Welcome back to the channel, my name is chante for those who are new and today's video we're going to be talking all about clip-in extensions, and i'm going to be showing you guys how i put in my clip-ins for my natural hair and you're going to style. It with me as well so if you guys want to see more in a detailed about my clip-ins, do not forget to like comment and subscribe and let's just get straight into the video all right y'all. So, let's get into it, do not mind my hair y'all. I just have to put it up in this little little bun situation just so i can get the video started, so do mommy we're gon na be cute in a minute. Okay, the clipping extensions i'm gon na be using today is from a nappy, hair extensions. So here are the clip-in extensions. These are how they look um. I did go ahead and flat iron them. I did use my conair infinity pro flat iron and they are so beautiful. These are my favorite extensions ever and also i have these for a very, very long time. Y'All i have the order details pulled up because i just had to make sure i was like. I know it's been some years since i've had these, but how long y'all i ordered these clip-in extensions november 28th of 2016.. Yes, 2016., it's been over it's almost six years, that's a very, very long time to have um clip in extensions and for them to look this nice, like they just look beautiful, they're still flowy. I love these clip-in extensions and also i've had these clip-ins reinstalled. So many times my hairstylist has installed them for me. I install them on me all the time they are in the inches. Sorry, if i'm looking over here, um i'm looking at the order details for you guys, because i do do not remember so. These are the not so nappy clippings they're 18 inches. So basically, what i do is i use clarifying shampoo in a deep conditioner. I let them air dry and then once they are completely air dried. This is how they look once they are washed and air dry, and these once they do hit humidity or whatever these kind of revert back to this as well. So it really does match with your um natural hair for me, so i always once i wash them and air dry them. I just put them back into my little satin bag y'all. This satin bag has been through it, look at it. It got holes and everything it is, but it's been through a lot: okay, but um. This has definitely kept my hair protected and kept it in a really really nice shape, like even look at the ends for almost six years in the ends are just so thick and just beautiful, like i don't know, if they'll ever see this video, but shout out To y'all y'all really did it so we're gon na be inserting these into my hair. Today i did go ahead and wash blow dry. My hair um. I wasn't able to get in with my hairstylist, so my mom did go ahead and trim my ends. For me a little bit alright y'all, so i'm going to go ahead and show you guys how the clip-ins really look into detail. So some of them do have five clip-ins on the width. So this is the longest and then some have three and then some have two. So you have a very nice variety, so it can fit around the perimeter perimeter of your head. I have a lot so all of this, combined with the one - that's not straightened out yet this is how thick it is all together and these actually look longer than 18.. I would say this is like a 20 22, but not complaining over here. We love a good. We love a good added length. Okay, so i'm just gon na start inserting these, so i'm just gon na go with the longest one first, which is the ones with the five clips and then i'm going to go in and just part. My hair off and i don't really care if my part is like straight or not, because they're going to be covered with my hair. So i really don't know, i don't add too much pressure onto it and then i just put my rest of my hair back into a little bun or you can clip it, whichever one you feel comfortable with this is the parting and basically, what i want to Do is go in with this one. I don't know if it's going to fit we're going to go ahead and measure it and see yeah it's going to fit. How i add my clippings in is basically i go in with the clip in not too close to my edge of my hair, because i don't want people to you know see it if the wind blows or anything i want them to. You know give an illusion that this is my hair, so i kind of part it like this, as you guys can see - and i just stick the clip in in and i kind of rotate it a little bit just to get it like in there. And then i clip it down and i just do that all the way across and make sure that they're in so once they're in they look like this. I'M going to do another part, but i want it to be kind of thick enough to cover that width. Just so you don't see it and then i'm going to go ahead and add a another five clip one move, some hair away go in there kind of get it settled and then continue to do that and, as you guys can see, it's just instantly blending in It'S giving me length and volume, so we love that and now that we're getting close to the crown of my head, i'm just going to start slowing it down just a little bit and adding the ones that are going to go on my side. So for right. Here, since this close up i'll put the two or maybe the three yeah i'll - probably do three on these again, you don't want it right here, so i'm not going to put my clip in like right right next to like my edges because, like i said, if The wind blows or anything like that. You move your hair um, you don't want the clip-ins to be visible and those will get covered with my hair and you want to make sure you're constantly brushing through the hair, because you don't want to be out in public and you're, brushing your hair or something Like that and a dang on clipping come out like no, so just be careful with that. So now we're going to add a little volume to the front, we're going to start using the two clips now, because we're basically done, i don't like putting a lot in there, because i still want it to look very, very natural, all right y'all. So they are completely in so i'm going to turn around, so you guys can see them. So this is how it's looking, so they are super natural um. My hair is freezing up just a little bit because of the lights are so bright and it's hot in here. So what i used on my hair earlier is this john frieda freeze ease. It is a touch-up cream. It says this calms and smooth frizz prone hair. So i'm just going to put a little bit more on my hair just so it won't frizz up and i'm going to put it on the clippings as well. I'M not going to try to press it out to be like silky straight, like a wig, because for one we're not trying to do no heat damage, hey y'all, real quick, so my crazy tail self accidentally erased the clip of me curling my hair, but i curled It the exact same way um in my previous video i'll, leave it down below. If you guys wanted to see how i actually achieved it, i'm sorry i deleted the clip i didn't even realize. I thought i was deleting something else and i deleted the one that i shouldn't have did, but anywho i'll leave it down below and we'll get back to the video all right. You guys. So i just finished curling my hair. I did leave some pieces out because the flexi rods were just too long to like curl the little bitty pieces, so i did let them stay out, but the curls are still holding on. So while the rest of my hair is still kind of you know in its flexi rods, i'm just going to pull this stuff to the front, and i'm just going to use this a john frieda frizz ease hairspray. This is a moisture, berry hairspray, it's firm hold. It says it has 24 hour hold and humidity resistance and we're just going to spray the hair before i take the flexi rods down, because i want to make sure that my hair stays put okay and i've used this before. But i did use this when um when i first bought it, because i just wanted to try it, but i had like my hair was still natural, so it was in its curly state and i just had it back in a bun, and i just put this On it was hot, so my edges did frizz up, but that's about it, the you know it has a pretty good hold we're just going to go ahead and take the flexi rods down now and we're gon na just see see what it's giving i didn't want. Like super tight, you know any curls, but i did want it to give body leave me out. The comments leave me out the nonsense. Speaking out of context, people need some content. Trying to keep up is not a contest, whipping bands concept. Heaven said god saying this is what my mom says: proof is in the progress money's, not an object busy. Then a you know how much i don't know if i'm going to brush the curls out, because i don't want them to like fall drastically. You know i want it to still stay where it is, i'm just gon na. Oh i'm dropping stuff, so i'm gon na spray, this on this um on this edge brush and just go through my edges again. So i'm just going to go in and just curl. Some pieces, it didn't really curl like i wanted to, and all of my hot tools are on the lowest setting that it has because of course we don't want no heat damage, but this goes a long way. I'Ve never had heat damage while using this, and i don't straighten my hair, often at all so now, i'm going to go in with my installer just to get these front pieces together, all right y'all. So this is the final look. She looks so good like these clip-ins blend, so beautiful with my hair. Like you can't tell me, this is not all mine, you can't tell me, because i don't want to hear it. I don't want to hear it and also we have the john frieda products y'all. I really really really rock with these. This is my first time really using them, but i have picked this up every single day. I definitely feel like this helps with my frizz, especially the hairspray bomb, and also this. This is bomb too, like okay, john did that and the smell it smells so good. It smells like a light perfume, it's not irritating. It'S not overbearing, but the scent smells really really good like when someone walks past your hair, they're gon na, be like. Oh, what are you wearing? I'M like girl, john? That'S it now, i'm all numb, but yes, y'all. I am pleasantly surprised because, honestly, without those products i feel like my hair would have been giving chaka khan because that's how the girl gets down. Well, yes, y'all. That is the end of this video. I hope you guys enjoyed if you did do not forget to give this video a thumbs up, comment down below what you'd like to see from me next and, of course, do not forget to subscribe to the channel and i'll catch. You guys in my next video bye, y'all
