Microlinks On Natural Hair Review | My 1St Time Getting Microlinks !

Hey guys, it's your girl, chrissy j and i'm back at it again with another video today guys we are going to be on a journey. Y'All are going to be on a journey with me as i get my micro links done, and this is the final product. So if you guys want to see how i got my hair like this, where it's looking like silk from the roots and all that good stuff, then make sure you guys stay tuned now, let's get into the video all right guys good morning this morning, again, i'm Going to get my micro links, i'm so excited guys. It is currently 8 41. I'M gon na be to the salon by nine, but this process is really tedious. It'S supposed to take five hours, yes, guys, not one, not two, not three but five hours. So i don't know how i'm gon na be able to sit there, but we're gon na try. I had to start off with my hair, really super blow dried and no product in it. So this is where we are guys. Let'S go get these micro lengths time to get cute cute because right now, i'm not looking too not looking too cute. All right guys got my mask up so now we're at my hairstylist hair salon. My stylist precious is located at envious, hair salon in burlington new jersey. When you film me, i'm gon na put her information in the bio. I told you i've been going to her since i was a sophomore. She used to get me right when i had to leave out. You feel me, but this is about to be a five hour process, so we're gon na see how this goes guys, but i'm excited for this new look and it's gon na be lit. So, let's get to it guys this is the hair in its natural state, and this really does look like my curls when it's like, i got no product and stuff. I love how natural this is looking guys. I'M really excited super excited all right guys. We just started working on it like it really looks like my hair. Now, what she's going to do is she's going to be straining it as we go guys because i want to have like you know a straight for right now, so, let's get to it! Okay, so now she is straying in my microwaves that are curly. Look at how look listen, look at how silky it gets guys like baby everybody gon na, be asking me what hair girl oil i've been using, because this is just so lit period. Look at that guys. We love that. So what you see me now guys, i'm literally assisting my stylist in putting the beads on the instrument which actually attaches the eye tip micro link to my individual hair. I'M helping her because, as you know, this process is super long and she literally has to section out each little individual strand of my hair to attach it. So this is a lot of work y'all, but we put that teamwork effort in period all right guys. So we are about halfway, as you can see, it's a very tedious process guys, but i'm loving the results already. My stylist is straightening, my hair. As you know, we go because you can see like the texture is curly and i just really love like getting to the texture guys. I really love like the texture like yo. This really looks like my hair. I forgot it is. I paid for it, but we gon na get into it guys. Let'S keep going, we almost there. Almost there all right do y'all see how flat flat this is like baby. She put some magic girl in my hair. We are almost there guys, but we're trucking along. I didn't want to record too much of her doing it because, like you know the same thing, but first make sure you guys follow my hairstylist okay, i'm gon na put y'all on if you're in this you know area whatever hair by prep. I hear it. You feel me hearing she's been doing my hair, like i said since i had leave out y'all sophomore year like since i was doing original chrissy j show back in 2015, like she's, been doing my hair since then, but all right, let them know the maintenance girl. Okay, so the maintenance is at least about once a month unless you want to do it on your own um, and then you probably have to do like a maintenance remove up, but i always tell people it depends on your hair growth, so um, depending if your Hair grows fast or not, then you'll probably have to do like a maintenance about twice a month and what i'll do is just wash condition it and re-tighten the beads, because, as your hair grows, the beads will start to come down and drop down. So the maintenance comes with the tightening and repositioning of your beads with the wash blow dryer in a restaurant. Yes, but guys, like i said um, this hair is also curly, so i'll be doing a lot of like curly my own curl stuff. So i don't have to you know i don't have to come back for that, but if it does get loose you know if my hair grows out and stuff like that. I can just come for re-tightening, but i love that this style lasts for up to three months, so this is like a really good buy, like i said, and i've just been trying to do a more natural look, so i'm excited to really embrace more of the Natural chrissy j, you know put my wigs up. I love my wigs. I know i love my wigs, but you know it's dope to be able to. You know, wear my own natural hair and still have that length and stuff that we love that wigs and stuff give us so we're trekking on through y'all almost there, but not there. Yet we out here all right guys. So again, she is literally taking the eye tip extension and literally beating that to my individual hair and then taking that hair tool right there and clamping it securely to each individual strand. It doesn't feel tight. I know some of y'all probably wondering like oh does it feel tight, but no, it feels super secure, like you. Just have to be gentle, of course, with the beads, this hair, it's indian raw hair and it's 18 inches guys and again, it's naturally curly. It matches my 3b 3c textured hair and i love it. Price of this style. Guys is 400.. That includes the hair and installation, but again guys it lasts up to three months. So this is a really good investment for real guys we're. Finally, at the top look at that, we're still working guys. This is a really long process, but it's definitely worth it like. I said hear me last up: did you see it don't play with her? I'M not gon na lie, but it's definitely well worth it and again guys.
