As I told you in the introduction of the video today, we are going to prepare grey hair oil To all those who find it troublesome who want to cure premature grey hair. Now, at the age of 75, you are telling that this remedies not working. I am so sorry it's not for that. If you are having premature grey hair today, the ingredients which we are going to use, it will be very useful for you If you think it is hard work to make this video Prerna did some work, don't forget to like the video it's very important. It'S a very important gift for me. Thank you. So very much. Let'S see how we have to prepare the oil for step number 1.. You need an iron cauldron Prerna, you always said, but we don't have., so you can prepare whatever you have. Whatever the container you have. their elements, add in oil. That'S why people said eat the food in an iron cauldron. You will not have iron deficiency, all those people who will say this will not happen. Please go and do your homework. It'S very important. Whenever girls have a menstruation cycle, So they have iron deficient because the blood comes out of the body. in this situation, if you eat in an iron cauldron, then you will not have iron deficiency. This study has been done. That'S why please understand? In whatever container you are doing the preparation, it is important right you can take whatever you have, but you have iron one. Believe me, it's very important for your hair, follicles’ health. Also, you should heat it properly. You can increase the flame, but once the ingredients start to incorporate, Remember to keep it lowest flame, don't even come in a medium flame done once the iron cauldron is hot. You can reduce the flame. Now you have to take your first ingredient. That is going to be coconut oil, of course, in the winter season you have to melt them then take it Then believe me, it's the lightest oil in which you can do a good infusion, and this grey hair oil is an infusion oil. I have taken the best option which conveniently available everywhere. I have taken Parachute oil, approximately 200 ml 500ml. As much as your preparing better. We don't do the infusion again and again, you can prepare more, for which you are comfortable. You can take 200ml approximately, for which you are comfortable, don't be scared for the ratios you can play with them. Please be comfortable little bit up and down will be fine. Here I took 200 ML. I have heated them in a low flame, don't go in the medium flame. You can check by putting your hands up when you feel hot oil is heating up now you have to start the infusion. The first ingredient which you have to take that is dried alma. We can take the raw Amla as well. Actually season is going on.. My audience is a little conscious of oil. I don't want you to take any risks. That'S why I use dried ingredients by doing this, if you didn't quit properly, the oil will not get spoil here. I have taken 2 tablespoon of dried Amla, Take a handful of amla at random and let them infuse properly approximately once you stir it one or two minutes properly. Now you have to introduce your third ingredient, which is going to be black tea, not any Masala tea or any other tea. Here you have to take plain black tea, the same one from which we make tea. One teaspoon is just sufficient. I am telling you, according to the 200 ml oil, if there is 500 ml, then you can take two tablespoons of tea little up and down absolutely fine again, you have to stir it for 1 or 2 minutes. After that, you have to take your 3rd ingredient, which is your curry leaf again. Here I took dried, curry leaves, if you have fresh curry leaves you can add that as well., because, ultimately all the water content gets mixed because there is a water once it's calm, then the water content will absolutely infused in the oil and it's fine here you Can take fresh curry leaves whatever is available either fresh or dried, fourth and last ingredient that we have to use here. That is black sesame seeds for the sesame seeds. Now winter season is going on, it's great for your skin and health. Overall, I always said sesame: oil is a great for your overall hair health sesame seeds in fusion is great for pigmentation. Here. The magical ingredient which we use is a Steel cauldron, which is the iron component for the hair follicle read about it externally, iron content. What wonders can it do? It can make your follicles strong and strengthen and whatever the thing which you are providing, it will not give you any negative impact on your hair amla. Do I need to say anything about it? Amla is the company superfood for your hair and they have proven external application, can give you amazing result we are using it. I have shared black tea rinse, who has given wonderful, but you all know it is a Stainer which stain your hair externally also, but it also provides pigment to your follicles. Here we have used. Curry leaves how many times I have told you eat on an empty stomach. How many times I have told your hair black. Yes, it's very much possible and the last is sesame seeds, which is everything for the hair. All the Ayurvedic oils that are made like Kumkumadi oil have sesame oil as their base.. That'S why the sesame you are taking here fixes your pigment which has become weak, So you can see how many powerful things you have used here and incorporated together After adding the last ingredient, let it heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Let it infuse well and then cover it and let it cool down now. Please make sure that this is a dry ingredient. You have just started this infusion, it is not complete, yet you can keep it in a bottle and do sun infusion every single time. As long as you are preparing it keep doing, sun infusion. Keep it in the sun, it will become slightly lukewarm and then apply lukewarm oil to your hair.. This is something that can give you wonderful results. Sun infusion is a different thing means you are making 1 oil at home on a cauldron and in one you are taking the help of sun infusion. There is a drastic change. You get very good results from a sun infusion, So prepare it well, after putting it 1 week under the sun starts, you can applying it But keep doing sun infusion even then, So this was its preparation. Before talking about the application, I want to tell one very important thing to my whole family that the problem with gray hair is often not external. It is internal. that simple stress What to give in Tiffin tomorrow to the children or the family members do not listen to me or what I say is always taken wrongly Some people have their own style of taking stress some start, multiplying it just by thinking lightly. Don'T do all this stress is the trigger of everything if you have a hormonal imbalance, So its trigger point can be stress when we talk to someone in a simple way and if the person also does not talk to you in the right body, language hen. It also becomes stressful All the overthinkers who are here write down below. I am pretty sure, please stop thinking about it.
