All right guys and we're back what's up, so let me start by saying that she is already washed when she uh came in, i shampooed her and i stretched the root a little bit and i'll give you guys a little quick uh, which is funny. She was just like dang what you did in this stretch there, like. I didn't, even know what you were doing. Yes, the stretch was real she's, amazing, absolutely amazing um, which is another technique that uh people you know with our hair texture. I'Ve seen people in salons. They try to come in with a certain tool or a round brush or it's like no there's certain tools. Our hair with curl just has to be stretched, and then your flat iron or your curling iron will form whatever type of look you're going for it's not about the blow dry all the time, because then you will put an obscene amount of heat on the hair, Which we don't like to do, because our hair is very fragile, believe it or not, it is the most delicate hair and i think, japanese and um chinese hair is the strongest because of the the cuticle is super stick straight and it is very strong. So what we did or what i did, i stretched out her root, because all i need is her root to be dry um. It'S actually air dried by now, and i just need her to be dry, so i can apply the actual extension and with that i need it to be dry and you know able to work with because we're actually going to re-wet it again and then we're going To do a twist out, yes darling, so we can have a no heat hairstyle! That'S why we have the actual extensions that we chose uh with the curly texture, so we can have like a realistic situation going here, got it yes! Now, i'm going to explain to you the tools that i will be using today, so this is pap smear show the passionate tool girl. So i see a lot of people also too, and i really want to make this very, very, very clear when you're dealing with um - i know you can't see me, but when you're dealing with um beads, you actually need this tool um. I see a lot of people using this head, but it's too wide to get to the bead. These are great for individuals or eye tips and individual micro lengths. But when you start getting into applying the wefts, you actually need this tool with the point. On the end, because then it slides in better and then you can close it versus this one is, is a little too round to get in there and do what you really needed to do as far as the weft application is concerned. So i really wanted to make that very clear. These are two totally different tools, so i'm going to take her hair down. We have a little ponytail action. Is i'm just so? I just have to reiterate i'm so in love with the stretched root technique like i need to do a video of just talking about stretching your roof and as you're like. I just think that that is so. That'S iconic that is iconic. So what we, what we mean by stretch out, is that i basically just took her root when it was wet when her hair was wet, and this is before doing extensions with. Obviously, no heat is what my goal is, so you basically just take the hair and you hold it and you stretch it and then you blow dry and put the heat from the root to the midshaft and that pretty much just gets the job done. You just leave the ends alone and if you have a set or whatever or something going on that, you don't want to really take out and you need the root to kind of like stretch out. You need the hair to stretch a little bit more because we all know shrinkage is like girl. Where did my life go? Where is she? I can't find her? She left the building, okay, and i also think like just with you saying that that could also be a really good technique. I don't know if you would agree if somebody wanted to wear afro right absolutely, you know you stretch your root and then you just let it dry. And now you have this really kind of like clean stretched out. You know beautiful fro and then just your hair doing its own thing. You know very quick, like you don't like literally, she was like, i turned around and you were done like it had to be ten minutes, it's that and i have never been able to girl in my entire life. Okay, i have never been able to have my hair completely dry in 10 minutes, like that's, not even a thing for me, so i am i'm shook, i'm shook, i love it. I love it. So i say we're going to you know: okay, she wants to put it up in a ponytail. No, she got a ponytail action, then we're going to slide her on up now. This is very important. You guys, because i see the death of this, which drives me crazy. It is not about going all the way up to the root. Please do not do that. This is why this tool is very important because, as you can see how the point can go up further, so you can grab the bead versus with these tools. It'S not you're halted. You can only stop so far. You don't really have space to do what you need to do. I need this to be movable, so see how that is right there. That'S too close. We want to come down here at a 90 degree, and then we want to close. This part is closing. It see from here - and then this point so so what we're going to do now is place this piece right here and we're going to clip her in place like that and we're just going to go around clip her in place so she's, nice and third day. Another clip and another one and then i'm going to let this hair down we're going to wrap her on the top. Oh, look at that honey and we're going to clip again see that oh, this hair jesus and then we're gon na let this down and then we're going to bring her on around and hold her in place. So i put in two rows of double wefts and then i put in one up here and because to remind you guys, um, this is a no heat style. We are going to completely wet her hair and i'm going to condition it and then, when we come back, i'm going to set it. How do you? How do you? What do you feel about this? How this feels i love this? It is lightweight um. It matches my texture perfectly down to the color, to the feel the look like when my hair is completely dry. This is how it looks, especially if i have a little bit of product in it and it just dries. It really kind of creates this curl pattern.
