Testing Amazon Hair Extensions + Easy Hairstyles

What is up guys? It'S caitlin, welcome back to my channel if you're new here welcome to the show. So today's video is super chill and fun. In my opinion, as you all know, i did get my hair done recently, but i even told my hairstylist after the fact that i do wish. My hair would be a little bit darker kind of really into the dark pieces, with blonde contrast and, of course, after washing my hair in it being a few weeks since i got my hair done, those dark contrast. Pieces have washed out, like i just said, i'm super obsessed with the dark contrast. It just reminds me like of the 90s or early 2000s vibe and like an mj, hedderman vibe. I don't know i'm just really into that right now and i don't have the guts to use a permanent dye on my hair. That'S why i washed out, because i use semi anyways. I don't have the guts to use fully permanent hair dye, at least not yet until i'm fully sure that i want to really darken my hair for like a long period of time. So, like i said i just wanted to come on here and play with y'all. You saw the title: i'm gon na be trying extensions for the first time. If you're new to extensions like me - and you literally have no idea where, to start or honestly, if you're, just looking to have fun like i am, these extensions are super affordable. They have a lot of colors to play with which i'll get onto that more. In a second, but these are a great starting or even, if you're experienced they're great for somebody that has experience with extensions they're super high quality, i'm just gon na play with these - i'm really excited because these ones i feel like are gon na. Add those perfect darker pops into my hair that i'm missing and i'm super excited because, like i said this is my first time playing with extensions, i just have always been too nervous, but even just feeling these before playing with them. I can tell that i'm going to have an absolute heyday, so they sent me two different types of extensions in two different colors. I have two halos in a blonde and a darker brown color, and then i have the ponytail extensions in the same darker brown and blonde color. They are 100 real, remy human hair. All the cuticles are intact and they go in the same direction and, like i said they have a super soft touch. Literally, it act. 100 feels like silk hair. I had just washed my hair yesterday, so it's clean, it's moisturized and these extensions feel better than my hair. So obviously, i still have some work to do, but they're super easy to put on even with someone like me who has no idea what they're doing it takes literally just about two minutes to get them on now. One of the many great things about the halo extensions is the wire is such a seamless look because it is clear and they're adjustable, so if they don't fit perfectly, when you first get them, you are able to tailor them to the way that you need now, Like i said, there are tons of colors to play with, they do have 13 different color variations and they have three different types of hair textures available. They have the body wave, texture, the straight texture and the upgraded thick straight texture, and what you cannot do with most extensions. You can actually style shampoo. Do whatever you want with these okay, these can be styled up to about 350 degrees of heat. You can put products in them. I actually just shampooed these blonde ones this morning. That'S why they are no longer wavy, because i blew them out this morning and of course the ponytail is the same thing: 100 real remy, human hair, no synthetics mixed in between whatsoever. Super easy wear design. You literally just wrap this velcro around your ponytail and then take this extra piece, wrap it around here, secure with a pen and literally how cute, like that's perfect and same with the halos as the ponytail. You can wash them style them. There are multiple colors available. These are perfect to just add some length and volume to your hair. I know that my ponytail isn't necessarily the thickest and, like i said, they're super affordable and they feel amazing, but now i want to use them. I am not even kidding this is how i'm going to do it. Okay, i just feel like this is the best way for me to be able to look in the mirror and see what i'm doing and have it right in front of me, since my hair is straight, i'm actually going to straighten these extensions first and then put Them in and see, if i like them better straight or wavy and then i'll probably wave them a little. I don't know i'm just going to do a bunch of stuff wow dude, i'm not gon na lie. This is actually insanely innovative of me, like i'm, probably gon na start. A trend like this is literally how people should straighten their extensions. It'S so convenient you can see exactly what you're doing in the mirror. I feel like this is about as straight as i want them, because my hair isn't necessarily fully straight either. I try to keep heat off my hair, which is another reason why i'm getting extensions and now i'm just going to grab any hair oil and pop that on there just to smooth them out a little bit. Now, i'm just going to section my hair off i'm going to show you how easy it is. I can literally do it with one hand: okay lay down the clear wire, and then i just literally have to clip it in okay, i'm actually adjusting mine a little bit the clear string right here. You literally just pull it and it tightens it. And, of course, you also have the two clips along the halo that will clip it in perfectly as well, so i just clipped it in and after i straightened them, it matches up perfectly with my hair and, as you can see here are those dark pieces that I was talking about i'm already so obsessed with this. I want to cry. Okay, as you can see it like blends well over my hair. It gives me a little bit more volume, everyone that i've ever talked to, that has extensions, just talks about how heavy they are, and these don't feel heavy at all. They kind of just make you feel like you have thick hair, i don't sleep and, as you can see, i just have those dark pops underneath this is a literally what i wanted now. I think i'm going to curl my hair, even though i literally just straightened these extensions. I love them straight now. I know i can wear them straight, but i think just for like styling, like cutesy purposes, i feel like i should curl my hair today for the first time wearing them right here laying on my chest. The pieces are, like, i said perfectly blended in to my natural hair, and it just gives me these contrast, pops that i'm obsessed with so here's the extensions curled. I got my contrasty pops throughout there and then here they are straight so now i have decided. I do like them more curled. Okay. Now i got ta. Do this side all right. This is amazing all right. These is what it looks like curl you can see. I got my pops throughout all my end pieces. It literally flows exactly where i thought it would and where i wanted it to okay, i'm obsessed with the curling of this extensions. So then, when it comes to like my messy ponytails, let's do this really quick. The ponytail is super easy to put on you literally just wrap it around your head and it comes with the piece that you wrap around the ponytail, and so all you need is like a bobby pin. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to pin this okay. This is giving me bratz doll, vibes and i'm here for it, and then i will just slick back these pieces. Oh my arms are tired. This is why i don't do my hair very often see like imagine if my hair - oh my god, it's sturdy, but i'm obsessed with the curls, so i am going to keep it like this. For today i even went ahead and like tucked back my little front. Um pieces, it's kind of just i don't know. I really like this. It flows really well together. It adds extra bounce to my hair. As you can see, my hair did not do this in the beginning of the video, but my hair just feels super healthy and full. Now, i'm obsessed with the contrast i can't get over it.
