How To Tape In Extension Install On Natural Hair

We are using level 27's uh 20 inch tape in human wavy, hair um right now, i'm actually coloring. The tape ends black because my client's hair was rinsed black about two weeks ago, so we wanted to match. Well, the tape means come in a natural dark color, but we just want it to be like very sleek very clean. So that's why we decided to color it one thing when coloring tape ends and i should have had a tape and holder, i didn't have time to get one, but that is something i'm looking into do not - and i repeat, do not get the tape ins wet. The tape and part okay, so you want to make sure that adhesive is very dry when installing it um don't affect it at all. So to do that - and i did not show the part where i washed the hair down, but you can put a shower cap now we're just going in to complete the blow dry service and then the silt press. If you don't know, this should come with your tape in service, so it should be a full sill press service and then you install the tape ends. So, as you can see, my client has beautiful hair. Her hair is on the finer side, um, so healthy wise. It is absolutely healthy. I'Ve been doing her hair for a very long time, she's been getting regular, trims, we've been growing it out. She does a lot of protective styles and tape and tape and extensions. I thought, would be something that's very versatile for her. She only comes to the salon to let me do her hair, so she does not put a lot of heat to her hair and i'm the one maintenancing it. So she was a perfect candidate for tape and extensions, because her hair is on the finer side. We did not use as many tape ins as i thought we would, but that's, okay, really tape. Ins are just made to enhance what you already have so right. Now, i'm just going through the sectioning um to show you all how we're going to install this. She is very adamant that she never wants the middle part, so we installed the tape ins to a side, part um, specifically so as far as putting it in a ponytail for her um, she can she'll just have to kind of maneuver that ponytail a little bit Because of the way we installed it now we're gon na go in and just do the perimeter leave out and how much as far as like, when we pull it up with a ponytail, what's going to be covered a little tip and trick in order to know If it's covered or not use your comb to see, if you see anything through, i think on the other side, you'll see that you could see the actual comb through the hair, and i ended up pulling out a little bit more now we're going to actually start The tape in process to prepare for the tape ends i actually took, and i should have inserted a picture i apologize, but i took um tape off of the actual extensions and just lined them up on my little holder over there, so it's faster to get through. Otherwise, you'll just be picking off tape, installing picking up tape. So, of course, tape and extensions are a sandwich like install as you can see, i'm just going to let this video ride out from here on out, and i hope you guys enjoy.
