Chromatics Hair Color By Redken

Kelly's Review of Chromatics Beyond Cover

Hi there is Kelly Kirby from Spy deli beauty consulting in Atlanta thanks so much for coming back to watch another one of my videos. I am super excited to share a new hair color that I discovered with you today before I do. I want to refresh your memory if you didn't get an opportunity to watch the video that I posted last week on the orange makeup trend for summer. Go back and take a look. I talked about a new technology out of Italy that is in the bronzer and highlighter that I used in that video that same technology is the technology behind this new color that I used before. I tell you what the color is. Let'S talk a little bit about this, the color itself, red red, has become a huge hair, color trend for women. Of course, Florence Welch from Florence, the Machine stars like her Nicole Kidman. I mean these women have this amazing red hair. That just is vibrant. It looks great, especially with women that have lighter color eyes green eyes well stars, like January Jones, Drew Barrymore, Christina Hendricks they're all getting in on the red hair color trend. So, let's talk about specific colors, the color that I have used as my base color for the last couple of years is a color by Redken, and the reason that I specifically chose this line is because I love red hair and my hair is not naturally red. It'S more of a level 4 or 5 in a brown like kind of dark brown, but I love the red hair, hair color. First of all, finding a color that will cover gray it's very difficult. I have tried many of the different lines out there. Try to Veda I've tried other lines from Redken, but the one that really I have stuck with the longest is the line called. This is cover fusion, and this is what I have used for the last couple of years. The shade that is that I've used is 7 and CR. It'S a natural, copper red and then had highlights and lowlights put in, because when I would use this color, it would cover up all the dimension that I had as much as I loved the color one. Hair color is not going to look natural if you've been in my Gharib in any of my classes. You always hear me use that analogy when I'm talking about making the facelift multi-dimensional by using bronzers and blushes and highlighters as opposed to just one color on the cheek, doesn't look real. We'Ve got to create dimension, so it's the same thing with the hair. If I were to just use that hair color all over, it's just not going to look real, it's going to look very flat and that's not what we're going for. So as much as I love this color every single time I used it, I had to go right back in even if I had just had my highlights and lowlights done. I had to go in and have them redone because it covered it's great that it covers, but I just want it to cover the gray and leave some dimension. Well, the new color that I tried is this fabulous. New color from red can call chromatics, and this is their Beyond cover line, that in the chromatic line and that is made for hair. That has gray. I will tell you, I am super super impressed. I colored my hair and I don't know how well you can see the dimension, but you see you can see, highlights you can see lowlights in my hair and we're not talking about the neon ones. Those are extensions, but you can definitely still see all the dimension. I colored my hair yesterday and I have not gone in to get my highlights and my little lights yet so I am just ecstatic and realized that I actually can put it off a little bit and go in and get them. So I also want to share how great this made my hair feel this color is made with a cream to use a cream developer with it, and your hair is in better condition after using the chromatic line than it is before. So if you are somebody that has very fragile, hair and you're afraid to color your hair, this color is fantastic. It is two times more fortified after using the chromatic sign. I actually used this one. I took my daughter, my daughter is also a very dark haired person and we took her platinum and she's, not somebody that has gotten frequent cuts, so she has a lot of split ends and her hair looked absolutely fantastic. So I just can't tell you how much I am excited about this brand, this new line chromatics from Redken and suggest that you go and if you're looking for hair color or a new hair color and you find out if your stylist carries the chromatic sign a Lot of stylists carry Rudkin, but chromatics is fairly new, so when you call to make your appointment, ask them if they carry chromatics if you're looking for a salon that carries chromatics in Atlanta in the metro Atlanta area, I know that some of my clients Salon 313 In Marietta, the Bob steel locations that are in Atlanta, alpharetta and Marietta, they also carry Redken so onto saying. Yo and Lawrenceville is a wreckin salon. So those are three that I am certain. They carry redkin products and I am very confident in their skills. If none of those are close to you go to redken comm and up on the top right hand corner, there is a place for you to put your zip code in enter your zip code, and you can put how many miles you want to drive to that Salon, location - and there will be a list of salons in your area that carry Redken now again be sure to call them and ask them if they are carrying the chromatics line from red can specifically, because this is very different from any of the other lines. I'Ve used from them and it is the most spectacular color I've ever used so anyway. I hope that you go try it and if you do, please give me your feedback, you can come back and post it here with my video or give me an email, I'll shoot me an email at Kelly at Spa Telecom and thanks again for watching. As always, I really appreciate you watching my videos. This is not something that I'm very comfortable doing yet, but being a beauty professional. I realized that I have to get in with the new technology and do things the way that they are going now and everybody loves YouTube, so Kelly's going to love YouTube too thanks again and have a fabulous day.

Don'tHaveaSpazz: thanks for being brave to post. I'm planning on using Chromatics in 9GC maybe mixed in 3/4 to 1/4 parts of 9NW to prevent hot roots and do some subtle highlights with the NW, hoping for a strawberry blonde a la Connie Britton.... I seriously hope it turns out... my hair has been bleach blonde for years and it needs the tlc. any recommendations?
