the glue directly on the track or do you have to use something called Morning Glory? Because I used to put it on my hair and on the track directly and I actually ripped out a lot of hair and I was told that you have to use Morning Glory

Markesha Taylor: These comments are so true glue is not damaging I’ve never lost my edges and it doesn’t stop my growth it’s just a lot about how you install the tracks and how you remove them most important

reneexoxo: very nice! I wouldve like to see how you cut and styled it. I have a problem with layering the hair

jeyssa martinez: I LOVED THAT TUTORAL!!

kayleigh earwaker: How long does this glue last??

Victoria Sunkins: LOVE IT, im gonna try it

Bajan Boo: hi, if I braid my hair in conrow, can I glue the weave in? or glue in hair only applies to when ur hair is straight out and u can't apply the glue to braided hair?

Honda Girl: Wish i had that type of hair y'all have gorgeous hair

Saara Hovinen 🦩: How long does the glue stay in hair? Only few days or weeks?? Is it good for long term?

C. W.: Before laying the weft Try Grow Protect first!

cherishdeb: this is great, thanks, because Id rather do this in the summer than have a weave cap in

Asia Holland: How long does this style last ?

Sally Jean Cordova: What glue do u use to glue the teack on?

Jasmon Brown: Finally found a method I would like to try.

afrikahchick: Very pretty!!! :-)

Andressa Araujo: how long does it last ?. Can I wash my hair? how many times a week?

LaCoya Combs: The end result looks great! Its just that it looks like she is gluing the tracks to the hair ITSELF as opposed to gluing the tracks to the scalp like it is supposed to be done.

Alleya shady mathers: how do u remove the glue without damaging the hair

Ashley Hendricks: Love it love it love it so helpful

MSBABYGIRL80: Does your edge control method work on un relaxed edges?

Belle Chauntce: Hey, how long did her hair stay up? Im getting my hair styled soon.

Jacqueline Haywood: You are good I had glue all over every where but on my head

MzzBizz: This is what we did back in the days when I did weaves in high school..lol good ole memories

terriergal: can you please update the description with the names of all the products you use in this?

ritaandleo: Your are an awesome stylist!!!

Cassina Austin: am I the only one that uses a cap to glue in tracks? I'm seeing a lot of videos of ppl applying straight to ppls hair. The way I was taught is you never put it directly to the head because it clogs the roots.

litildevil75: I’ve used that same glue for years but has anyone used ghost bond for this glue in weft method? I want a clear glue that works as well as this stuff she’s using in the video. Especially if u get your hair wet! Mine always loosen if I get them wet. I tried the stuff in the gold tube but it took forever to dry

Olubukola Oriade: Thank you so much for this video please what is the name of the glue you used Thanks

Shakeetha Gilbert: it depends on how much glue is used and how she take down the hair after being done for a while other then that nice product and good job....I know her Prom date was Happy and blushing lol sorry this is waaaaaaaay to late for responding :)

Tiffani B.: How long does this take?

Shanice Craigg: Would def try this out thanks

Leslie Knope: this is special glue for glueing in extensions.. incredient is silicone, you need hair bonding glue remover to get it away without pulling out your own hair.

Chrishyra Blackson: Thanks alot for the tutorial.

Kelly Craner: This helped me so much

mimi102239: my hair is shoulder length or a little bit longer and i do it this way; but if you choose to do it this way, dont use alot of glue.

MissQuain!: perfectly done

Shambria Na'Kole: Lmao I'm surprised I still knew how to do this

Leading Ladi1: Great job!

Brittany Garcia: If you don't mind me asking what is the purpose of spritzing that spray after laying the track?

Angela Sansone: Hi, the sound is broke on my video. I'm sure glue might not be the ideal approach, seeing as how it could affect their hair from growing in. But when your trying to get a flawless, most natural look, options become less and less. Honestly I'm trying to find a way to put in the extensions so that I can go swimming and work out/sweat without ever worrying about my extensions from coming out. I recently bought double sided adhesive but for some reason when it's in my hair, it feels and dries, almost appearing more like scotch tape. The tape/adhesive stuck to my hair but not the extensions, so my last attempt to use these extensions, I'm gonna try literally sewing to the tape. The other issue is, I wanted curly extensions, or at least a deep wave, like my natural hair, otherwise I'm stuck having to straighten my hair all the time. Unfortunately there extensions I bought, on my budget, are probably horse hair. I can't seem to find any decent Remy wavy/curly at least 14-16" extensions that are thick enough to do the job, without burning through my pocketbook. Has any one tried, "Fancy Hair" extensions?

chnel mixture: omg i loved it how many tracks did you do

Jasmine Rodgers: I do this when I take my sew in out for a few days

LALA: beautiful !!

Nikki Charlette: Very pretty good job

Usual Suspect: How many time does this glue hold ? Can I swimm with that glue? Thanks.
