Magical Unicorn Spacebuns For Short Hair With Feshfen Extensions | Imogenhearts

Thank you so much for joining me here on my channel today and why doesn't everybody just say a big warm welcome to the chaff, inator chaplain in an his name's chaplain, somebody is having some serious separation anxiety today. Well, everybody to feel bad for you. This guy doesn't seem to be want to be put down today, so be seen ears or his head popping up, while I'm filming it's just my dog, just my dog Annabeth, all right yeah. So for today's video we are going to be going over how to make some space funds when you have short hair and some extensions handy. I know personally for me, the hardest part about having short, hair or growing out short hair is not being able to do hairstyles like this anytime. I do space funds without the extensions. I have these just well just a little tiny, like beer pellets on the sides of my head. It does not look cute. What if i throw some extensions in there, it looks like a unicorn to the big old dump right there that step. Okay, stop it! Sometimes. I get a little bit insane with my ride, so I'm going to be going over how it is. I put these funds on my head. It'S super easy and super simple. Anybody can do it just so long as your hair is long enough. You'Ll know if your hair is not long enough, because your hair won't do it so really good at explaining myself. I know I know. Thank you. Without further ado, let's get started, ok, so to start off, I would highly suggest having a straight or flat iron hair and suggest this, because you are going to get a lot more length out of a pancake flat hair than you would at curly, possibly gorgeous curly Cook, ok, so now, let's examine my hair and go ahead. Go ahead, get all the jokes out in the comments down below go ahead, get them all out. I have a mullet. I know it. If you know me and my personal life, you will know that this not something strange or new. For me, I have had a mullet multiple times in my life and trust me. If I didn't want it there, I would have cut it so so some of the things that you are going to need, of course, they're going to be to hair ties or four depending upon how you want to do this. We'Re also going to need some booby pins. Yes, i like to call them booby pins. Also, i would suggest grabbing some hairspray or hair gel, so you can lock your style in place, i'm using my good old aqua net because it's trusty it's cheap and i know it works. Also. I suggest getting the unscented because oh the smell of Aqua Net, then of course you are going to need this job is to show some hair extension days. This particular extension set came to me from a fish. Then I have talked about them before they're, a great place of websites that you can find all of your hair needs. And then I you know, I just really lazily curled them, because I just wanted to so for our space buns. Today we are going to be focusing on the to clift west and the one clip west now, usually extension packs, come with at least two two clips, and at least usually three to four of the one clip west. So today I am going to be using adjust these focusing on these guys now, our first step on this space fun adventure is going to be parting, our hair down the middle. Now you can do this with a plain straight part or a zigzag part. It is all up to you and how you would like your space funds to look once you have your hair split into two sections gather up one side with a hair tie to get it out of the way. Now focusing on the other section gather. All of your hair that you can and put it in a ponytail on the top of yo head now, if you want to go for a more Princess, Leia type space fun just place this a lower down on the head more towards the year. But for me I'm going to place man reaching towards the sky. Don'T worry about any of these little things in the back that didn't make it into the ponytail we'll deal with them later, and I know we are looking at super cute, but we must move on now. Take the other side out and place it on the top of your head as well. Just like the other side, try your best to get it to match the ponytail on the other side of your head, so that you have nice even bun. I seriously feel like Angelica from the road rest right now and I hated Angelica chuza, so mean now grab your extension I'll jump in LA pink win now, starting off with our to clip wept. We are going to be placing this upside down with the clips facing inward towards the ponytail to go ahead and place. One of the clips at the base of our ponytail, lock it in place and then what you're going to want to do is wrap the extension around the ponytail meeting. One clip to the other clip on the other side and then clipping is in play. Then grab yourself a one clip west and place it. Wherever is that you would like to around be a base of our to click west. I like to stick one towards the back on the bottom and then one towards the back on the top. Now, of course, you're going to want to do the same thing to the other side. Now that we've got two little pigtails here that I absolutely hate if you're, like I'm, five, we're going to go ahead and place these guys in a bun. What I like to do is twist the hair first, this kind of hides the real short hair in with the fake hair like makes a little tunnel its own for it, and then I just simply wrap this around the base of the extension. I almost try to get the hair caught on the extensions, so it further hides them a brella plain sight, then taking our bobby pins. I am just going to be placing as the bobby pins anywhere in the burnet that I can get one and also kind of molding and shaping it. The way that I wanted to making sure none of the edges of the extensions are made once you have that done. If you have any flyaways or any of your natural short hair sticking out to spray it with some hairspray and try to mold it back down into your bust and again we're going to need to do the same thing to the other side. Now you've got yourself. Some cute little space funds, but we can't forget about those pesky little hairs in the back of your head. So what I like to do with these is basically do a miniature forest kind of situation. In the back, I just twist the hair up as best I can and place the bobby pins into that twist, as I would be fringed, with sticking with one leg of the bobby pin in one side and twisting it around to the other, where it tucks it Back into the hair, that probably makes no sense, but you get it Madison. If anybody gives you crap about the way the back, yo head looks. Ok, you just remember you have short hair and it is a miracle that it is even in a bun on the top of your head. Ok, so you you, you stay strong, now take some hairspray and spritz it all over your new hairdo and pain away. Those little flat away now I have a lot of breakage in my hair because I can't stop bleaching it, so my flyaways get out of control, so I like to take a few of them and just pull them down in my face. So it looks like I did it on purpose and I don't just have you know a lot little baby hairs just looking around my head, and that is how I push my space funds in my super short hair anyways.
