Hi guys it's y'all michelle and welcome, or welcome back to my channel in today's video i will be trying it boho twist in case you're new to my channel. Last month i tried boho braids on my natural hair. That'S been a hairstyle, that's been like increasingly popular lately, it's been like a trend, so i decided to try it out. So, if you're interested in seeing a more detailed video, because this one will be pretty similar to that one make sure you check out that video. If you haven't, just as i did in that video i'll be using the same products i'll be using the spiked honey mousse for my twist and then i'll be using olive oil eco styler for my curly pieces, i knew that if i did not do this style Now it was never going to happen. I just know myself, so i'm doing the sound, just, try it out and see how it turns out on me being that i'm not someone who wears twists like that, anyways i'm starting on freshly washed hair. This is the first section that i'm starting off with when i did my boho braids. I feel like i made this section a little too big, so i'm going smaller this time and they will just do a bath and then a blow dry. But the reason why a puppy introduction is something i would check in with your grammar about i'm probably gon na be lazy. I'M not twisting all the way down we're gon na coil. That thing finish this first little section i'm going to go ahead and define the curly pieces, i'm just adding some to my ends too. Okay, here is the first section i have my next section of hair out and then i've done probably about three rows with this style being that it's already time consuming boho braids boho twist, if you are already bad at parting, don't waste your time trying to make The parts like super perfect and super straight because you can't see it anyways, like they're, they're, fine, this one, it's just unnecessarily time consuming for a hairstyle where there is no hair added. This is where we are now, i'm not being as meticulous because, like thinking back to it, for when i did my boho braids yeah, they lasted a good amount of time. Two weeks before i had to refresh him and then i was able to push through another week and probably could have went through three if i really wanted to, but now, as i think about it, you know for the amount of time that it took to do Those boho braids, i would prefer a style that lasts longer, because i spent a lot of time perfecting that style and like tweaking it to my liking. This time around, i am really just trying to get through this. I am kind of whipping through these twists, i'm not going all the way down either. So, as i get to the bottom, i'm not twisting all the way to these ends. How small these twists are it's going to take forever? I feel like i should do more than one twist there hey halfway done. I always started the back of my head because i have so much more hair back there and that lets me know that i'm like reaching the finishing point i like to get the hard part out of the way first, so i'm going to do a middle. No! I'M not doing a middle part, i'm going to change this to a side part, but i think i'm going to do the side part on this side, because i always do my side parts over here. I don't wear side parts very often, but when i do, i always put them on this side. I want these twists to be a little bit fuller than my boho braids were so i'm doing them a lot smaller in the top section, which is why i'm also not like worrying about my parts like that, since i'm doing smaller sections, it is going to take Longer that it still doesn't take as long as it did to do the boho braids, i'm not focusing so much on parting, so i am so close to being done and i can kind of tell that if i keep parting it straight and putting across like this, It'S gon na fall in my face so where to go, i am going to start like this triangle portion right here and i'm going to see if i can like stack it back so that it kind of goes back like this, because i hate for my hair To be in my face, this is how it's going so far. I think it's working almost done. One thing that i'm seeing with these boho twists is that, if you're doing super tiny twists - and you don't feel like taking a piece out what i'm doing with my twists, that i'm doing like super duper tiny where, if i would take out a curly piece of Hair, it would tangle up just way too badly, basically just twisting it to like right here or about halfway down and then just adding gel to the ends and letting it curl like that, rather than taking a piece out. So i didn't do that with many sections at all, but i have finer sections towards the front of my head, so i did do a few pieces like this. I'M trying to hurry up because the sun is about to go down. So i finished my hair, just as the sun is setting, so i'm gon na, let my hair dry and then i'll come back and show you guys it's the next morning my hair actually finished drying last night, but i was just so tired and then my twist Shrunk up so much. This is why i prefer braid outs over twist outs, because when i do braids i can stretch my hair so that it dries a little more stretch with twists they're going to spring back up, because it's kind of hard for me to twist. Like super duper tight because it takes forever okay, i did my edges before i went to bed and everything, and i slept with like ponytail holders and scrunchies in the hopes that this will stretch my hair without making it look weird. I don't like my side parts on this side. I don't know why i put it on the side. I don't like it on this side, something about it, i'm very particular, so you may be looking at this and being like girl. This looks fine. What are you talking about? It just looks fine, switching back to the side that i prefer make it look a little bit. You know when you twist your hair in a certain direction. When you do these types of styles, it's going to take a while for it to kind of like set on that side, like my hair, wants to come back over on this side. So what i do is i take some pieces on the front that are kind of like don't want to be in the direction i'm trying to force it to go i'll. Take it and kind of like tuck it behind still like adjusting it and placing the pieces where i want them to go, but this just looks so much better to me. I don't know why my curls are way more stretched out than they usually would be. Since i banded them last night, if you were considering this style, but you didn't really know if you wanted to give this one a try as well, i like to be the experiment for y'all so that you can figure out if this hairstyle or product or whatever Is something that you would want to try or not try before putting in the time to do it, because this style took just as long as the other style did. I tried so hard to finish faster, but of course i did smaller twists. So it took me four hours to do if you'll be wearing this style for like two weeks, three weeks or more. If you can make it that far, then maybe four hours isn't so bad for you. But again it just varies from person to person. So i do the style you do small twists kind of gives you an idea of how it will turn out on you how to gauge that, based on your own hairs, length, density, etc, that's it for today's video. I really hope you all enjoyed it. Georgina Goehagon: I was literally searching the natural hair community on yt the other day trying to find boho twists and i'm so glad when I saw that you uploaded this video..it looks great

Sweet Mélanie: Hey Tiana, I'm glad you did this video because I was wondering how it would turn out ! Thank you , it's lovely. I've tried the boho braid, I wasn't a fan. I will try again but with twist this time.

Gee: I have had my boy 10 years, he's a schnoodle, schnauzer poodle mix. apparently he is hypoallergenic but I did not know that at the time that I got him. it basically means he does not shed as much as fine hair dogs. I adopted and he is amazing, truly therapeutic. I believe male dogs for single women and female dogs for single men easily creates a territorial dog that may deter any unwanted advances. My dog is a butterball of love so I don't think he will attack anyone but if pushed came to shove I think he would have my back. Plus he always runs behind me, so I always have a boy chasing me lol. beautiful hair, beautiful soul-u.

Maquina Epps: I love the boho twist better. This is beautiful. I am definitely going to try this on my natural hair.

baybeetricia: I might try this method. I did the boho braids on natural hair and while it was great my hair is NOT a fan of braids. I normally do twists (my hair is in twists now) so this could work.

affanwi: hey tiana! i've been loving to binge your videos, keep up the good work your hair is so gorgeous!

Shapeshifter: Right on time! I'm either doing this or boho braids today but needed to see more examples of the twists before I made my choice! Tytyty!

LadyA: I definitely bought the mousse your using and the braids came out well but I parted to big in the back, I was wandering how it would look with twists thanks for sharing and the motivation - beautiful

affanwi: i'm actually doing mini mini twists while watching this video and yeah they shrink like hell but i like how twists since they can be faster than braids but the shrinkage will have you looking like a mushroom. hide the flat iron lol

Nour Khairy: Amazing I like it and I will try it❤️

S Maxwell: Thank you for this video.. your Boho Twist came out really pretty! .. I also like the part on the other side ..

Lydia Cudjoe: You're so amazing, I've been trying to do mine but at end the sizes would be different on my head . Good job dear.

Paula Cave: Love your hair style and the original side part wasn't doing your face justice. I tried the boho braids now I'm thinking of trying the twist but these different curl patterns Making me think twice

God's Standard of Beauty: Boho braids/twists are not for me lol but they look great on you!

Audrey Stephens: Beautiful

Plush Furr: Ur so gorgeous sis. YASSS QUEEN

Confused Star-Cosmic: A few days ago I had the same idea but I didn't think it'd work. And my hair was in braids so I wasn't going to try it out yet anyway lol.

Plush Furr: I always wanted a small poodle...the one that doesn't grow and stay small, but my azz too dam lazy to clean up behind they lil azz.
