How To Get Natural-Looking Hair Extensions

Thumbs up if you liked this :) This is a review/tutorial about how to get long hair extensions, rings and clip-ins, that are natural looking, for both blonde and brown hair and quite cheap compared to others. They are the best I've found!

Hi everyone and welcome to today's video, which is going to be all about how to get long, luscious locks, basically hair extensions and my review. This is something that I have been wanting to do for quite a long time as a disclaimer. It was all paid to have this happen. I wasn't paid to do this video or sponsored. This is my review of me. Having wanting to have have hair extensions for a long time, I used to wear clippings when I was younger, so I'm used to having hair. That'S not mine in my hair, but this is the kind of semi-permanent one, so these are micro rings and I'm going to tell you a little bit about the two options and the kind of review of how to get it. I decided to go with a company called Beauty works. I have done so much research on different types of hair. There are so many companies out there that offer hair extensions, and one piece of advice I would give to you is make sure you go to a very good company, because when you get hair, that is either really cheap or really bad. When you put heat on it like curling wands or it just gets a bit older, it smells and it looks so bad and it just looks horrible and feels horrible. The thing I love about beauty works first of all was the quality of the hair and I absolutely love the feel of it. I love how it looks in my hair. This is a hundred percent human hair, so girls have donated their hair or sold their hair to this color match is great. They mix the colors, so you've got loads of different shades and I'm going to put all the information below so you can either buy these online or you can go into a salon and they'll help. You do it and they'll color match you up, so you can find your hair color and all the information about how to do that. So before I talk about the process, I wanted to show you the before and after so. This is my hair. Before and after for me, I haven't added a load of length that I've probably added a couple of inches to my hair. If that you don't need to have really long hair extensions to make a massive difference to your hair. For me, the main thing was volume, so I have had a 3/4 hair dude. I could have had more, but I didn't want too much hair. I actually went to a salon called Electric salon in London. You can go to a load of different all over the country. Again, that link is going to on their website. You can pick what sound you want to go to nearest your house or wherever you want to go to or you can as set by online. I would recommend electric someone, because I had a really good experience there, I'm quite fussy when it comes to hair salons and I often leave like crying or something they were so nice and they taught me through the process how to look after my hair. He listened to like every single thing. I was saying about the cuts, because I got him to cut it and blend it, because she want to hair stylist. It'S gon na blend it all in, and I was just so so happy with how this hair looked in terms of cost. If you were to get this done in London, it would cost you just over 400 pounds if you were to get this outside of London. All the secretss are as a cheaper, it's around 300 pounds. So let's get take 300 because that's the realistic price of kind of the normal outside of London. 300 pounds sounds a lot of money, but it is not for hair extensions. Some people that I know other people that I'm friends with that have hair will pay up to a thousand pounds. So for a semi-permanent hair I would say this is very reasonable. It'S an investment and you are gon na, spend money doing it, but it's a huge part of your life and you don't want it to look rubbish and I always say if you, if you can't afford to have it done just wait and save up until you Can get really nice hair because you don't want to have it done and then it'd look awful and you'd be really upset with how it looks if you ought to buy the clippings it's around 100 pounds again. I'Ve bought hair from the market here in Osseo, and I pay around 80 90 pounds for that hair. So this is like 10 pounds more and it's so good quality like so much better than the ones I just bought on the market still alone. A tooth kind of process and white ribbons with three ways that you can get: hair extensions, clippings, blue and microgreens. I have the mine cravings, and this is basely, where they put a little ring around your own hair slide in the hair extension and clamp it which does not hurt at all. I promise you there's no pain in it at all. The reason why I chose microbials was because the it doesn't damage your hair. That ring doesn't obviously it touches your hair, but it's not damaging your hair. I didn't like the idea of having glue, because I just didn't want glue in my hair and I was worried that it might my hair a little bit. I think the glue is fine for your hair, but I just did not like the idea of having it glued. The only reason I think a lot of people have glue is, if you have really fine, hair or really thin hair. This may be the only option for you, because the Rings, although they're tiny I've got 150 of them in my hair, which is so scary to think of and a forehead is like over 200, sometimes so, if you've got really thin hair, those rings might sometimes show Through they usually don't, but that might be the only option for you to talk about it going to a salon and they'll advise you. These micro rings can be taken out, so they recommend about three months of having these rings in and then once you've had them. In go back to the salon, they'll take them out for you and then just give your hair a rest for a couple of members. Good thing is once you've bought the hair and you want to have them put in then, a month later after you have them taken out, you don't need to pay for the hair again, and so you buy the hair, which is, I think, around 150 pounds. For the micro ring hair and then you're paying to have them fitted. So when you go back to the salon, you then don't have to pay 300 pounds every six months or, however, to have them put in you're only paying for the application of it. So it's going to be so much cheaper, so the microwaving is take about three hours to put in so allow that time to have the hair kind of put in the only thing I would say so when I have it done, I absolutely loved it. The look of it was beautiful instantly. It didn't feel heavy. My hair was a little bit sore after having it done in a sense that when I went to bed the first night I'd had them. I found it really difficult to sleep, because the hair is obviously being clamped and you've got this new hair in that's adjusting it's always like if you've put something in and you're just giving it time to settle in you're at about five days, it completely disappeared off. For the first day, it got better the second day it got better, so I did feel it wasn't like it didn't hurt. It was just a little bit so in terms of washing it and looking after it plant your hair at night, as I said, so it won't tangle. So just did a nice like two plats or something so the hair doesn't get knotted. The other thing is, it use a really good, shampoo and conditioner. Don'T use like a really bad shampoo. That'S just gon na make the hair awful. So you want to use, I think it's sulfate, free or sulfur. I don't think solvers and jump. It must be sulfate. Free and that just is apparently something in shampoo and conditioners that can affect hair extensions, so try and look for shampoos that don't have that and the third thing is brush brush brush your hair. This has become my new best friend I brush my hair. Now about five times a day I didn't used to do that before, but it's so important to keep it just looking really nice and shiny the brush is really important. Well, you need one. That'S got soft bristles, so you don't want a brush. That'S gon na pull your hair. This is actually the beauty works, hair brush that they have their own hair brush, but there are other hair brushes available as well. There are like soft brushes, but this is the only one I have, and this is a really really good one. So I'm recommending this because I know that it's good so yeah, that's amazing, so hair brush as well. The other thing is, let's go into clip. So if you don't want to have the micro rings, you can have clip in hair extensions, which is basically exactly the same hair and then with clips on them, and that just means that you can take them out at night or you can put them in. For a special occasion - and you can take that hair out whenever you want it's exactly the same hair, it works exactly the same way in terms of you choose your length, you can have it cut and styled. If you go to the hair salon, I'm sure they'll start to just go to your normal hair salon, with your extensions and they'll cut that hair and style it. So it works exactly the same way, but you can take it out and it's about a hundred pounds, as I said to have that so it's cheaper to have it done. Uni downside is that you're having to put it in and out every time with this? It'S just in all the time, but I would say if you're new, to hair extensions and you've never had them before. I would recommend highly getting those clip in hair extensions. They are so easy to do. You'Ll get used to wearing hair in your hair. It'S cheaper! The hair is amazing, I would just recommend clippings and then, if you've had clippings and you want something more permanent. These are amazing. In order to then recommend those, I think the time when you're blow-drying it all that's the other thing as well. Don'T let it dry, naturally, because your hair will literally go always make sure you blow-dry. It really nicely do not let your hair dry, naturally with hair extensions, because it will just make them a bit messy. So I've probably forgotten something if I have write it below, I'm literally going to be answering all of your questions because I know this is a really important thing for a lot of people and it's a big decisions made. But it's changed my life, I love. It was so silly to say, but I feel like I've got a new head of hair and it's made me feel so much better as well. I absolutely love it. You can have this, even if your hair is really short, you can have these done and it just is so nice. It makes you feel like a little princess with longer hair, and you can do more with it as well, and I have put these to the test with curling irons and heat irons, and they have been absolutely fine, so you can heat them, make sure you put Heat protection on them as well. That'S another thing I feel like I'm forgetting everything and then telling you at the end, but heat protection you can use and just spray that on and that will help protect them as all good conditioner as well. So that is the end of my review. I'Ll put all the information below. I really hope you enjoyed this video cuz. I was so excited about doing and there's so much to remember about like everything that you can have done and so yeah tweet me right below. Whatever you want know answer as many of your questions as possible and I'll see you next time. Bye Bob is starting a blog woo hit the like button right down up if you're excited she's good

Hannah Willoughby: I've worn micro ring hair for years and love it! I have a type of weak hair/hair loss and wearing these gives me so much more confidence! Agreed with pretty much everything you said, tangle teezers are good brushes too! Just be careful with blow drying though, too much concentrated heat can melt the glue holding each tiny weft together and the brushing when wet can pull them out quicker :/ glad your loving them, you'll never want to go back now! Loves xxx

Nicola: Hey Becky, your hair looks amazing! I had Mirco rings too and loved them. I always have trouble putting my hair in a high pony so the next time I went to the salon I had nano rings put in instead and oh my! I can throw my hair up any old way and you can't see the nano rings. Definitely recommend them if you start to struggle with getting your hair up!

ThatRedheadGirl1610: Absolutely beautiful Becky! I am definitely looking in to getting these! I have had a real hard time finding a colour match extension-wise; as I have ginger hair. Extremely informative video! Thank you Becky! Lots of love❤️ My Twitter username is:@XCharliesAngel   ❤️

Hadjar Taha: love your videos becky! you're so honest and genuine, and even though i am not planning on getting hair extensions i enjoyed watching this haha. my instagram is @pastelandlush

Jo Cannon: Great video, Becky. I had Great Lengths extensions put in last year (which cost about £500) and they lasted nine months! I know exactly what you mean about the difference they make to your confidence. I'm having them done again soon. It does seem like a huge outlay, but it's so, so worth it. The only thing I'd add to your tips is don't use a comb. Ever! Xxx

Sonia Margaret: I've already said this  but your hair looks amazing with extensions. They look perfectly natural!(:

Cat Foxx: Yay! I've been waiting for this video:) Your extensions really look expensive and real. I'm happy you went step by step on what it entails to get extensions and I liked that your were honest in your explanation:) Great video!

Savannah Lacis: I commented on a previous video saying how amazing your hair looks and now I know why!! I hope your natural hair is growing well and still getting thicker

Krystal Harned-Holmes: I loved my micro ring extentions. I had them done for me wedding in 2009. It did hurt the first night to sleep but after that I felt nothing. I had them in for 2.5-3 months but when I had them taken out I did lose a lot of my own hair in the removal process due to tangles at the root of my hair. My hair dresser suggested to take them out around six weeks give the hair a little rest and a good treatment. Then they can go back in a week or two later.

haens1409: Your hair looks soooo good. That was a very good choice you made. Thanks for telling us how it works and your experience with it. My twitter name is @haens1409 Love you so much.
