Hey guys and welcome to today's video, so today I just thought I would do a super quick video on my babe taping, hair extension. So I've had these for close to about a year and a half now - and I have a couple of pieces here - that I'm gon na go ahead and tape in and show you guys how to put them in there's a lot of questions about them and a Lot of people wondering how they work or how they are, what they do. So I'm just gon na do like a little demo and show you how to put these in your hair and just a little bit about them and, like my honest opinion and review about them. So you guys can know whether you know or take my opinion and see whether it's worth it to get them or not. So first thing, I guess I'll show you there's like these little pieces of tape which look like this here. Okay, so basically there's these two. Like these one side is, there's nothing on it and then the other side. You put this tape on so I have two extensions here not on this side, some on this side, so they both look the same like this, then what you do is you take the two pieces of tape off and you put your hair in between and you Kind of sandwich them together like this, so I'm just gon na go ahead, and I'm gon na take the little pieces of tape off first. So then, now we have the the tape off or the the white part of the tape off rather and you'll notice that they're quite sticky. So then the next thing that we're gon na do you'll get a piece right over here. So, as you can see, my hair is quite short, so what I'm gon na do is get a piece like great here for the front and then just kind of hold my hair over try to here you go so I have a piece of hair here and Then what you're gon na do is you're gon na take the sticky side and you're gon na put it underneath you're, just gon na hold it there. So it sticks this side like that and then you're going to go ahead, but you're gon na take the other piece plan, the extension you're going to line it up and basically tape them together. So it just kind of sits on there like that, and then you just fold your normal hair over and just cover it up, and then you have your extension, and so you can kind of see them here like I have one here. I have one here. You know they're all through my hair. I have quite a few of them. These are 18-inch now, there's probably some good things and some bad things about them. A good thing they're like permanent. I guess in a way you put them in they stay in your hair. You can shower with them. You can swim with them. You can cut them, curl them dye them. Do whatever they're extremely lightweight on your head, like it doesn't even feel like they're in so when you're sleeping on them. You don't feel, like you know the hard clips or anything that you usually feel in your hair for clippings and whatnot. That'S probably all the positives, the downside about them very expensive, very, very expensive. The hair itself is not, I mean well. The hair itself is probably the biggest cost like the hair. I think for like a pack - and I probably have two packs - is like around a hundred and fifty dollars, Canadian per pack of hair and, like I said I probably two packs the other downside is getting them put in - that cost a lot of money to get Them put in as well, it depends on the salon you go to how much they charge so, that's another, add it cost. Another disadvantage of them is just the upkeep with them, because usually about every five, maybe six weeks as you can see like I said these are down quite low now cuz I had them in, for I think my last one was close to a month ago. So I basically have to go and get them taken out all of them and then you have to get them re taped and then they push them back up to your roof and then they're new again. Basically, so that's kind of a pain that you know every so often you have to go in and do that mind you. It is a lot more of a quicker process than you know, getting the microbeads or the other types of extensions like that. Another downfall is just the glue. The stickiness is one of my most hated things about them. It just it kind of makes a mess of your hair like there are a lot healthier for your hair than the other extensions. Don'T get me wrong, but they, I don't know just the stickiness in your hair, like if you're taking them out, there's clumps of like glue or tape whatever you call it stuck in your hair that you have to get out so that's kind of a downfall, but Basically, to get them out, you just need a little bit of oil like baby oil, or they have like special oil that you can use for these to get them taken out, and then you just have to wash and shampoo your hair and all that fun stuff And whatever, so that's a little bit about these extensions, as I said, they're, babe tape and extensions, you can get different kinds of extensions. You can order them from online and get your friends to put them in at home. So it's a little bit cheaper yeah! I don't think there's really much else about them. If you guys have any questions that I might have forgot, maybe you can leave it in the comments below and I'll be sure to answer them for you. The only other thing I guess I should say is in a few days. I am getting these actually all taken out, so I will have short hair I'm going to keep my short hair for a little while, just because they're these ones are kind of getting dead. Now, since I've had them for a year and a half so otherwise, I would need to get all new hair to put in to keep them in. So I'm going to get them taken out for the first time in a year and a half and I will have short hair so sometime in the new year. When you see a new video you're going to see me with pretty short hair and that's going to be my natural hair and just gon na, let it grow out and yeah, so I think that's it for this video. I hope you guys found this video a little bit helpful in regards to tape and extensions, like I said any other questions leave it down below for me and I'll be sure to answer them for you and yeah. I hope to see you guys in my next video and I'll talk to you later bye, guys,

Hannah Anderson: Wow, lot more expensive in Canada, here it cost me only 97 dollars for 22 inch babes, also I have 4 full pks in., I have them professionally put in every six weeks an it's 150.00 Don't order them online, babe only sells to licensed hair dressers so if you are getting them online they are probably either used or not real babes. Also a year is a bit long, I buy new a new pack each time and rotate them out so I have a blend of new and older.
