As always Thank You for your view, and BE NICE!!

It'S not nasty, but it's interesting, I'm gon na take this. It'S in there. You guys, you see it. Hey y'all! Welcome back! First, before we get started, I just want to give a round of applause to Stephanie's, cousin and her best friend for forcing her to get so in to be in their wedding this past October, because of that we have this amazing situation right here. Stephanie says she'll. Never let her hear you like this again, a wedding and because of the extensions she let her hair, get like this again, so yay well we're taking it down. It was only in for about six weeks and she loved the style she loved the look, but she just said it was just driving her crazy. So here we are checking out some of the really really good spots and before we begin, I want you to listen to this. Clip of us talking to our YouTube, live audience and if you haven't subscribed, please subscribe so you can get first dibs at the last footage. If you dry wet, is it good tonight? Oh you can do it dry. Some people say: do a lid, some people say, don't spray anything if it hurts right now, oh no, we're gon na. Do it. Thank you. Thank you. They know you'd be making faces for no reason. Thank you like such beautiful. I appreciate it. Do whatever is less painful? Why girl tell her what you just said: 2020 dispatch, she's gon na be gone wow. This thing's gon na be done January. He'Ll be gone, so don't even well. Thank you. Did you just make a noise and I hadn't even touched me. I don't know I was trying to find words to say thoughts. Yes, oh yeah, the Patrick, on the girl makes next year yeah. Thank you. Thank you. I'M not all y'all know a little cross sauce would have Carla been doing my hair forever. Oh, not really tender-headed. It just this is just it's not the best feeling to have something lifted off your yeah. It'S not even your scalp, it's in the hair, it's in the hair! Sorry, I thought, can you put a camera around here and I'm gon na? Do it on this side? So I can kind of you got to hold your head that way, though no you got to blindly try to help me to halt. Let them see what I'm about to do like hold it right here, wouldn't reach your other hand around Jessica. So we can see that it's not on her Scout, we're not lifting it off the Scout, because it's already off the scalp, it's just in the hair, it's not coming off the hair. That'S what I mean when I say it's. It is painful because it's stuck in the hair and the hair is connected to the scalp. So it's just a lot of pulley. You see this little piece right here. Oh yeah, right there, it's not on the scalp. Let me try to get this one, so you can see that it's not it's. Just I'm sorry Stephanie! I felt like that. One was coming out, so I'm not gon na. Do it again, I'm a sprayer down I'm gon na try to play with it a little bit dry. So when you, when I upload this video, you can kind of see that I did try to do it dry, but I don't want her to bleed this big patch right here is like I'm sorry, okay, Thank You. Hannah don't hurt Stephanie! Yes, so your daughter has the same issue. It can be very painful anymore yeah, I'm now, of course in you do have psoriasis that we're done. Besides I'm going to wanted to pretend I see John yeah, because I've already talked to my food bank guide. You know you're right, do you drink, I don't drink milk, so I think anyone has diagnosed exactly what this is, because I believe doctors don't want to figure it out, because it's not anything that can be cured with nything. Oh shoot. I can't say that here it's not anything that can be fixed with medication. That'S my thought process. So we'll figure it out at the end of your day, Miranda C, okay, I'm gon na try that I just hopped into the tea world. So we see why. I didn't stick me with the way. Oh, no, we back the way down, don't everywhere. That is a requirement, except God, my some pictures of my 21 year old. We took him out last night for his first set of libation, yet blacksea always go. I know how old am I kidding old enough to have a 21 year old? You you they should. I know why they do this a long time ago. This is this: is it's cute Wow, even with being up high right there? I love it. That'S what I'm talking about did you know I was recording. No. I thought I was that gon na kick picture. Do I still love it? I did too got that on. You know. Lo Bartlett leave a burnout Lebar now Lebar. Now you

Anna Martine: I used to have psoriasis plaques like that on my leg. Turns out it was a hormone thing, in my case, not enough cortisol and lack of thyroid and estrogen, which serve to increase sebum. I recommend to everyone who suffers from psoriasis that they get a full hormone screen (which you can get without a dr) and see if you have an imbalance. Almost nothing will cure the plaques from the outside. Good luck to the client, I really do hope she finds a cure.

TheJewelTheory: Say it with me everyone: *SHE HAS AN AUTOIMMUNE SKIN CONDITION, HER HYGIENE IS PERFECTLY FINE, AND THIS IS NOT A RESULT OF WEARING WEAVE.*

Laura Vázquez: Not to be weird or anything but this is kinda satisfying

HannahRachel Xo: I can't imagine how great it would feel to have your scalp scratched after having that sew-in.

AtreidesHeir: Her hair looks ridiculously cute at the end. Feel bad for her, I get the occasional scalp breakout too, especially when stressed. It's not fun and I itch and pick, which then makes it worse. But she's adorable! And I love the shaved side and style at the end!!

rainbowroad the killjoy: I have a skin picking disorder and I love to watch your videos so I don't focus on my skin and I can just focus on who you are doing.

Anna K: That end result looked so gorgeous! Also, this lady does NOT look like she old enough to have a 21 yr old. She has been blessed by a youthful look.

Tokki Animates: To the people who are asking her to wear gloves: She has pointed out that it is NOT contagious and that you an only get it by genetics. I get that your disgusted but not wearing gloves will let her be more precise with her work. The client might also be offended, being that she’s never worn gloves when doing her hair for years might make her start to feel like she’s done something wrong or that her friend is getting disgusted when she really isn’t Not wearing gloves is kind of like shoving your clients like: hey, I don’t care what’s up with your hair I’m willing to help if it will make you feel better, if you don’t want me touching parts of your hair with my bare hands I can put gloves on but I’m willing to help no matter what’s wrong! It’s your opinion if you want her to wear gloves. Nobody asked for you to spam the comments with: oMg cAn yOu PLEASE wEaR gLoVEs?!? It’s her option and she can do it if she wants. Your not controlling her and being rude isn’t going to help so just stop spamming the comments with: oMg wEaR gLovEs iTs gRoSs yOur gOinG to cAtCh sOmEtHInG!1!1!!!1 If the clients watch her channel and read the comments, how do you think they’d feel? If you were them how would you feel? So please don’t comment: Omg put gloves on. Because that could really hurt others feelings

Aisha: I admire people who are brave enough to have their videos published online for everyone to see, so thank you for being brave enough to share with us. I also admire that in the process of publishing this video you are also raising awareness of different conditions of hair and/or body health, so thank you for shedding light on this as well. And last but not least, I absolutely LOVE how caring you are to do this for your friend/client, you took so much care, the way you defined her beautiful natural curls was perfect! She is gorgeous as well as her natural hair! Love it!

jaded: The amount of ignorant people who just comment vomit emojis and tell her to wash her hair as though it's that simple is depressing

Pamela Garner: Boy, I bet she feels better.....that had to be so uncomfortable.....I would have gone insane scratching my scalp. Thank you for helping her.

MindeesWorld: I love that you are not grossed out but take pride in helping your clients resolve problems as they occur.

shaybizz76: I love what you did with Stephanie's hair! It looks so beautiful and edgy at the end! SOOOOO GOOOD! Your commitment to your client's in helping them be their beautiful best, however long it takes, is outstanding! I don't think follicle legends like yourself get anywhere near enough credit for how much hard work that is, on your feet for hours. Kudos to you. I appreciate all the info you share in your videos too, you clearly are VERY good at what you do :)

Dayologue Diaries: I emailed you about getting my hair done!! My scalp is almost like hers every other week!! I need an appointment ASAP. Love your techniques

LoveForSure82: I imagine it sucks for her because it's probably hella itchy but it also uncomfortable to get it combed out.

jennifer spurlock: Why do I enjoy this first pimple popping , earwax removal, feel scraping and now this

Sharon donkin: This poor woman, her head must have been so uncomfortable, her own hair was gorgeous x

Antisocial Angel_: The painful part for me is pulling the flakes out of my hair. The scratcing of the scalp feels amazing!

lktv ._: i love how nice she is about it. like she doesn't make her client feel bad about her scalp

tiredofpc K: First of all, that hair style is so cute! Second of all, I hope she’s able to see a dermatologist one time for a biopsy/lab evaluation of her “patch.” It seems much thicker & more adherent than other vids you’v shown, plus it got much bigger after her hairdo for a friends wedding. A diagnosis w/hopefully give her an over the counter shampoo recommendation for the patch; that would be so helpful.

RRD Creates: Wigs for a day time style - not sew ins until this is properly medicated, beautiful outcome and so much patience. She’s lucky to have such an excellent stylist! I have something less severe and have had to modify what styles I get to accommodate a more regular treatment to the scalp.

Kim Kim: I’m always a lil disappointed when the flakes are getting soaked . Dry removal is somehow so much more satisfying

Charity Santiago: She is so beautiful. I love her haircolor, her freckles, her curls...just gorgeous!

MissDhuneb: Honey been waiting all week for this!! Stephanie looked so pretty!!! Loved the hair!!!

ran lou: I'm so happy her scalp is relieved. Beautiful texture by the way!

Laura Barr-Kyrzyk: That’s a super cute style on your client, she seems really happy and her scalp seems relieved too!!

Kirby Wiggins: I love the weave style and the curly wet style too. Her hair is beautiful.

none: Wow. She is definitely a good friend, for allowing us to watch what happens to her hair.

Larandi Tooks: Forget the dandruff! That hair style is rocking! You are good at scratching and styling.

E E: I’m a weirdo too I like to scratch off the patches on my sons scalp, get out black heads, clean wax out of ears, etc ‍♀️ I love cleaning

Indigo Spades: Her natural hair is gorgeous!

sabrina thomas: Weave or no weave.... this will happen. I suffer from this as well and sometimes it extends to my face and ears. It just flares up out of nowhere. We could wash our hair today and by the next day all the flakes are there again. People need to take it easy and do research before commenting certain things.

Ang: I love this video. Seriously every time I'm stressed I come back & watch it. Always relaxes me & Stephanie is so dang cute too! Great job as always love ur work, ur clients & channel

nanda mari: I love how gentle you were, when combing out the crusts, to try to save as much of her hair as possible.

epic wubbox plays: Those curls are gorgeous what a beautiful job.

Asiaaaa: why is this so satisfying and those curls are GORGEOUS

Yasnay Navarrete: Man this video is so great! I loved it, I watched literally all 15 min of it. I think she did a great job through out all of the process. If I was that customer I would be very happy with my results. Thanks for sharing your work honey

Ms. Succ: That haircut is beautiful! Amazing work :)

Monica Key: As a response to the comments of “unlearned” people, certain hair types can not wash hair every day and this has nothing to do with whether or not a person takes a shower.

Sabrina Evans: I keep coming back to this video because I get such a sense of relief when you get those flames out. I’m just so happy for her

FINEDIAMOND: Her hair is beautiful! I SO love the curls and style at the end. She has THE PERFECT stylist.

Joy Richerson: My daughter had it this bad. Use the shampoo that starts with K from the dermatitis. And use the special oil. Wash 3 times a week you will see after about 3 weeks improvement

Mary Tate Moore: Where I live I can't think of one stylist that would do this with the time and attention you do Thank you for caring

미셸고든: I think Stephanie’s patch is Pityriasis Amiantacea. Where the scale sticks to the hair or the hair sticks to the scalp. In the initial stage the scalp ‘weeps’ and can appear reddish or reddish-yellow and considerable swollen. White scales eventually pile up in layers on the scalp and are stuck to the hair shafts.

Gemma Rose: I love that little blue comb it does the job perfectly and I really like your technique

Daniela Laked: I always come back to this video. I mean the patch is super crazy cool. But also...her hair at the end??? That bounce...those CURLS! My god! So beautiful!

Katie Powell: Omg it must be so sore and annoying hope you get your scalp sorted soon , I’m struggling with my scalp it’s sore itchy and dry but not flaky wish I could get someone help me like this !

Meena: Y’all, shaving her head won’t help. It’s a SCALP condition.

Sylvia Kellogg: Her hair turned out amazing very satisfying to watch

Anna: Wow! That final look came out so great. Her curls are glorious!

Christy the Diver : I would have scratched my scalp until it bled. She must have self-control not to touch it

Linda Jackson: Yes it will bleed because it’s stuck to the scalp like soars and leave patches around your hairline as well. That’s why this beautiful stylist was telling you she had to wet the hair. My product gets rid of this problem and you don’t see those patches around your hairline.

Riceballmusicandstuff: beautiful curls! i’m glad she got help with that, it’s looks really uncomfortable

nctoken: I’m really glad that you don’t wear gloves and don’t call it nasty because although I don’t suffer from psoriasis, I do have eczema and when kids would point it out or say it was gross when I was younger— it hurt and made me feel insecure so hopefully these videos can help other people with psoriasis not feel so bad about something they can’t control.

Annette Harrison: This is a great video and this hair style is simply GORGEOUS!!!

juliejohnston123: I loved when yall went live. I like hearing your banter and back and forth it's hilarious! It made me feel like I was at the salon with you. Btw, Steph promised the patch would be gone 2020. Is it?!?!? We need an update.

Terina Sargeant: For those who want to know the proper term for Steph's condition it's Pityriasis Amiantacea. Skin builds up like shards of glass on the hair shaft like stalactites and stalagmites. It can be hereditary. Not filthy, not unwashed...it is a condition!!!!

Colleen Zeglin: I know we don’t want to hurt steph, but scratching that spot dry is soooooo satisfying

Kelly Simonsson: Oh my it is absolutely gorgeous!! She looks fierce in this hairdue

Ophelia Pain: I admire the African woman's hair. I wish so many can see the same. Y'all have beautiful hair and such tight enhanced curls.

Ying Grace: I remember having this scalp condition when I was in like the 8th grade. I was so confused and thought I needed to wash my hair everyday because normally I washed it like 3 times a week only. I literally thought my head was rotting but also surprised that it didn't have any bad odor either. Luckily it went away shortly, not even a full month. To be honest, I won't mind having this like once a while. I remember scratching out those flakes was weirdly so satisfying to me

Diane Hardesty: Oh my gosh Carla, thank you so much for posting Stephanies video, I've been looking forward to watching this video ever since you mentioned it about a week ago and it certainly was worth the wait, with Steph wearing the sew in, she had way more flake's this time and Carla you did such an absolutely Awesome job of scratching up Steph's flake's, I truly feel so bad for Stephanie because she has this flake problem but I do Love her and her flake's so much and Carla you are THE VERY BEST HAIR DRESSER ON YOU TUBE, that's a fact, oh what I would give to be able to call you my hairdresser, I really Loved Steph's sew in, she really looked so Beautiful and she looked very Beautiful when you did her hair in this video, I really Love the way you cut and fix her hair, especially those beautiful curl's, Love you girl!!!!

Donna Ryland: She’s beautiful & has to feel so good to not have all that stuff in her hair. Beautiful hairstyles also.

Shilo Harrington: You do such an awesome job on your clients, and you are professional, kind, and compassionate !

Amber Scatina: Those curls are stunning .

Makeup Crazy: Love the wet scratches!❤️

Brooklyn Taylor: I love her curl pattern

sharksandsheep: She has the most gorgeous natural curls! I agree with you shading her cousin who made her get a sew-in!

Shawna Hedges: Stephs videos will always be the best on your channel. I can watch them over and over

ملك مقبس: My 12 yr old had exactly the same looking stuff on her scalp and turned out to be because she wasn't rinsing the shampoo out properly (she hates water on her face) Now I wash her hair in a sink and don't allow her to just wash her own hair and haven't had this problem since.

Elizabeth Smith: That looks like psoriasis. I have that as well and I treat it by shampooing with a tar based shampoo. It stings at first but it will take care of it. Best of luck!

Margo: I have eczema on my scalp so I can totally feel the relief it must of been to have a clean slate to go forward with. But tbh I only wanted to comment because I am absolutely in love with that hair style on her! It's perfect

KD: My sister has psoriasis, she has natural kinky hair. And I use to comb her hair out too. I used olive oil and shower cap for 20min then combed it slowly. Always came right out.

Keelah Davis: I used to have the same issue. Not quite to this degree tho. But i would avoid weave and braids because it would flake so badly. I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed me an ointment and it cleared it right up. no diagnosis either tho

Dragon Dragonfruit: I honestly love hearing you talk while you do all of this, love the stuff!!

Brooke Oscarson: On one hand this seems so very satisfying to do, but the other side is I wish no one suffered from some of these issues. Blessed they have you to help

Qtkristian: Oh wow I had scalp psoriasis as a kid it sometimes use to look like this. I use to scratch until I bled. But as I got older it Just away.. I still have flaked ever so often but nothing too bad..

Judy Payne: Leaving the flakes in the hair as its being scratched is giving me anxiety lol

Carlyn Holmes: This vid is great, the really good scratching for me begins at 6:50

Patricia Valentine: That is gorgeous when she is finished.

Brittany Bell: My daughter has that issue in the winter. Hydrocortisone helps tremendously for her hair!

Bailey Stewart: The end result is so amazingly BEAUTIFUL!!! Her hair is GORGEOUS! ❤️

Jessica Monteagudo: Who else is praying selfishly that her patch is not gone yet? :) LOVE your videos.

SatineMoisant: Steph is my favorite! I'm an old white woman who wants tiny curls! It will never happen, I'd have to buy a wig...but there is no way I'd even come close to looking as cute as Steph, so I'll just admire her!

Kim Wigg-NJ: She is a professional and knows what shes doing. Ignorant and hateful comments have no place here. Why are many of you complaining about her not having gloves on? It shows lack of empathy and lack of knowledge about hair in general. No one has ever complained about her services so what's all the noise about? Shaving her head will not solve the problem although it will help with new regrowth and treatment of her condition. My mother used to be a hairdresser in the 1980's and I have friends who are (or who were) cosmetologists so I speak from experience.

Ronee Holmes: The hair look amazing the whole video was EVERYYHING. Great customer service and confidence given to your clients thats a true beautician. I offer nothing but care too when in my chair

Leanne: I swear half these people in the comments suddenly think they’re doctors

Monique Souther: I know everyone prefers the eyelash comb, but I really love the other comb you use. It just looks sharper.

ApathyReview: Could be a form of scalp psoriasis. I'm basing that on the amount of dandruff and the severity. Also the position on the scalp and a few other things. Basically your immune system is killing your skin cells on the top layer and those are being sloghed off on the scalp. And yeah there is no cure. But UV light can be used as a treatment. As can Aspirin in water on the scalp.

Brittany Krantz: Anyone else find her curls so satisfying??

Spring Chigbu: Hi. I'm new to your channel but I love it already!! I've been natural for three years now and I currently have a dandruff issue. My hair is really dry and dirty, and it's quite uncomfortable for me. I'd like some advice on how to solve this problem and just how to manage my type 4 hair generally

Beverly McKnight: Her hair looks good! Yes ma'am Ms. Stylist you did that!!

C Justine: has she tried any apple cider vinegar treatments? they are said to combat fungal infections and have SO many health benefits! certainly something to look into, there are videos all over youtube <3

Sulema Garza: Beautiful result!

Jacqueline Gros: This looks fantastic.

Leah May: I have never seen anything like that! You are an amazing hair stylist!! You really took your time to thoroughly clean her scalp!! Amazing results!! God bless her scalp and health!! I hope it heals and that dandruff goes away for good!! Amen!

Arrianna Rosier: The video is not even weird what’s weird is that I’m actually watching it and I find it satisfying

Kellen Halfsighted: Her natural hair is AWESOME

rosieneedsahug: I just love watching these videos, like any hair videos I am so obsessed with them !

HarlieHarlot: Its painful because the braids were in place forn6 weeks. The head is a circle pattern. Your hair grows a certain direction. After holding your strands against the grain, then to release it from its hold makes your follicles tender. Like when I part my hair or style a high ponytail. My head gets sensitive once releasing it after 10 hours.
