Amanda: I've learned when I grew my edges back that massaging was my best friend. I think we forget to do it, and with bigger areas massaging with a wooden brush or a wide tooth wooden comb (no metal or plastic), with water and a hair lotion will work miracles. It wakes up the follicles and locks in the moisture. But these styles are beautiful and you give hope back to our crown when it can be lost due to neglect, bad styling, etc.
