This Fancy Hair tutorial is all about nailing the regal hair trend in a way that's wearable for everyday. From the runways of Dolce & Gabanna, to the 7 kingdoms in Game of Thrones, everyone is rocking this romantic, regal hair trend! With a few little tips and tricks, you can give Daenarys Targarean a run for her money! Although this hairstyle was created with Fancy Hair clip-in hair extensions, it looks great on natural hair too!

To recreate this hairstyle, you will need the following styling tools:

1. Heat Protectant

2. Hairbrush

3. Sectioning Clip

4. Large Hair Elastics

5. Bobby Pins

6. 1" Curling Iron or Barrel (set to a safe temperature of 360F)

Human hair has a melting point of 450F, so to prevent your hair from heat damage and maintain it's healthy state, always set your hot styling tools below 400 degrees Fahrenheit. I like to set my hot styling tools to 360F to be safe, and I also find that this is the perfect temperature for achieving the looks that I want without damaging my hair. This suggestion is for both natural hair and hair extensions. Hello, my darlings, have you noticed the Regal hair trend? That'S popping up everywhere, right now from the runways of Dolce & Gabbana to the fantasy world of Game of Thrones, everyone is rocking the Regal hair trend. Today, I'm going to show you a hairstyle that will allow you to try this trend without looking over the top a regal totally wearable. Look that's appropriate for any occasion. I'M in to recreate this look. You will need a hairbrush, a sectioning clip large hair, elastics, small hair, elastics bobby pins, a good heat protectant and a one-inch curling iron or barrel set to a safe temperature of 360 degrees Fahrenheit for added length and volume. I am wearing my 240 grams set of fancy hair extensions for a complete list of tools used in today's tutorial. Please see the description below begin by separating your hair just above ear level and clip away. The top section gather the remaining hair at the bottom and tie it together with a large hair elastics that it doesn't get in your way as you work with the top unclip, the top section of hair and divide it into two equal sections. You should have a right section and a left section decide which section you want to start working with and clip away the section that you are not working with right now make sure you thoroughly brush out any tangles on the working section by brushing bottom to top. Take two sections of hair from the top of your hairline and begin twisting them away from your face. Picking up a section of hair with every twist and adding it to the bottom strand, continue to twist and add hair until you run out of hair to work with once you run out of hair to work with take the two strands and twist them towards your Face and then wrap them around each other away from your face. This technique will create a rope braid which will help secure the twisted crown, continue to twist both strands towards your face and wrapping them around each other away from your face as far down as you can, when you reach the end of the braid secure it with Two small hair elastics that are either clear or the same color as your hair, unclip the other side and create the same twisted crown and rope braid, as you did on the first side, secure the end of the rope raid with two small hair elastics. When you are done, braiding next you're going to take one of the braids and twist it away from your face to tighten the twist and drape it across the back of your head tuck. In the end of the braid, behind a twisted portion on the other side and secure the braid in place with a few bobby pins, once the braid feels secure do the same thing with the other side. So again, you're going to twist the braid away from your face to tighten the braid, pin it in place with bobby pins as you drape it across the back of your head and tuck in the ends of the braid behind the twisted portion on the opposite side. Okay, now that the crown has been created it's time to let loose the rest of your hair and add some soft regal waves coach, your hair with a good heat protectant and let it sit for a few minutes before you begin heat styling and, of course, don't Forget to brush your hair from bottom to top grab a curling iron or barrel. That'S between one inch and one and a half inches and thickness. I find this barrel. Size creates the most natural waves, set your curling iron or barrel to a safe temperature of 360 degrees, Fahrenheit and begin curling sections of hair away from your face notice that I'm not curling my hair, starting from the very top of the strand, I'm starting my curl About two to three inches down the Strand, because I'm going for a soft transitional wave that goes from straight at the top and wavy at the bottom, continue to curl this way until you've curled all of your hair, once you've curled, all of your hair use your Fingers to gently loosen them up a bit and you're done, and there you have a regal looking hairstyle that is totally wearable and perfect. For any occasion. Best of all, you only need your two hands and 20 minutes to recreate this hairstyle. Give this look a try and let me know how it worked for you in the comments below, if you have a hairstyle request that you'd like to see me recreate, please feel free to send me an email to Nikki at get fancy hair calm.
