Hey beauties welcome back to my channel, so today's video is going to be a video 1, as you guys already know by the title it's gon na be on my chroniques. I'M gon na show you guys how to do micro links on your own hair at home. So I will give you guys to this disclaimer. This is my first time doing an install a microing install on my own hair. I am a hair stylist and I do this particular weave method on my clients, but I have never done it on my own hair. So I'm going to attempt to do it today, as you guys can see, though my hair is very fine, so I'm gon na just add a little bit in there to kind of give it a little bit more volume. So it's not so thin you again, but if that sounds like something that you guys are interested in watching then continue to watch this video. If this is your first time here, make sure you go in like and subscribe to my channel, this is a hair channel. I do some Beauty and life time as well other things like that. So so this is just gon na be a temporary fix for those of you that can't get to a stylist right now and you still want to kind of look cute for maybe your Instagram pictures or whatever in case. Maybe so I hope this video helped. You guys but yeah tune in, so you can get the rest of this video alright. So, as you guys can tell my hair is kind of thinning out in the middle and actually not going out it's just breakage. So that's what it looks like in the back. Alright, so there's quite a few things you're gon na need. The first thing is, I have a beaded beater already beaded you're gon na need a wide tooth comb, just if you can kind of comb through and see where you want to add the hair. For me, my my front is pretty decent as far as the fullness that I'm looking for. So what I'm going to do, because I kind of feel like I do - want to braid a little bit up here in the front, but not only up here. So I'll probably start it about right here and then go all the way around to about here and just do two tracks like that. You'Re gon na also need a pair of scissors, doesn't necessarily have to have have to be like some expensive brand type of scissors, because you're just using this to cut the way up so scissors. But yes, so you're gon na need a rat tail comb. I, like the kind that is metal at the end. I don't want the plastic kind, because its perks very good and it's great to use as an itch in the scalp tool, not kidding, but it doesn't treat, especially when you have a Sun in your head and you use one of these and you get in there And you scratch it off. That'S why I always keep a few of these around the house. Just I can use it for that purpose. If you all understand what I'm going through and y'all have those same issues and just comment down below bagel, so you got to have some pliers and that's just used to clamp the beads. The hair, of course, can't forget that a clamp to separate there and the beads you want to start off from the back and, like I said before, what I'm gon na do is alone. I'M not gon na part. Any of this in there we're gon na start off, but right here and you can kind of fill around and see what works for you and what you feel like the areas that you feel like is the thin spots where you want to come. Just like a from here, but if you you're looking to do this style just to to add anything, you want to have a whole full head of it. I'M sure it's gon na. Take you a long time to do it on your head, your own head, and in that case you just start from the bottom and go all the way up. If you guys gon na see a full little tutorial on how to do a forehead, I do have um a few tutorials on my channel so check that out over there. Okay, all right! So now that I have a semi straight part, I'm gon na go in the back and start doing my beads. So first, what I want to do is measure it up measure the line up and just make sure to it bit back there. I just need the nail salons to open Beca. You know my nails, I began terrible and I'm used to always having my nails done, so it's bumping not being able to kill done to it. It'S all good. I rather people be safe. Then you don't have to come and work with me at risk. That'S just use me because I mean I'm looking in the camera behind me to make sure that I'm accurate all right so you'll see that I'm gon na cut it right there. It'S getting hot in here, y'all here goes nothing guys, so I'm going to take a piece in my hair and a piece of okay. You want to do the one at the end. You want to start at the end just so that way we can get that attached, because I don't want it to be too moving around too much while I'm trying to do it myself. Alright, so I got that first one in there right. My first beam is install your first one demo, so everyone in their second beat okay, all right so fast-forward through this, and it's top speed all the way around. Try to show you off fast mode. There she'll be, it should be a little resistant, but it shouldn't be a whole lot of tension at your group, so just be mindful whatever you're doing you're on okay and then, when you're doing the beads one finger before one to two fingers. It depends some people like their beads closer, but the rule of thumb is to use one or two fingers in between each next bead. Just let you guys all right, you guys see how it's already getting bigger, but that's what it looks like back there. Okay, so you do how we did the first time, but I'm gon na kind of go a little bit closer to the front, just like an add a little bit more thickness and then measure it up with the other side and I'm going to cut it right. There i sama finish this other room. You guys kind of got a glimpse of what I was doing. I hope, if not, let me know and I'll try to do another video for you guys. You can kind of see it, but it is very hard to stay in focus and also try to be my hair. I am going to finish my own, I'm gon na finish my install and then once I'm done, I'm gon na come back with and give you guys my review on doing your own, my chroniques at home. So if you want to see that review, make sure you stay tuned, okay, alright, so I am all done. I helped fill in this. Look. What do you all think about this look comment down below and tell me what you guys think about this look? This is how it looks in the front what I ended up having to do was I had to fill in three. I did three rows of tracks. I did the one thats all the way at the bottom. That was one, and I did it from here to here, and then I did my second one right here and then I did it my third one up here, but you want to make sure that you have enough here at the top to cover it just like What it's going, but I did it from ear to ear up there as well, but I guess I accomplished being able to do it on my own. What do you guys think leave down below what you guys think? Do you guys think that I did an awesome job, or do you guys think that I could have done better? It was very hard to see in the back and so what I would recommend for anybody. That'S doing it themselves. Honestly, I couldn't imagine myself doing a full head of these by myself. I gave up after the second one took like a 30 minute break and then went back at it, but it's a lot of work doing it by yourself. I would suggest you going to a professional and get it done, but of course everybody is not able at this time to see a professional stuff. You absolutely have to do it yourself that okay, but honestly, but with these I felt like it, was just more tedious. Having to make sure you're not having any of your hair stuck into those beads, it's just more work doing this type of weave by yourself. I would not ever do this again on my own, unless you guys, of course, really want to see if they help me. Do it again, but I really don't think I'll ever want to do this again. Yeah expect your arms to get tired. My arms is getting very, very tired and I was just over it after a while, but it turned out nice. I think it looks really good. This is actually what my natural hair looked like last year when it wasn't running damaging, so I need to get it back to this, because this looks good. I, like the density of it, i'ma keep these beated. The micro lean beat away FM, maybe for about a week and then I'll be going to my so in and then after that I'll probably do some foam box before I do a major cut, I'm not sure, but I'll definitely have the videos uploaded on my channel. So make sure you go and subscribe share this video if this could help anybody, that's quarantine right now and they're trying to look for something fire to the day go away. This looks good. This is giving me. I don't know if anybody agree with me, but this hairstyle is giving me relaxed vibe, like I'm getting all sorts of relaxer vibes from this look, but anywho I'll see you guys next time, thanks again for being subscribed. If you're not subscribed, subscribe right now. Alright I'll see you guys next time, bye,

nel: I did mines with no problem installing and taking down ‍♀️

clipinqueen: I actually do the braidless sew-in on myself and find it easier than doing this method. It seems easier to do the beads, and THEN sew in the hair, but that is just my opinion. You did a fantastic job though and your hair looks awesome. I think the more you do it, the easier it gets.

KamiSenai: I love your hair, I just found your channel today, I was considering trying micro-links but I wanted to try them on myself. If you do make a video of you doing your whole head at home I’d definitely watch

B Sweet: You did great! It takes time, close to braiding your own hair, arms get tired but you keep it up and your body will get use to it all. Your hair looks so natural.

B.Alanyse: Do you think if you are used to doing your own hair (sew-ins, box braids, the braid down for the sew-in) this will be ok? Also is this method better than doing the row of beads and then sewing the track on top if you have kinky 4a type hair or is there a difference? Also do you think this would be easier to do yourself than the individual I-tips? Sorry for all the questions. :) Your hair looks good at btw.

BlackHairandSkinCare: I’m about to do the Individual ones on myself... pray for me

Laquitta Palmer: You did a great job I think you could have added a few more tracks for a little bit more fullness. But it's still really pretty.

Elyse Flannigan: Hun you did a damn good job ! I love it!! Period
