Wash Day + Wand Curls With Microlinks | Hellobreezyxo

Hey guys welcome back to my channel um. I think it's been a minute since my last upload, because i was moving, but i'm back with another video. I recorded this video at my apartment before i moved, so this is going to be a wash day. Video featuring my micro links, so i'm gon na just walk y'all through how i wash my hair, how i blow dry my hair and how i want to curl my hair okay. So go ahead and subscribe share this video with somebody who you think might be interested just do your girl that favor okay, so the shampoo and conditioner that i use is named by bioterra. It is the ultra color care, shampoo and conditioner. It'S paraben free self and sulfate free, and i get this shampoo and conditioner from what's it called from sally's. So whenever i wash my hair, i usually shampoo my hair at least two times three times. If i feel like it's really dirty and nasty, but i just went ahead and shampooed this twice and i don't know if you cannotice it, but it might look like some of the color is coming off. That'S because, even though my hair wasn't freshly colored, when i got these micro links in, i did get the hair dye the tracks itself. I got that colored by the same girl who does my natural hair color. So since it was the first time washing the tracks, some of the color did bleed off, but this shampoo is really good on color keeping it vibrant without fading it, and so yeah i've been using this since i started coloring my hair about a year ago. Now, okay, we're moving on to conditioner. I just want to know if anybody else does this like does anybody else use this much conditioner, i think. Ever since i went natural, i just been heavy on the conditioner, so we're just gon na work that conditioner in real good um. This conditioner smells so good y'all. This shampoo and conditioner smells so good. Y'All really should try it and, like i said it's really good for color hair. If your hair is colored um, so yeah, i'm just gon na work that in and then i'm gon na go ahead and rinse it out. Okay, so moving on um, i did not detangle my hair, while the conditioner was in because i just have time for that. Normally, i would do that on my natural hair, but yeah i just have time for it um this brush that i'm using, i think, plays a big part in my blow drying process, because the metals on i'm i'm sorry, the bristles on it are metal, and so They kind of heat up a little bit and help like straighten out the hair when you're blow drying it. So this right here is, i believe, called the stretch. Meth method. Oh no, it's called the attention method. It'S when, like you, pull your hair as far out as it can go and you blow dry it and then you go in with the brush and blow dry it the rest of the way. But this helps cut down your blow drying process and give you like a much better blowout, especially if you have like kinky coily natural hair. Okay, so again you see me doing the attention method and pull your hair straight out and blow dry the length of it, and that gets it pretty dry pretty straight, and then it makes it easier for you to go in with the brush afterwards and really get It dry remember: i did this in my silk press, video and my friends were all telling me afterwards they were like wow. I'Ve been blow drying my hair wrong all this time, so yeah i'm just go ahead and finish blow drying. My hair and i'll tap back in with y'all once i move on to the next step, don't mind my ashy elbows. Obviously i just got out the shower, and now we have a perfect blowout remind you, this hair that i have in my hair. This is like a kinky straight texture um, so it's kind of meant to match your blown out texture and it straightens really well and kind of matches the texture of your straightened hair. I decided to go ahead and one curl it my ryan little. So i'm not going to do much talking throughout this part of the video because um i don't really have a specific technique for how i want from my hair um if you're looking for how to do it. I hope this kind of helps you out. I'M going to leave a good bit of this footage in the video just so you can see it over and over multiple times. If you need help with that um but yeah, i think wine curls are pretty straightforward. The hardest thing is, i guess, not burning itself. I have burned myself several times with this one curler and i don't know where the glove is. I haven't seen the glove in years. I probably had this one curler for probably like three or four years. I don't even know what brand it is. I probably got it from walmart um and i have not seen the glove since i first got it because i just never use it. Um try not to burn myself. If i do i'll be all right, i ain't gon na die. I ain't gon na lie to y'all. At this point you see me leaning over, like that my arms and shoulders are killing me. Y'All know i broke my shoulder over the summer, so i think this was like the first time i actually like did something in my hair, where i had to have my have my arms and hands up for a long period of time. Lord everything was hurting, so okay y'all, i'm all done um. I think that back section i probably could have did a little better, but it's okay, because once these um curls that are kind of tight once they drop they'll all match.
