Hi guys welcome back to my channel today's video is going to be all about my glute in her extensions. So this is something that I used to do a lot when I was younger, like eighteen and nineteen, it's just very convenient, easy and convenient. It'S just super convenient to gluant, hair extensions. I wouldn't say it's like the safest thing to do for your hair or the best thing to do for your hair. But you know sometimes you just want something. That'S convenient. You don't have to worry about clipping in your hair every day, so yeah I just decided to go ahead and glue in my hair extensions and decided to film it for you guys. So if you wanted to know how to do it at home, you can do it just proceed with caution, because it's one of those things that could become a mess very easily you're putting glue in your hair. So, even though it's a hair glue - and it's meant for your hair - you still have to be careful. Everything I purchased is from Sally's beauty supplies, so you do not need a license to get your hands on any of these products and yeah I'll just begin to talk about it a little bit. So basically, I watch Sally's hair extensions and the brand is sassy and I bought the 18 inch hair extensions in black. And then they had to be Anna extensions, which were on sale for, like thirty, nine or something 39.95. And if they're, the V Anna brand. And they are ten inch black hair extensions. So when I do my hair extensions, I usually start with the longest, which is 18 and then I'll double up the weft so two 18s and then go up to two tens and then so on and so forth. You guys will actually see how I put in the extensions after I'm done, rambling and that's how I do it, because it gives you that layered effect and it looks a little bit more natural then, especially with my hair. Being so short, if I just was to put 18 in it, would look really maybe choppy so putting the 18 and 10 mixed almost gives it like a layered effect and more natural, and the glue I use is also from Sally's. Like I said, everything is from Sally's. This is proclaim super professional formula, dark hair glue. I have always used this hair glue and I have the best success with it. It really does like lock in and stay, and you don't have to worry about your tracks falling out. I'Ve heard a lot of horror stories with like hot glue guns. They sell those at Sally's as well. I'M gon na give you the glue, pebbles or like a pot to melt the pebbles and, however, it works. I'Ve heard a lot of horror stories of a hot glue. This is not hot glue. It'S just glue. It is similar to eyelash adhesive, it's exactly what it reminds me of it kind of smells similar, and you know if you get like eyelash adhesive on your finger and if you just keep going like this and rubbing it almost like, becomes like a ball well. This is exactly what this proclaim super bond hair glue does so, and I think it does come in a light shade. If you have dark hair, you want to use the dark glue and if you have light hair, you want to use a light clothes, so it was the same concept with eyelashes. So yes, and then yeah, you know proceed with caution. If you are going to try this at home, just because, like I have in the past, I had to get it fixed by an hairdresser. What had happened was I was like 19 and I just kept putting the glue and hair extensions in and when it was time to take them out. I put them in right away and not like really remove the excess glue and take the time to brush the glue out, because every time you take them out, there's gon na be glue in your hair, and you want to use like a glue remover and like Really get that glue out before you go ahead and you know put another set of tracks in or the same set and again because you just don't want that link building and that's what happened to me and a little built and built and built and right in The back of my head - I just had like this matted a glue and my hair, and I had to go to a hairdresser and it took hours to get this huge mat out of my hair. I lost hair. It hurt because she wishes Poland. They use, like dawn what they use on the docks to save the ducks from the oil spills they put that in my hair, and it took so long to get this big mat out. So I've learned from personal experience that you know glue and extensions can be bad or detrimental if you're not doing it properly. So I've learned from my mistakes and now I would totally take the time to pull the glue out. So another thing you don't want to do is when you glue the track is to apply it directly to your scalp when you're doing yourself. It is hard - and I can't say that I don't apply it to my scalp because I have before, but you want to try your best to avoid that, because applying it to the scalp. Is that tremenda as well? It'S hard to get up, you kind of want it just below the parting. If you can get it just below the parting, that's perfect, but since you're doing it yourself, it is very tricky um. So perfection isn't gon na happen. Unless you have a friend, help you and then when it's time to remove the bun so glue and hair extensions, don't last very long. I think the longest I've ever had my glue and hair extensions last was probably about ten days. They will start coming out like they they break down water breaks this bond down. So the more you wash your hair, the more the bonds gon na break down. So I did my hair on Friday and today is Tuesday, I'm probably gon na wash my hair tonight or tomorrow, because you know I can feel it starting to get itchy and like crazy, so either tonight or tomorrow, and I I'm definitely gon na have to wash It so my suggestion is to wash your hair once a week, and I know it's kind of sucky like take it from a girl that goes to the gym and sweats her ass off almost every single day Monday. Through Friday, it gets like stinky, but that's why they invented dry shampoo and if it's like getting to the point where usually your hair is like stinky, you don't put some dry shampoo in a little bit of perfume over that and you'll be good. You know I sweat, sweat, sweat at the gym and I don't feel like my hair is like that stinky I know like. Maybe if my boyfriend was to like put his head in his head in my hair, he'd be like okay, you need to wash it, but like other than him, who was gon na, be that close to my scalp. So the longer you go without washing it. The longer that your sanctions better gluten will last, but when it is time to take them out. What I like to use is this: we've rx ultimate bond remover, and it removes the hair glue and not your hair. You know when it's time to take them out. You'Ll know because they'll start to just keep slipping out and falling, and you know half will be hanging and it's like time to take them out and and reapply them. So this it just removes the bond and then, after that you know before you wash your hair when you take your track. So you know people playing this to wherever the glue is and and brush slowly and try to pull the blue out. And then, if you still have blue in your hair, you can use the proclaimed professional care super bond, deep conditioning, remover shampoo for bonded weaved hair, and this just helps again to remove the bond and the excess glue that your hair may have. And I don't think this smells too good. It'S like a pink color. Nothing really smells that great, but I mean whatever it's your hair, so that is my advice and my directions as far as glue and hair extensions go. This is just what I do when I glue in my hair. I do find it's a lot more convenient than waking up everything clipping and hair extensions. I think all types of extensions have their ups and downs. I think every extension pretty much is irritating at one point or another like the glue. You know. Sometimes I cap it because it does get itchy. Sometimes you know the sweat lingers in between the bond and my scalp and it it is annoying. But I like it and I like the versatility I can have, and I don't have to worry about slipping in it every single day. So if you guys would like to see the demo on how I actually do glue in my hair extensions, then just keep watching and thank you for watching bye guys. Here. I have everything laid out. I'M going to begin by taking the extensions out of their packaging when you lay them out and pull them apart. You will notice, it is one gigantic left. You have to size it to your parting size and then cut it, and this is what it looks like when they're all laid out, so I'm playing I'm putting some heat tamer spray in my hair, because I like to straighten my hair. As I put my extensions in I'm going to start making a very low parting and then put the rest of my hair up and that parting that I have I'm going to take my flat iron and just straighten my hair, I'm going to start by taking my 18 inch, hair extensions and lining it up to the parting size and sizing it up, and then I will keep my finger in place like that. Look at where the parting is or where I need to cut it and then I'll. Take my scissors and I'll actually cut on a diagonal. I gotten a diagonal because I feel like if I cut straight more hair falls out, whereas if I cut on a diagonal is actually saving the hair. If that makes any sense, so then you'll have a weft like that. Then I'll. Take that weft and put it on the ground and then take me long 18 inches left again and size it up and make another one. So it's almost like a double weft, because these extensions are a bit thin, so I definitely double them up and then Here I am applying the glue on the left and then much like gloom. You use for eyelashes. You want to give it a good blow and then I take my fingers and I actually find the parting and then figure out. Where is a good place to poppies extensions in or the trackers, and then I'll go ahead and do it, and once I have it placed I like to take my fingers and apply a lot of pressure just to make sure that bond is really really stuck there. So I just like to really push it in. You could even take a blow dryer and blow on the glue or the bond and that actually helps it to not only dry faster but to really stay. And so then, I'm going to just repeat the process. To my hairdo to ss of 18 now I'm making another party here running the straightener through and then I'm going to put two 10-inch wax where this parting is and then it's gon na be eighteen, and you just followed that pattern all the way through. Since I have one side shaved, I can only put the hair extensions on one side, so it may be a little bit more challenging. I'M a classic full head of hair to kind of keep seal, but trust me, you can definitely make it work. You just have to know how to place the hair and basically just follow that same pattern, 18 to 10, 8 to 10. When all is said and done, your hair should look a little bit. Something like this. You can't even tell I have hair extensions in and I have one side that's shaped, so if I can make it work, you can make it work. So I hope you guys enjoyed this video and until next time I will see you guys very soon in my next one bye. I want to talk about this poopourri lavender vanilla before you go 20. Let'S pray. I love this dog. Basically, spray 30 to 5 sprays into the trail at water. Just before you go poopoo and then this is great. If you're like at a guy's house and you're just getting to know him, and you really have to go, you don't want him to know that she went just spray it into the

TA L.: This is an inexpensive way to change your look! Love it! So doing my own at home! Great vid girlie, XO

Shanika Valenzuela: I've always used the same hair glue & mine usually stays for 2 months. I also reattach them every few weeks. But I shower every day. I use oils to remove the glue, alcohol when I get desperate.

Shay: It's interesting to see a Caucasian woman using glue-in . I have relaxed 4a/3c hair so I've only ever known sew in and glue in hair extensions. This is a latex glue just like eyelash glue. The best way to remove the hair bond is before washing spray hair oil right on the glue and it breaks up the latex so you can comb it right out.

kvegz: Thanks for taking the time to film this video ! It was so informative !

Rachel Marie: I used to do this all the time too! its pretty messy lol. Everyone at cosmetology school told me I was crazy and my hair would fall out. Haha

Monica Barron: I really like this informative tutorial! Thank you so much!!

Sue Morin: Also you can buy professional glue remiver that does the trick easily. I combine it with coconut oil. Works great.

Annie Oakley: Use cheap conditioner suave let it set for 5 minutes they comb right out!

Carly Fix: how long should someone's hair be to put in extensions.. I shaved all my hair off 2 months ago because my hair was so dead from dying it. really hope it doesn't have to be too long..

danielle ramos: I wish I could do this but I have a pixie sometimes I miss my long hair

K C: i love this

Sylvanian Mouse: The person who makes weave that doesn't stink will be loaded. The glue is the best but it reeks

Alyssa Garcia: How many packs of hair do you think I'll need my hair is a little past my shoulders but it's Super thick :(

Rachel Mendoza: How do you know when to take em out

Witchy1976: You're not supposed to bind the weft to your natural hair . You're supposed to bind it to the scalp where the hair has been parted. Then you have that shorter piece puffed on the side. Girl, go to the salon or at least get a black friend who can help ‍♀️

Kurz Schluss: Katastrophe !!!

Sue Morin: What's up with the blue lipstick. It made me doubt you from the start without watching. However I watched with the benefit of the doubt. Please get rid of the shock effect.
