Lisama said we're going to take care of our curly girls today, guys what i have got a new color hair tool, and i want to show you all about it. Hi guys it's lana here, welcome back to lana summer summer time in today's video i'm going to be trying out a new styling tool. So, let's get into it. Are you excited because i'm excited you know what it is from the title of the video. This is the different hot air diffuser by bellissima, and this is a curl boosting system. I diffuse my hair almost every single time that i wash my hair and i mention it all the time in all of my videos. That'S the doorbell. It'S my exciting life. There'S more parcels at the door: can it get much more exciting than this there? He is what the heck, usually when people come and they deliver puzzles at my door. They like knock on the door and then they stand back a bit and i just opened the door expecting there to be someone like further away so my eyes, weren't focused, you know what i mean. I like open the door and he's right in front of the door and he's like six foot. Five fully just went like, and he was just like weird: it's a gift from youtube black anyway. That had nothing to do with the video that we are talking about. Today, so let's get back to it, huh! Let'S talk about the bellissima hot air diffuser this channel. I talk a lot about diffusing, my hair. I have shown you so many wash routines and i probably diffuse my hair in about 99 of them and some of the top comments on those videos are people asking me if i know any dupes for my diffuser. If i know anything cheaper and a lot of people just telling me that they don't defuse because they don't have a diffuser or they can't afford one, so i have been looking for a dupe or just something different for a really long time. And finally, i got my hands on this, so i was actually really interested to try this, but i actually got talking to bellissima and they actually decided to sponsor this video with me. This could 100 be a dupe for my diffuser. You guys know my diffuser that i use all the time is like 300 pounds 400 - something like that. So i'm really excited to be able to show you this, because this is actually about 39.99, 10 times less 10 times less money. So a lot less. However, this is nothing like anything i've ever used before. This is not just like a little diffuser attachment kind of thing that you have to bring around with you with your hair dryer, you bring your hair dry and you can bring your diffuser attachment and sometimes it falls off, and sometimes you know like we're not doing Any of that, because this this is a whole hair drying system all by itself. This is so cute. It has like little style secrets all around the box and stuff. You know the thing. That'S really exciting me. A lot is that it's calling itself a cold, boosting system which tells me that they have really put the focus on curly hair. With this, i'm not just trying to do like a one size fits all which you see with a lot of brands. They they really try to act like you can do a one size fits all and a lot of the time. You can't like things that work on straight hair aren't always going to work on curly, hair and that's okay. Well, felicia must said no blissima said we're going to take care of our curly girls today, so they have come up with this. It'S so kind of small and compact, i'm excited you know when they made this label, they probably thought we don't really need to put that there do. We and somebody in health and safety was like no. We do need to put that there and they did, because i was literally about to be like i can hold it like this, and they specifically tell you not to hold it like this. They tell you to hold it like this or like this. This stick was specifically designed for me, so what i'm hoping with this video is that i have found the diffuser to be all diffusers, so let's go and wash my hair, because, obviously i can't defuse it. My hair is fully dry. Well can come back and see. What'S happening, see what's going on with this all right, so my hair is freshly washed. I'Ve been plopping for about an hour or half an hour. I had to actually wrap it up early because i was thinking oh yeah i'll, come back at four o'clock and i'll film. This part and i'll sit in front of the window and it'll be sunny and the lighting will be good. No, it started getting dark at three o'clock. I have got the instructions signed up right now. It says number one preparation for use after washing towel dry hair delicately. So that's what i've done with the plopping uh number two method of use on long hair. So i think we can all agree. That'S me, okay, method of use for long hair tilt your head downwards. This is like a little mini. Actual styling guide for you gently face gently place, a lock of hair into the diffuser move, the diffuser towards the scalp okay. So they want us to do the scrunching keep in place for a few seconds repeat with other blocks of hair moving out moving inwards from the outer part. If you have long, hair, you're gon na have to kind of like gently put it in and then kind of move it up, whereas if you have short hair you'll be able to just be like this. So the technology in this is designed to enhance natural curl definition whilst boosting shine and banishing frizz. So i'm really curious to put this to the test. It features a dry care system which guarantees the optimal combination of airflow and temperature to gently dry and support curls and the curl booster system evenly distributes air to gently dry, even fine or damaged hair. So i'm using the cocoa and eve like a virgin miracle hair elixir for a little bit of heat defense. I love heat defense, so it does actually have two temperature settings and it says the second temperature i.e the higher one is the one for longer hair. So i guess that's going to be the one that i use. Okay, so i've got everything i need and i'm ready to go. I literally just realized. I was holding it the wrong way. Okay, holding it the right way, guys i'm just kind of figuring out that this is so precise and it's so quick. I'M thinking that i actually just want to like move through my hair in sections like i'm so used to using other diffusers, where you just kind of like your arm gets tired because it's taking so long so you're just moving around moving your arm. Just to move your arm, whereas with this, because it's so quick i feel like i want to actually work in sections and dry each piece of hair properly and then move on to the next stage. I feel like that. Could work really well, i'm gon na do that? Do you like my hair clips? These are biodegradable. So let's do this in a section, [ Applause ]. I think i was right that section dried really quickly and it looks so defined. I was thinking that my hair wasn't going to have a lot of volume today, because i used a lot of styling products like i was kind of overthinking things. I was like oh making a hair video, they use loads of styling products and i think i used too many and i was worried. It might weigh my hair down. I'M hoping that it's not going to weigh my hair down, because this this little section right here kind of looks a little bit volumized. It'S looking good! So far, guys have you ever thought about drawing your hair in sections. I'Ve never really thought about drawing my hair. In sections before, am i being a little bit of a perfectionist right now? Oh, i don't even know why i did it like that like. Why did i do one side and not do the other side? I don't know, but yeah this side i'd say, is pretty much fully dry now it was a really quick like way quicker than when i usually do it. I actually really like doing it like that. I usually never do it like that, but i feel like it gave me a lot of control, so maybe i'll keep doing it this way, it's looking good, you guys. So let's keep on going by the way, i'm actually using the lower temperature. This time, where there are only two temperatures - and they say specifically, that the higher temperature is for longer hair. But my theory is that that's just because they don't want you to spend too long drying your hair in case you get bored and start blaming the product. They made a higher saying so that it would penetrate through your hair, more quickly, you'd get dry air more quickly. Just if you have more hair, it's just going to take longer right, so a higher temperature will help it be a little bit quicker. But if you are very worried about using heat on your hair, i wouldn't be too worried, because this does have that control technology, but just in case you are worried, i'm just testing out the lower temperature to see if that works as well. Okay, guys, i think i'm done so. I was having some thoughts thought stalling. Sometimes i sound a little bit posh. I think no posh person would ever agree with me. They all think that i sound like i'm was raised in a barn. We'Re done. I feel, like my hair, looks amazing, but i feel like i say that every time so yeah i do feel like my hair is a lot more volumized and right now, i'm actually just going to go through and separate the curls so that i can get like My full volume, but yeah, sometimes my hair, just - does not want to go voluminous and this technique and this device has really done something for me. I even like i made a tick tock the other day that was like talking about people whose hair just naturally is so voluminous, like i'm so jealous of you guys. Oh, my gosh just look at the volume i wasn't even focusing, because i was telling a little story wow when they said coal boosting system they didn't lie. Their coals have been boosted and juiced. It guys. What so. I think that we will just need to take a second to appreciate that i don't usually get this much volume like this might not look like that much to some of you, but this is me we're talking about like hello. My hair is sometimes on flat flat. I'M not going to stand here and say that this is fully down to this system because, obviously it's not like i didn't do the rest of my routine properly or something you know, but your styling tools do make a big difference. I feel like this has given me so much volume that i definitely don't usually have. I usually go over my head because i don't want to lose definition, but with this i haven't lost any definition, i'm quite honestly a little bit shook. I actually don't know what to tell you. My hair is looking so good right now. I don't want to sound big headed, but i'm big head. I love it. You guys, i love having extra volume, it's designed perfectly for that scooping method, and it worked really well. It wasn't awkward, the pieces didn't fall off, it wasn't clunky, it's all just one piece and that's really easy. I really like that. No part of my hair is frizzy at all, it's shiny all over and that was really quick. But while i was doing that, i did just have a couple of thoughts which were that there really aren't that many settings really just a lower temperature and a higher temperature. Those are really the only settings so there's no like uh more force like more power or less power. I don't know if many hair dries have that, but, like my other hair dry that i use all the time does have like a power setting. But i guess that's because a lot of the time you're also going to be like blow dry, your hair like blow dry it straight and stuff like that, as this is a cold boosting system, there's absolutely no need for there to be like a really punchy power. Setting like there's no need for it to just like, because all of your curls will just blow out, so that's just not necessary for this. This is purely for cold. Boosting honey, there's also no cold. Setting, though - and i do think that, when in any kind of routine, especially a curly hair routine, sometimes you just want to seal it all in with a cold blitz. So i do feel like that's something that could be added. However, for the price point like this is only 39.99, so i'm really not about to expect the same exact same features that are on my other hairdryer. That costs like 350 pounds. Also that one comes with a lot of ones that i don't use like it comes with a lot of attachments that i don't use, because i just don't style my hair that way, whereas this is everything that a curly girl needs and it's only 39.90. Apart from the coldweights, i always appreciate it called blitz. I think it's an amazing diffuser for the price. Let me know what you think. I do have a discount code for you, just in case you're interested it's lana8 and that will get you eight pounds off from the 15th of november until the 30th of november. It'S not long. A.M.J: My current hairdryer is so long that I literally hold it like this one is meant to be held (on the barrel rather than the handle) and my arm hurrrrrrrts!
