Liquid gold is typically a product used for cold bonding, but in this application, we're going to use it for a hot fusion method. What we're going to do is we're going to use small strands of bulk hair and we're going to apply them as we would with fusion. So we're going to pick up a small strand of the natural hair and we're going to isolate it away from the rest of the hair by positioning a clip underneath then we're going to take a strand of extension hair and we're going to apply a liquid gold. Adhesive to the tip position, the extension with the natural hair, leaving a few millimeters just below the scalp next apply heat with your heat wand. You should see this is all just slightly and pull that away. It'S going to cool for a couple seconds and then you're simply going to roll it together to form the bond once you've completed your extension, you want to make sure that you can do a full rotation to check for the range of motion for that bond. If you find that it's too tight and it's causing discomfort for your client reapply, the heat and lower that bond just slightly the other thing that you want to check for is you want to make sure that you don't have any cross hairs and those are the Little tiny hairs that weren't supposed to be in this section, but they have somehow snuck in go ahead and take the time to clip those away and clean those up, because if you don't, they will cause irritation bumps for your clients. Lastly, you want to make sure that when you roll your bond to create that nice, smooth seal, that you roll it in the direction of the natural hairline, so this bond was rolled downward because that's the direction that we want that hair to flow. If we were to have rolled it outward this way that hair will be coming straight out towards us. So we want this hair to look as natural as possible, so we're going to roll that down so that it lays nice and flat from here you're ready to move on to doing the rest of your bonds to create your finish style.

Doctored Locks: No, 4-5 weeks with Liquid Gold. Fusion adhesive will last up to 3 months. Liquid Gold is better if you like to switch up your hair or if you are doing it yourself. Much easier than trying to apply fusion yourself! :)

Doctored Locks: They would be removed like other Liquid Gold installations. We have a video that shows you how to do this called "How to Remove Hair Extensions Applied with Liquid Gold Bonding Adhesive Tutorial." You can find this tutorial on our channel in the playlist "Bonding Hair Extension Installation How-To Tutorial." It's the 5th video in the playlist. :) Thanks for watching!
