Affordable Amazon Human Hair Clip In Extensions With Honest Review

I love you guys so much and let's hop right into it. So i am going to be celebrating my birthday this weekend and i wanted to look a little extra glamorous. You know the lashes like the makeup, the hair, the outfit, so i did recently get my hair dyed and i know i talked about it in a like two or three videos ago that i wanted to get it dyed. This is the color that i have now. Don'T ask me the shade, because i really don't know my sister is like a color genius. She owns her own salon, so if you guys are in the greater phoenix area, definitely check her out it's realm salon. R-E-L-M is how she spells it, but i'll link it down below as well, but i had more of a blonde with a darker root and she just made sure that everything blended really really well and smooth for me without making it um. I don't know, i guess too orangey she took any orange out and she really helped it be like this really subtle, gray ashy pretty blonde, and this is exactly what i wanted but better. So i'm really really happy with the way my hair turned out now. I did not style my hair for this video, because i wanted to see how my hair naturally would blend in with these extensions. So like say, i wanted to get glammed up really really quick. I felt like, if i just threw the extensions in, is it something that i can just pull off and not have to worry about doing my hair straightening, the extensions and just making it way longer of a process than i like. So i have naturally straight hairs. You guys can see it is um a bit wavy at the bottom. I don't know this is day two, so i haven't washed it today. That'S why it looks a little greasy, but i'm doing this also because i'm trying to grow my hair out, naturally, so i'm making sure to get enough natural oils every day in my hair and not to dry it out. So this is what it's going to look like on a day-to-day basis, so it's nice to be able to compare my hair normally without any heat or styling tools, and seeing if adding these clip in extensions will make my hair one look more put together. Two just give it that length that i'm desiring, so i do have a measuring tape with me today, because i wanted you guys to see how long my hair is now and to see how much of a length the extensions give me. The extension length is 22 inches that i got, but i think it can look different depending on where on the head you place them. So obviously, if it's 22 inches - and i place it here - it's you know not going to give me the full 20. 20 22 inch length. It'S actually give me more of a length because it's 22 inches from here to here. Does that make sense, so i wanted you guys to see kind of the difference lengthwise whenever i do put the extensions on so this is the measuring tape. I'M doing it in inches and i'm just doing the top of my head to the bottom tip of my hair. I don't know if you guys can see and it is. Let me see. 22, it's 22 inches. That'S the extension length. I got that's funny, but it's 22 inches. I don't know if you guys can see right there. That is the bottom length of my hair, the extensions that i got 22 inches, these ones um. What i did to find the perfect shade is, after my sister did, my hair. I actually went to a hair supply store and just compared the different hair colors, and once i found one that was really close to my hair color, i asked them what color it was and they gave me some number okay. They didn't give me like it's shade. This it they said they gave me a number they didn't tell me like. This is ash gray. This is ashy blonde. They just told me it was like, i believe, four, two, two seven or something like that. It was like a weird number, but i guess it makes sense in the hair community. So even right here, oh four, six one three! I actually ended up purchasing my hair off of amazon. What i did was, i took the number of the hair color shade and i typed it in on amazon, and i said hair extensions, the length that i wanted, so those hair extensions 22 inch four, four, six one: three, because the number that they gave me at The store was actually four four six one three and i saw a few different options. This one was obviously um a little different. It'S four six one three, but it's literally identically the same exact, shade, plus the ones at the beauty supply store were ranging for one pack two hundred dollars. This is actually real. Human hair is what they say online when i purchased it from amazon, and when i did some searching a lot of the prices were very competitive to that. So like eighty dollars for a pack sixty dollars for a pack - and then i found these - these are significantly cheaper under forty dollars per pack. So i believe it was like thirty, some dollars per pack. It did advise you, though, to buy more than one pack. So i ended up buying two packs. This is one that's outside of the packaging because i got excited when they got here but um yeah. So i got two packs and i feel like it will be enough hair to cover my whole hair. They say to get three if you really want to fill in your hair. So like say, you have really really thin hair to get three packs, but i ended up purchasing two, which is still cheaper than had. I purchased one pack from the beauty, supply store or one pack from a different vendor on amazon, so i will be linking down below the exact vendor of where i purchased this hair. They do have a variety of different colors, not just this color, so you can definitely look to see if they have a color that is closer to what you are looking for, based off your hair, color and shade. So this is again what it looks like outside of the packaging. I'M really excited about it. It is real human hair, so i am able to style it and fully just get this out of the packaging now so here it did come with extra clips and which i feel is really nice, because i have used clip in hair extensions in the past and Sometimes the little clips do get loose. You can definitely sew them back in yourself, split needle and thread. Usually they don't both come off at the same time. Usually, if it starts to loosen up it'll be like one side will start to get loose and then the other side. So it gives you time to be able to reinforce that with some needle and thread if you'd like to. But i like that it gives you extra clips in case now. It is a seven piece that i got so this is one of the pieces which is pretty standard. I they usually give you like a few like two or three long pieces and then like a few single pieces for the front again, i got two packs so i'll be able to mix and match this. However, i choose fit so this is one of the you know, front pieces and then the longer back pieces. So what i'm doing now is i'm just separating the longer like the pieces that have three or more in one area the pieces that are single in one area and the pieces that have two or more in one area. So this one yeah three: normally, whenever you install clip-ins, you want to tease the hair so that it has some body and structure for the clip to like grab onto so that way, you can have it on for the entirety of the day. Now. This is something i don't think i'm gon na have on for the whole day. I don't know if i wan na tease my hair for this. I do recommend that you do again if you are gon na keep it on for the whole entire day, but um. I might do a light tease actually to my hair, just to give you guys the full effect. Okay. So what i do is i always just separate my top piece. I have a lot of hair. Naturally, so, and then i just get like a small layer kind of like whenever you go to curl, your hair straighten your hair, whatever that first layer is that's the first layer where you're gon na put your extensions okay, i am gon na do a little bit Of a tease now it doesn't have to be anything crazy. Okay, there plus, i don't have a teasing fork. Usually i would recommend a teasing fork as well. I'M just so excited about these, so you're, just gon na clip it in literally just find where you have the little teased hair and then you're just going to clip it into that little bit of teased hair and that's it like it's super super easy user friendly. So this is the first layer, so you guys can see just a little bit of length that that's giving me wow and then i'm going to do the second layer. So i'm just going to get a little bit of that hair that i put in my hair. One of the hair extensions that i actually really want to try is the halo, because i hear that it's a lot easier. You just kind of like it's a little rubber band that you just put in there. They didn't have this color with the halo. So that's one of the reasons i didn't get it this time around, but if i ever went back to like, i guess, an easier color like a more universal color, i would do the halo again you're just gon na tease it tease it, and this is what's Gon na help the clips to stick. It'S been so long since i've worn clip-in extensions, it's so funny. I used to wear them a lot. When i was younger when they came out, i had the um harris hilton clip and extensions. Look it, but i got the paris hilton clip-in extensions and i just thought it was so cool. They were like this little pink packaging. I got them from sally's, i don't know if anybody remembers that they were not real human hair, that it was synthetic. It was really cheap, but i had blonde hair too at the time and um. I remember my hair would get so naughty because whenever you don't have real human hair and you go out and you're sweating, i live in the desert, so like you're sweating, it gets all like moist and it's just not it's not a good look. It doesn't look cute after a while, but i was really really young and that's all i could afford. Was these like random sally synthetic clip-in extensions? I do have to say, though, that it made my confidence like skyrocket, though, because i felt like you know the coolest person in the room, and i guess it's just. However, it makes you feel if it brings you joy rock it anyway, even if it looks like there's a rat nest on your head um, because then you look back and you'll laugh and you'll just be like. Oh, that was such a good memory. The good old days you know, i'm just gon na go ahead and fill in any of the back areas that i might have missed, okay and do the next layer. So just a quick tease - and this is going to be the final back layer and i actually think honestly, i think that i might just need one pack. I might just have the second one as like a spare or a backup like in case. I want to have like one: that's like always straight, so keep this one straight and then have the other one wavy or curly, so that it's already set and ready. But i actually think that one pack is enough, even though it said it suggested two i'm starting to think. Maybe one pack is good, i don't know what do you guys think? Do you guys think one pack is enough. Obviously, my hair is not styled, so i'm trying to like get it to form. Look at that ponytail that'd be cute. Okay, um! I almost wonder if i should pull this back a little bit. You guys can see a little bit more. I think it blends pretty. Well, actually, i probably take a piece or two like those single pieces from the other pack and put them here just to have it blend a little bit more, but i honestly don't think i need um the whole other pack like. I don't really need to do that because again with like clip-ins like they're great they're fabulous, but they can also be heavy so the more obviously you have clipped into your hair. It can feel heavy, so i want to feel comfortable. I don't want it to feel. Like heavy and the more clip-ins you have the more of a risk you have of somebody seeing the clip. Well, that's good to know that you probably only need one pack and you'll be good. This is with a really quick. This little like um wave literally this wave, took me like five minutes tops. I didn't take the extensions out. It would have probably looked a lot nicer had i like waved the extensions before placing them in and like waved my hair before doing all of that, but um, i'm lazy, sometimes so realistically, this is how i would realistically be doing my hair. I would probably be like in a rush and having them like clipped in and doing this as fast as i can, i'm just being realistic, and i actually love the way that it turned out now. I probably need a little bit of like gel right there and that's not the extension. That'S my own little like random hair from something else. Um anyways, but i'm gon na do a full 360. So you guys can see what the hair looks like all around. Definitely instagram worthy vibes. I feel like what is it like, kylie jenner, kim kardashian, like beach, wavy hair? I love it. I'M gon na do a measurement. My hair is 22 inches, naturally, which i know it's not short, but just adding a little bit of these clip ins. Let'S see the length now is 28 inches. Okay. So what i recommend these extensions? A thousand percent the price the turnaround time and like they deliver a lot sooner than what they say. I think that the color selection is amazing, not every brand. Has this many selections and color ranges. My hair is a very unique color right now, so i'm surprised that i found an extension that matches it to the tee. I do have a little bit of advice if you do have a unique hair, color yourself, i do suggest that you go to a beauty supply store as well just to get an idea of what color you're going to match better with. So, whenever you're online, you can just type in that color and not necessarily use the pictures as reference, but the actual color of the product as reference i also again, i want to reinforce that you don't have to buy the two packs. At least that was the case for me. So if you want to try this, but you don't want to spend like 60 dollars, do one pack first, because i'm really really really satisfied with just the one pack. It does recommend on the website. I think two packs, but i'm letting you guys know if you want to just save a little bit of extra money. I would do just one pack, it seems to work totally fine. I had no trouble when i waved the hair. It actually waved a lot easier than my natural hair, which is really funny, because i have really good hair where it curls really easily and straightens really easily. So this hair is a very user friendly you're not going to have to spend hours curling it or styling. It so that is a plus if you do want to have just like a variety like how i will have one clip in set for you know when you want to have straight hair and one clip in set for when you want to have wavy, and maybe One for like a certain type of curly hair look. I recommend that as well, because again, this price is amazing. I am so ready for my birthday. I feel like a little mermaid goddess. I love it. I hope you guys found this video informative.
