Hey everybody, its Angie and welcome to hot and flashy in today's try it Tuesday, we are gon na, be trying some fake hair. I know a lot of you guys are interested in hair pieces and wanted me to try some things. My mom is definitely interested. She tried a number of them. Have you guys seen these like halo, hair extensions? Well, they were recommended to me by some of my blogger friends, but I wasn't quite ready to plunk down between two and three hundred dollars for something that I didn't know. If it would be comfortable on my head, if I didn't know how I would like how it looked, I actually don't really feel like. I need a hair extensions, certainly not for length. My hair is plenty long, but you know as I've gotten older. I don't know. I was gon na say it's gotten thinner, but I actually don't feel like my hair. Is that that thin, it's always been fine, but I've always had a lot of it. So I bought a cheaper one on Amazon, so I can't say that it's gon na be the same quality as a halo one, but it's the same kind of setup where it's the one with like the fishing line. That'S supposed to like sit invisibly on your head and it just kind of sits there like a headband. So here is the little hair piece that I bought. I tried to get something that looked like it would closely match my color with some striping in it. I feel like my hair, currently is a little bit darker than this guy, because I just colored my roots, and so it makes my highlights a little bit duller, but hopefully that will be good enough. I read the instructions and basically the way it works is that this fishing line here is adjustable, so you can toggle this. This is definitely not as good as say the halo piece, which has like a little bit of elastic that comes out here, but this fishing line is a little bit stretchy. I don't know if there's there's doesn't seem like the fishing line is stretchy but anyway. Basically what you do. Is you put this on your hair? It'S supposed to sit about two inches back from your part and then let's see you're supposed to adjust it to fit, and this is supposed to go down kind of below and it's supposed to fit fairly snugly and you're supposed to go like behind your ears. But with the hair coming on top of your ears, you lift out the hair, your own hair from underneath the thing, so you just follow along the edge of the wire and you pull your own hair out and how you're supposed to get it to come out. Nice and smooth, but I don't want to grab too much you know like I have too much and wonder if I can lift this up and bring some of it back. Oh, yes, you belong down here and let me just try the other side if it would be easier if I held my other hair down a little bit, I pull this through. No not really because I'm grabbing this and pulling that through, like I'm pulling it out of place boom. Oh hey, that's nice! Uh! You know how these try it tuesdays are. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. So i like to try the things right here live with you guys, so you can see how easy or hard it is to accomplish. Okay - and i think i just have the back left to do and then what do you do about the little string here? Can anybody see that? Would you like no, but I saw something that's said to pull a little hair from behind it forward to kind of try to cover it up right there? Where is it Wow? I cannot see that at all. Can you see it hmm? Actually, I think it looks pretty good. Oh it's definitely longer than my oh. It is longer. Oh it's much longer, so I bought a 16 inch piece so far. It feels pretty comfortable. It feels a little itchy right where it's sitting, but I'm hoping my head will get used to that. Okay, so here's what it looks like when I first have it on you. I don't think it looks bad actually, when I first got it in and saw the hair. I was like this looks disgusting. This looks totally polyester ewwww, it did say it was human hair, I'm not sure. If it really is no, I am actually pretty impressed with how this thing looks all right. So I saw someone do a curling tutorial where, basically, you lift up your hair and you just curl it you can curl it on your head are not on your head. I'M gon na curl it on my head, just as I thought that seemed like easier, but to curl it not on your head. You can hang it on like a pants hanger that has two clips. You just hang it up like on a door and curl it. So anyway, I'm gon na use my beach waver cuz. That'S what I use to do my hair today. Okay, let's see how it comes out, Wow really curled nicely so far so good, but I don't know if I'm gon na continue to wear it because it really is like so itchy my head right now, I think curling it on your head is probably much more Difficult than curling it like against a door or something I had this to do over again, I probably would curl it not on my head last one on this side and then I will switch directions. It'S kind of pretty I'm actually surprised, looks nice when it's curled doesn't look as gross in polyester II and then of course I curled my hair this morning, but it was a damp rainy day and so a lot of my curl has come out plus I did My little brioche eyo Lazar cold milk trick to make it look just like waves instead of curls, but maybe I'll just recur all this front piece, because this piece is really the one that got messed up by the rain sticking out of my hood and wet the Curl mmm-hmm did she had it. She had okay for this piece. I'M going to do my hair, plus the fake hair, we'll see how that goes. Can i push them together? Okay, I think I curled it all. I'M not sure I can't see what I'm doing back there so we'll just have to go with it right. I have to get a good head scratching in right now, because it is making me so dang itchy, you all right. So there it is my new longer hair. I mean it did get me some length which I wasn't actually anticipating needing any more length, but now that it's all blended together it doesn't look bad. I think it looks like my actual hair, hmm all right. So what do we think the today's try it Tuesday I kind of like the way it looks. It'S actually not bad, but oh my god, I'm not sure I could wear this because it's so itchy and I don't know if it's just because this hair is itchy or all of these would each my head like that. It doesn't itch where the wire is where the wire is is really comfortable. It'S where the hair is against my head. That is really really itchy. I don't know if I would get used to it like over time over a couple of hours or something or not, but I don't actually mind that I mean I kind of like how it looks I kind of like having this like big wow hair. I mean it's given me much more volume, it's not the one I bought it's not super thick. It doesn't have a ton of hair, so it kind of matches my hair, because my hair is very thin. Fine. Anyway, if you had thicker hair, I'm not sure it would add that much to it, I think most people who are interested in this already have thinning or thinner hair, so it would probably work out fine, I'm gon na go cook my dinner and see. If I can like get used to it, I mean it's probably only been on for about 15 minutes, so maybe my head would get used to it, or maybe it's gon na be like driving me crazy over the next hour. I just want to see if I could wear it like a long enough to go to something or if it's just just gon na continue to itch me. Okay, guys, I know I cannot stand this Oh yeah. No, I literally have had it on for half an hour, maybe 45 minutes and it you know the itchiness is kind of it kind of comes and goes depending on, like what I'm doing. If I'm doing something that my brain is really involved in, then I don't feel it, but like just being in the kitchen like boiling water and cutting up cauliflower. I was like ah get this off me. I would imagine that it might get uncomfortable like where the little string is after a while, but really the itchiness isn't for me. So I'm gon na pull this out, even though I do like how it looks - and I do like kind of the extra volume that I'm getting in the lower parts of my hair and obviously it doesn't do anything for the top. So to take it off, you just grab the top string and you pull and it just comes right out easy peasy and let's see how did I let's see if I did a reasonable job? Oh, I actually managed to curl it all well good for me. So that's what it looks like when it's curled, I actually think it's kind of pretty. I just cannot take the itchiness. I think it's, I don't think it's so much the stitched part here that was itching. I think it's like this edge. I mean there's nothing scratchy on there, there's no reason that it should be itchy, but you know what can I say it just was so this is you know what it looks like on the inside. This is what the little fishing line looks like here. You know. I think it's a good option and I think if your skin is less sensitive than mine, then this one actually doesn't look bad for 35 bucks. I would try one of these first to see how you like it. I might go ahead and get the real halo. One just to compare in a future video, so let me know if you're interested in that. Let me know what other kinds of hair pieces you're interested in seeing you know how they work so that I can spend the money on them and you know instead of you know you, because you know they can be expensive, and so I know you're. Looking for a solution, if you have some things that you love and where and highly recommend that are comfortable and that you know you'd like to share with others, go ahead and leave a comment in the comments below the video and we wouldn't get a conversation going About you know, fake hair and what some people's good solutions are. I'M just gon na wear it like this for the rest of the video, because if I wear it like on top of my hair, it's super comfy, it's just when it's sitting up against my scalp that I can't take it. It looks good like that right. No, I don't think so either alright! Well, that's it for today's experiment on this. Try it Tuesday, with halo type hair extensions. So I hope you found the video helpful and informative if you did go ahead and give it a like and don't forget to subscribe to. My channel, as always I thank you so much and really appreciate your watching have a great day, and I will see you in the next video take care. Everybody bye, bye,

Kat H: Hey Angie, I’m a weave, braid, u-part, clip-ins, half wig devotee; you may have to shampoo/condition it before wearing. Anytime I order hair (human or synthetic) I wash/condition it first. Sometimes there’s a build-up from processing that can be itchy. Just a suggestion. Love your content. ❤️

Patty Sisk: It looks gorgeous! I would love to hear a follow-up after you wash and condition it as others have suggested.

Mimi: Hey Angie! I have a halo hair extension from Amazon that I love! The difference between mine and yours is that it’s lined with a soft lace on the inside top of the extension where the edge of the hair touches my scalp-no itching at all!!! It’s from Youngsee. I also ordered extra wires so if it breaks you have a backup wire-which did happen to me. You can adjust the length of the wire with this extension. Mine was an 80gram weight which is a little thick. If you don’t have thinning hair and just want more length, 40 grams is fine. The cost was $60.

Rose Alexander: I would be interested in seeing the Halo "topper" in addition to the traditional Halo.

Annette Weber: I just want to say thank you, Angie, for this video. You are always honest, funny, and down to earth. Since going through menopause, my hair is shedding at a rapid rate, especially at the temples, crown, and now the top. I know it's 'just hair' and I am lucky it isn't something far more dire, but it's still hard to lose that part of me. I very much appreciate you tackling this topic for those of us who need it. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into your videos for us.

MQS 1: I’ve been Halo hair extensions curious forever Glad “we” got to try it today It looks great ... minus the itching As always, thank you

Monet Love: Generally I am not super sensitive or allergic to stuff, but I remember when I got mine a couple of years ago, after taking it out of its box, almost immediately my hands and forearms and every part of my skin that came in contact with it started itching and broke out in mild hives. I then learned there is this silicony layer on the hair that needs to be shampoo out before handling it. It looks awesome on you Angie.

D M Allen: I love that you are such a sport about trying new stuff like this for us! Thank you! It looks really good! Actually, really good & yes I am a little surprised. That's something I would try just to have the option. Much love to you, Angie

Coral Rae: Im a Holo Couture rep and I think they are the best! quality is amazing. The wire shouldn’t be that stretchy. With a Halo Couture the wire is virtually invisible.. the weft is comfortable lace. The quality of human hair is awesome, Remi hair. It shouldn’t itch. Be sure to not go above 360 degrees on your curling iron.

Lois Thompson: Love this idea, more please! I'm shocked at how nice the cheap hair looked when mixed with your hair. I vote yes to you purchasing the Halo. Thank you!

Lisa Cook: Oh my gosh I was scratching my head through the entire video! Lol! Thanks for taking one for the team, Angie!

Lea Simmons: First of all I LOVE your videos ❤️ The hair looks great! Give us an update on how it feels after washing! Also, if you're looking for more items for "try it Tuesday" look into Lashify!!! It's a do it yourself eyelash extension system. They have actually made my real eyelashes grow longer/thicker (I'm guessing since I don't use mascara anymore).

Kassandra OB: I think it looks great. I love the added length too. You’ve inspired me to get one and try it.

Arlette Dumais: SO glad you did this and would love to see you do more wig pieces. This seems like an awesome way to expand hairstyle possibilities. I just ordered a messy bun from Amazon and will let you know how it goes. Kat H, thank you for sharing your experience!

Cheryl Flanders: I would love to try a topper since my volume loss is more on the top vs length. You are my guru for all the things and my personal fashion stylist, lol! You are my favorite YouTube channel! Thank you for making my life easier and happier!

Melissa Heckman: Angie, this halo looks AMAZING on you. I absolutely love it! LOVE. So beautiful. Try giving it a wash and dry and give us an update! Let us know if it takes the itchiness away!

Risa Does Makeup: Hi Angie! This video intrigued me because I wear a halo hair extension often. For putting it on, I recommend sectioning off the hair first and clipping it up, then placing the halo over the sectioned off part so that your natural hair can then just fall on top of the halo you don’t have to do as much pulling out to cover it once it’s on. It also appeared that you had yours a bit too far back. Although it still looks great on you! The itching is a total surprise to me- I’ve never experienced that. Like someone else suggested, I think a good washing and conditioning of the halo might be a good idea. That also helps it to look more like your natural hair.i will say that it did take me a couple times wearing it before I got used to the weight of it though. The halo i use is one of the pricier ones, but it’s nice and thick. It also comes with really strong clips for anyone that would rather attach it that way. It’s honesty been a lifesaver for me as my hair is getting thinner and thinner as I get older. The halo gives me much more confidence.

Betsy/BA BF: Hidden Crown halos were my saving grace. I always have had a lot of long hair, in great condition. I went through extreme stress (in a very short time husband of 23 yrs died in a horrific way, my finding him, mom died of cancer, best friend died of a heart attack, serious ovarian cancer scare resulting in full hysterectomy, all with 5 grieving kids to try to get through all this and moving from only home they knew). My hair began breaking at my neck and falling out in clumps out of my scalp. It was just more devastation. I lost 3/4 my hair. If I wasn't enough of a mess, I couldn't leave the house with how bad it was. I found Hidden Crown and could at least get by with my hair looking how my hair always used to.

Christine Mack: It looks good and blended when curled for the $$. I would be interested in seeing more options, like the Halo. Thanks and have a great day with no itching. xo

Suzanne Holmes: I would definitely be interested in seeing you try and review the actual Halo volumizer as well as a topper. My friends and I love your channel. So helpful. Thanks!

Claudine Beauregard: Hey Angie, Love your videos, they are informative and detailed without being overly talkative, which I appreciate. Love your eye shadow!

nbnugget: Thanks for this video, the extensions looked great but the itchiness would definitely be a deal-breaker for me as well! I admire the 30 minutes you managed! The itchiness might be solved by gathering all the hair at the crown and clipping it out of the way, then applying the halo band of hair (see Harmonize Beauty, she adds halo extensions in almost all her hair tutorials). I'm thinking that maybe it would sit flatter and less itchy on the scalp that way (with your own hair laying over the band) instead of having to thread your own hair out of the way. Have you tried that way of putting it on?

Amy Hugo: I bought a Madison braids braided headband. I love it. It blends with my hair nicely and gives me a fun option for my shorter hair!

lisap3.2: Really fun to watch! Great idea for a try-it and it looked really good! I can't do *any* itch so I'm with you!

Marie Tencer: Thank you Angie! This is so timely for me. Purchased a Halo and a topper. The topper I’m sending back. Had such great hopes because like others, have had a rapid hair thinning sitch on top. It looked ridiculous. I trimmed the Halo because it was a little long but mine has side clips in addition to the band that are cumbersome. I actually prefer a synthetic messy bun I purchased years ago because I prefer my hair up and no one can tell.

Merry: I thought the thing looked awful in the beginning but awesome after you put it on. Another example of why it’s good to hold off judgement until we know more. I love that you’re courageous enough to not only try but share new things like this with us. Who would’ve expected the itchiness?!? I think you’re partly so successful with your channel BC we all can see you as our girlfriend!

Anna Streeter: I was so curious about the HALO hair extensions until I saw the price. Thank you so much for showing us a more affordable option. I appreciate all that you share!

Suzanne Burdge: I love the extra volume it give it is so great! I would love to see a nicer brand like Halo in the near future. I love that you ordered a cheaper one to try first...why spend extra money when you don't know if you like it or it looks good. I think thicker more full hair ALWAYS make one look younger if you don't over do it. Thanks for the try on!

jred1838: It looks great! Love how you figure this out on camera just like we would. Thanks for this

Juli Day: I, too, would be interested in a topper. My hair is thinning on the crown. Thank you for doing this for us!! Love your channel!

Susan Barnard: Wow. What a beautiful look that gave you. I love the look. My friend sections off her hair where the halo will go ,pull her hair up them puts the halo on and combs. Thank you very much for showing us affordable products . All of us cannot buy all high end products or Chanel or Hermès like some influencers show. I so greatly appreciate you!❤️

Natalie M: This was def the best halo extension review I could find. Thank you for covering all the important topics! You answered all my questions

Jennie Hrdlicka: I started to wear a hair topper in September and I love it! I bought it for my daughters wedding but now I wear it everyday. I even got another one. It adds fullness and blends with my real hair. No one ever notices, even my own daughter. Having thicker hair makes me feel and look younger I think. I wish I could post a pic but I can’t figure out how. Thanks Angie for trying new things and sharing your honest opinions with us! ❤️

Karin Cope: I have never seen a curling iron that spins - pretty cool .

Alex Gatto: I would add a touch of matte eyeshadow on the little "fishing line" that's exposed at the part line, taking that shine down would make it undetectable! Sorry you found it uncomfortable, maybe just use it for pictures since you already have it. You could also try adding some hot glue along the weft line that you found so itchy - maybe that would relieve the sensation!

Michele Sutherland: I think you have one of the most realistic reviews on you tube. I appreciate you’re close up camera shots when you try product especially foundation. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you show us!

Carol Kinghorn: After reading the suggestions that washing/vinegar may help with the itching, I would love if you gave that a try and let us know if it was helpful. My hair is definitely thin and fine and I've alway wondered about buying something but I'm too cheap to spend a lot of money! haha!! Thanks for the great video!

Lucia Braithwaite: I love your sincerity in everything you do Angie, love your tips, many thanks Lucia from London

Jessica G: HI Angie! Personally, I DO think it gives you volume as well as length. From a viewer perspective, it does elevate your beauty and make you look even younger (also bc it's an on trend look). Just use it for your IG photos since you can't stand the itchiness

Blue Star: Thank you for reviewing this. I have been looking at the Halo hairpieces and this one in particular as well. I'm glad to know its probably not good for sensitive skin. Id love to see you review the traditional Halo as well as maybe the topper.

kipper pingsman: Thanks Angie. Taking one for the team as always. I really liked how it looked in your hair. I'm sorry it was so itchy, but look upon it like a gorgeous pair of too tight shoes... You love them and they look great and when you get home you'll be able to take them off.

Sylly: I have the Halo. It was awesome for me, even though I only wore it half a dozen times or so. I got it at the suggestion of a friend that managed upscale hair salons. I had recently developed alopecia areata (bald spots) as well as overall thinking. Since I didn’t have any bald spots on the top of my head, this type of extensions was a perfect choice. My biggest concern was that it would give me a headache because any pulling on my hair, such as even pinning my hair up, can trigger headaches or migraines. But to my happy surprise, it was super comfortable and did not trigger any headaches at all. Thankfully, all my hair has since grown back, so I haven’t felt the need to wear it for a while. But it is nice to have when I may want a little more “va-va-voom” to my style.

Janealae: I lost 50 to 70% of my hair from stress and wear a topper now. You definitely don’t need one of those but if you want to look into anything for your viewers that’s a great option! Mine is human hair from Highline wigs.

Anna Stuart: How fun! It looks great, but you already had a nice amount of hair. So many middle-aged women give up on looking good or even neglect themselves, so thank you for showing us we don't need to do that. :)

Barbara Gold Allen: Thank you for showing that. I recently cut my hair shorter to get it healthy but I miss long hair so much. I was thinking about extensions but I think it’s a little too much work for me. Love watching your tutorials!

44macymoo: I think it looked beautiful and natural. I definitely would be interested in more hair pieces videos. I currently have hair extensions for volume and not length. They work well but are very expensive and if I could find a more economical solution, I would welcome it. ♥️

Survivor OfMany: I love your channel! You’ve always stayed true yourself, awesome reviews, dependable & humble

LGinCO: Thank you for doing these try-it's! This one isn't probably one I will try myself. I can usually see the "halo of hair" on other women when out and about due to the wind or their natural movement moving around their natural hair or it usually can be seen at their parts on top of their heads which is distracting. What happens with sunglasses? Do the earpieces move the hair piece? Thank you again for trying this.

Maria Welling: She's such a sport, love her! I think it looks really good..

E Claire: Interesting to see how the halo hair works and looks. Can you experiment with toppers next?. Love your channel! ❤

Vee of the Weald: Thanks for the giggles and good humour, Angie. You made my day.

MCD: Fun video, love Try It Tuesdays It actually looked really nice! Maybe some of the comment suggestions to get it to stop itching would work!

PamRocks 50: I really enjoyed this video! I would love to try the Halo extensions--too much $$; never thought of looking on Amazon! BTW, one of those combs with a wire pick on the end might be better for grabbing the hairs.

Pamela Andrade: You managed the Halo really well, I think it looks great!

KAREN STANCATO: Thanks for the video, Angie! I’d love to try this!

JLeigh: I love that you still have both your parents! I've started taking a supplement with 500mg solubized keratin, and my eyebrows are coming back! Hard to say whether my hair is shedding less- I think so!

Frugal Over Fifty: So interesting. As my hair continues to thin due to peri-menopause and some other health issues, I'm getting more and more interested in hair pieces. I wouldn't be able to stand the itching either! It sure looked nice though!

Deah: It looks very pretty on you and the color is perfect. I love the soft curls.

Stuart Pierce: I really want one of these! Thanks Angie for doing this video. Thanks Jennifer ❤️ Looks GOOD

Sue S.: I would love to see the real Halo as a comparison. Looks great, but itching is a big no. Have a great day and thanks for the video!

Sallie Frisina: A volumizing hair iron does wonders for me. I have a lot of hair and it is fine and heavy so as it gets longer. The volumizing iron is quick and easy because you only do a few places to get great volume

catherine thompson: I use to have tape in extensions after a bad hair cut lol. It was sooo expensive and very high maintenance to maintain and return to reapply higher as my hair grew out. I like the thought of this. I think I'm going to look into! Thank you so much!!

rebekah mastro: It's just so nice to see you smile and giggle. You did a great job for us, that's what counts. We all regard your opinions. Thank you for what you do.

marianne howe: I have a halo hairpiece that came with extra clip ins. I have had hair loss from medicines, illness and surgery and the hair pieces just make me feel better. I also experienced itching when wearing any kind of hair extensions (synthetic or real) but the trade off in how it made me look and feel was worth it. It looked good on you too.

Oogle at Luxury: I used cheap Amazon hair extensions at my wedding! It blended in well for me and no one could tell!

Diamond Chamberlin: Hey Angie , I love your channel because you are soooo very honest about products . Good or bad ; we always get the truth with you . That being said I'd love to see you try the clip in extensions . I already have long hair , but recently had about 7" cut off due to damage . It looks a whole lot healthier now , but I do miss the extra length I had.

BLMH29 BLMH29: Definitely would love to see a real halo. I would also love pricing on them

Donna Washburn: Thanks Angie, I do have very thin hair and always wondered about these for the price it’s worth a try !

Yvonne Ramirez: The Halo hair looks absolutely beautiful on you. I absolutely love it on you. I think Im convinced!

Cori Nagy: I bought a Halo extension on Amazon for about $38. After I wore mine a few times my fishing line actually broke and I had to replace it. mine is beautiful and curls up beautifully I just hang it on a hanger I've straightened it and curled up and it looks gorgeous. I use dry shampoo to make it look more natural and not so shiny. Mine is a little itchy too. I wear it for special events. I would love to buy one from hidden crown but the one I want is almost $300. I would be curious if the more expensive ones are more comfortable.

Parsell Art: Thanks for making me aware of this product. I tried your make up instruction for Facetime and it worked out awesome.

Christina T.: I think it looked great. And especially for the price. If I had that itching problem, I would go to a fabric store, buy a slim piece of satin material and just sew it over the area that bothers you. ❤❤

Kim Smart: Wow! I’m really impressed. I think it looks beautiful on you! But I agree...the itching would drive me nuts, lol!! Thanks for the review. Would love to see you try the topper because that’s where my hair has gotten a bit thinner!!

Claire Porter: I’ve had a poor experience with Halo and personally wouldn’t recommend. The hair itself, for me is too thin. I actually returned it and the returns address provided was incorrect as they gave me old premises to which they didn’t have access to - the small team that ran it were not helpful and actually were rude. I ended up out of pocket.

SunLight: Your channel is far above excellence. This is professional and fun. Thank you!

lisa kapps: This would look really cute with one of those turban-style or knot-style headbands that is so trendy right now. The extra length and fullness really lends to that type of style. :)

Pamela Klippel: I could see where that might be a confidence booster for someone loosing hair from alopecia, aging or other.....but, you definitely don’t need it!

P.M. Patterson: So glad you did this video. Just what I wanted to watch. Happy to hear you mentioned your Mom! God bless her. Wishing you many more years together!

Deanne Lanoue: I have the original Halo from oh at least 10 years ago. Beautiful hair but itchy like mad. And yes it’s been washed many many times. Wondering if the newer Halo has solved that band area problem with a soft covering or something. Thanks Ang!

ComplexionPerfection: Angie, you make that hair look great! Next time, soak the hair in vinegar for about 20 minutes to release the chemicals and the shampoo it to make sure its clean. I really like it on you.

KellyYoumans: Thx so much for this Angie! Fellow fine hair girl here. I would LOVE for you to do a comparison of this one to Halo! I've been holding off due to cost too. Thx again. xoxo

ReadingsMusicArts International Oracle Tarot: This is exactly what I was searching for! Thank you, Angie❤️

Elizabeth B. In Texas: The “The real deal” is very comfortable. They do suggest teasing the crown of your hair which I am in to! It just completes the look! Try it!

Kristen Albert: I wear the wire hair extensions from Hidden Crown and absolutely love them. Never any itching. They do look nice on you.

FiftyPlusBeauty: Hi Angie. I think they looked very natural on you and you looked great! I used to wear the Halo extension though and the plastic string on the top ended up breaking off my hair on the top and my real hair started to look terrible. I loved how it looked but I ended up not being able to wear them. Darn!!! Love you by the way!

casa36 blanca: I love Try_it Tuesday when i read the title i always say no way not for me..then through the videos i am sold out and i read the others viewers comments and experiences...thank you Angie I am following you from overseas some items don't exist in Amazon france

Farah Mohammed: Brava for being so down to earth! Although this looks great, I like your own head of hair much better... you look fabulous just the way you are!

Jennifer Elton: I think it looks great! I agree with Kat H with the washing but you could also sew a thin lace ribbon to the seam where it itches.

Lori2149: I bought mine on Amazon as well. The one I ordered is only $12 so it is worth the try. I love mine! It came with two clips to sew in, but I went ahead and purchased extra clips and sewed a total of four in the band, and then I clipped off the halo wire. I get tons of compliments when I wear mine, and a friend who has thinner hair wore hers to a wedding and loved it. My only issue is that being over 50 the "Hot" part of Hot and Flashy is why I don't wear mine more often, it just makes me hot, but not itchy. My hair color is similar to Angie's and I bought this one on Amazon: SARLA Halo Ombre Hair Extension Brown to Ash Blonde Long Natural Curly Wavy Synthetic Hairpiece. This is not real hair, but it can be curled at a lower setting, around 300.

Kelli Laine Lewis - Forever 18: I put mine on by pulling it all the way over the front of my face (from the back) and then i just put it where I want it & dont have to go through messing with pulling so much of my own hair through-- its super easy and no tangles. Mine def. do not itch. Back in the day they used to sell The Halo at Wal-mart. I think they stopped because of theft issues. uhg. I wish they would have put it behind a locked plexiglass like they do the watches. This one looks really great on you! I take mine in and have my stylist cut it shorter because it's just too long for me .

April Carney: I never would have known that wasn’t your hair. I bought the halo couture brand from my salon. I absolutely love it. I honestly forget it’s on. Yes it’s about a 400 investment but I have thin hair so it’s been more than worth it.

Lisa Vanvalkenburgh: Lol... that was fun! I have obnoxious frizzy/curly hair which I can't see how these would ever work for me! I soooo appreciate you being willing to test this out for us! Wow, you rock! It did really look nice on you, but I totally understand the itching had to be awful. Sometimes just putting my own hair in a clip or band will increase itchiness on my head! Any how thank you so much! Smiles and blessings...

Stuart Rashid: Love your videos! I have one from Amazon too & love it despite the fact it itched the fire out of me. lol I read the comments below and washed mine! It worked like a charm. Also wanted to help~ I put the crown of my hair up w/ a clip and then put the hair piece in. Hope that helps!

Carol Meek: My daughter and I both got these eight years ago in San Diego, where they sold them when they first started out near their headquarters in Temecula. I absolutely LOOOOOOVE them! So fast and easy with a rat tail comb and they are in! My daughter got several lengths, I'm still using my originals! Get them! !! Ours were several hundred dollars at the time, not sure what they cost nowadays.

Madonna Moya: I thought it looked pretty good and blendable. I'm so glad I came across your channel because I'm an older gal and feel I can relate with you. You are naturally beautiful as well! I'm wondering what's causing the itching. I look forward to your next video, have a blessed day!

Becka Bronstad: Ha! As I've gotten older I've become far less tolerant of anything less than comfortable! Gone are the days of suffering for beauty!

Pat Mear: Great video! I always wondered how those things would look and feel. I recently ran across some hilarious pictures of me when I wore a small hair piece. Way back in the 60's when we wore mile high hair I had a black "wiglet" that I wore on my short, dyed black hair..haha! It added height and volume and reduced the amount of "ratting" (back combing) that I otherwise had to do. I'm glad those days are over!! I think your hair looks great both with and without the extensions. Your demonstration was really informative. Thanks for your (always) honest and helpful review! XXOO❤

Farah S: Love your videos and honest reviews about different products. Please do more videos on hair pieces... thank you❤️

Ach Bee: Thanks for doing the video by trying with us. I too have always had thin hair but a lot of it. If washing helps or even the Halo brand can look close to as great as it did with yours I will be

maddy mclennan: I have purchased the "Hidden Crown" halo, it was $350. After a year of wearing it I replaced it with a cheaper Remy hair version, like the one you are wearing. I had it cut closer to my own length - I LOVE it! I have never had the itching problem. I will never purchase Hidden Crown again, it was not worth the money.
