Hi everybody I'm Carrie with fade here, to talk to you today about the consultation and some common mishaps that can happen when we don't perform a thorough consultation. So I'd like to show you some of the things that I like to do to make sure that I meet the clients expectations. First, I always use our babe consultation form. This form covers all of the important questions that you need to ask your client about their general health and lifestyle, to make sure that extensions are going to be a good fit for that client. Next, when I'm doing my consultation, I'd like to make sure that I use a couple of different choices of colors on my swatch ring. In fact, most of the time I will actually choose a couple of different shades to include to create a natural highlight and low-light look to the client's hair. When I'm all finished. Also, I like to talk to the client about the aftercare of the extensions before they're. Ever installed, instead of waiting until afterwards, so they know what to expect and last. The most important thing that I like to do is on the actual day of the installation. When the client comes in, I will take the hair out of the package and I will expect it before I install it. So I look at it and make sure that it's the color that I expected and that it's gon na match the client. I also like to actually clip it into the clients hair so that I and they can look at it and make sure that it's gon na be a good match. So I will just take a couple of wefts or strands whatever I'm installing and actually take a clip put it into the hair and then drop their own hair over the top of it. This way they can visually see, and I can visually see the color match. It'S a really great way to make sure that it's gon na match before I install the entire full head. So the next time you have a client come in for an extension. Consultation go ahead and try some of these ID and see if it helps your consultation and your service go a little bit smoother for more ideas and solutions on babe, hair extensions go to our website at babe things, calm and don't forget to sign up for our Weekly blog updates, thanks for watching, have a wonderful hair day.
