What Happens If You Perm A Hair Weave? : Hair Styling Tips

One of you recently asked me is what happens if I perm my hair weave now, that might be a straightforward question, but as an african-american woman myself, I know that a lot of us refer to a hair relaxer as a perm as well. So a perm is actually when you put the product on with the rods to make your hair curly and a relaxer is when you're trying to make the texture straight. But sometimes people refer to a relaxer as a perm. So either way, if you put an actual perm or a hair relaxer on a hair weave as long as it's human hair, it would do pretty much the same thing that it would do to real hair if it was growing out of your scalp. So if you put a hair relaxer, which some people call a perm, it would straighten your hair texture out and make it straight. And if you put a perm, an actual perm on your hair, we even set it with the rods. It would actually make the texture of the hair weave, curly and you'd get nice little ringlets or spirals or whatever it is that you set in your hair, so i'm t cooper and i hope this helped.
